We had a lovely stay at Amanda’s lovely cottage. The place is clean and has everything we need and more, location is great, right next to lots of green space, perfect for an evening stroll. Burghley house is just a few mins drive, well worth the visit. Stamford town centre is just 5-10 mins walk away, with lots of pubs/restaurants/bakery/gift shops etc. We enjoyed our stay very much, thank you.

Enjoyed Lindsey's home. She was very hospitable and great at responding to text and emails. We had a small issue with some burned out light bulbs that were up high in the bathroom and she was on it immediately to add more bulbs. She was a wonderful host! It was a very comfortable home with a lovely garden out back, perfect place for morning coffee. We had everything we needed in the kitchen which was well stocked. The stairs are very small & narrow so you need to be careful going up and down.

If I could give Emmanuel six stars, I would! I am so thankful he accepted my last minute booking. He is an outstanding host - his communication is flawless and he is friendly, generous, flexible and respectful. The loft itself is truly luxurious - beautifully designed and furnished, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. I felt like a princess in a tower! I genuinely wish I could have stayed longer. Highly recommend staying… the whole family are so welcoming! It’s very twisting hanging and chilling with everyone in the family including Sally the new addition tortoise!

Oliver was a great host, would highly recommend! There was some issues my end and he was very patient and understanding with me, as well as having fast communication. The property was lovely and everyone enjoyed their stay.

This was the perfect place for our family! The house was spacious and modern, with many amenities. The decor is colorful and fun, and there were so many books and toys and parks close by to keep my three kids very happy! I loved being able to cook dinner (with lots of storage space cleared out for our food) but the convenience of shops and restaurants by a five minute walk was fantastic. Lindsey was a great host and made us feel right at home. I highly recommend this place!

Easy to find, it’s a place that feels just like home. Wonderful to have breakfast in the lovely garden, it’s a real sun trap! Close to everything, easy to get to and with off-road parking, which is a rarity in the area. Comfortable, clean and with everything you need for a great break. Responsive and understanding host.

Beverly is an excellent host, very friendly and attentive to her guests' needs. The house is very conveniently located, just 15min walk from the City Centre, in a lively and interesting neighbourhood. Just 10mins from the train station and nice playground. The house is spacious and has a lot of character. Suited very well the needs of our family (three young kids). Beverly helpfully provided us with her spare bikes, what was extremely useful. Overall, highly recommended for longer stays and for families.

Celia was an wonderful host. Excellent communication, proactive and even provided us with breakfast. She made us feel at home, with clear instructions and lots of helpful local tips. We'll definitely be back!

Rebecca’s place is stylish and full of character. We had such a wonderful stay and can’t ask for it to be any more perfect. The place is cosy, practical and the beds are so comfortable. It is couple of minutes walk into lovely Stamford. We loved every moment of our stay. Will definitely be back!

We had a long term stay as we needed a place close to the hospital for treatment and the location was ideal. The house was well presented and had everything we needed. We paid extra for a cleaner to come in weekly to change the bedding and clean the house. Very quiet location, close to Sainsbury’s local and coffee shop nice park to walk around and local walk to Trumpington.

Our week long stay here was very pleasant. The house was very clean and had a fresh modern look. Self-check in was easy using the key safe at the front of the property. The neighbourhood was very quiet and peaceful. There was a nice little office area that made it easy to focus and get some work done during our stay. The internet provided was also fast speed, and the area had good signal for taking calls. Location was great as it's only a 5-minute walk to a Tesco Express. Parking was convenient being directly outside the property. Useful to get into central Cambridge as it's only a 10 minute drive away. We received great communication from Sara ahead of our arrival. Hope to visit again when I'm next visiting Cambridge.

Our stay was brilliant, Heike's home was warm, clean, with beautiful decor, and a lovely garden, and she'd given us some lovely extras such as wine, biscuits, doggy things, foil tins for our Christmas meal, and had put up Christmas decorations - it was all very thoughtful. And Heike was very responsive which was very much appreciated. The neighbourhood is quiet and river walks are a 5min drive away. We all had a lovely Christmas, thank you Heike!

This is a lovely house with everything you need. The outside deck will be especially nice during the summer for sitting out and eating. Everything new and clean and well looked after. Both bedrooms good size with main bedroom being much larger than second one. Beds are very comfy. Also the outside shed with the washing machine - dryer and dog washing place is fantastically useful for a long stay. Nothing bad to say about this place. Parking easy outside and a couple of nice pubs in the street with a post office and convenience shop opposite. What's not to like?

This gorgeous town house is right by the river overlooking the town bridge and a short walk into town. We went with out two teenage boys and a small dog and they all loved the decor and space. Three spacious double bedrooms and a huge kitchen/dining area with an open plan lounge overlooking the river. This is the best place is Stamford we have stayed in. Thank you Emma!

Great location and house. Walking distance to both Burghley and Stamford shops/ restaurants. Only one free parking space but large car park next door, a few steps away. All day ticket £5 or you can book a slightly cheaper weekly car park ticket in advance, Mon- Fri or Mon-Sat, Sunday and bank holidays free. House was lovely and beautifully decorated. The small outside seating area was extremely well landscaped to provide unexpected privacy. The welcome basket provided was a nice touch. All in all a great place to stay.

A wonderful two nights staying in St Neots for a wedding. This was perfect with short walk to shops and restaurants/bars and free parking nearby. The house was tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. It's was well equipped. Having read reviews we expected the stairs to be awkward. This was fine for us but as others have said would not be great for those with limited mobility or small mobile children. Would def stay again if in the area. Thanks so much.

We really enjoyed our stay at Catherine’s house in Cambridge. As described it is warm and cosy and we felt right at home straight away. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation in this part of Cambridge. Thank you!

This was my second stay at Catharine’s house. Catharine was a delight to deal with. I had a very comfortable stay, easy to walk to the town centre and great value.

Krisztina's place is cosy and warm. Stayed for a few days with my family and a few kids and the kids loved the place. Check in was very easy and Krisztina gladly accomodated our request to check in early evening though she had guests checking out on the same day. I highly recommend this place.

We had a lovely stay for 3 nights at Easter so we could visit family and friends in Cambridge. The house is nicely furnished and decorated throughout and the bed was so comfy. The enclosed garden was perfect for our Labrador and David was friendly and helpful. It’s a great location, close to the motorway and to get in to central Cambridge. Would highly recommend.

I had a very pleasant, relaxing, comfortable, peacefilled stay at Emma’s, she was very responsive and friendly. The place was good value for money, spotlessly clean and quiet. Great location with parking. I would definitely stay again.
