Guests have use of an entire suite / a light, spacious bedroom in our annexe, just 10 m from a 16th century Elizabethan cottage in the very heart of Stamford. (High St. is barely 1 min walk away but the street is quiet, as it is an access only road) The annexe has a private entrance with 2 secure locks. Parking - free on site. Private en-suite bathroom & shower. Wifi, TV, microwave, kettle & light breakfast are provided (cereals/ fruit)& guests are welcome to use our cottage kitchen & laundry.

Springbank Bed and Breakfast, Haverhill, Suffolk

Large detached house with 7 double bedrooms and close to Haverhill centre. 6 of our rooms are with shared bathrooms and our en suite room is available at a supplement. For 1 person, the cost is based on single occupancy of a double/twin room. All rooms have tv, fridge, microwave, kettle, tea/coffee, crockery/cutlery. For larger groups, guests share rooms. Breakfast is not included in the price. Off road parking for cars & vans in private driveway. Please note this is not a party house.

Being located in a rural/countryside location, there are lovely walks and cycling routes enabling guests to enjoy the surrounding villages and local area. Lovely room in Market Gadeners Cottage less than a mile from supermarkets and restaurants in Sandy town centre. Ideally located for RSPB nature reserve, Shuttleworth College and Air Museum, Good Rail Links to London and the North. Located approx mile down country lane nice for walking or cycling in the area. Breakfast is fruit, cereal, yoghurt, there is use of a microwave and small fridge at property. We are close to main line railway line, although room is to rear of property.

There are many walks in Roxton! A Continental style Breakfast which will fill you up, included as well. The beautiful River Ouse is only a 10 mins walk away. Very close to Restaurants (Car or Bus 15 minutes) the A1 and M1. No transport? We offer a car service to/from Train stations or Airports!

Lovely Garden room

Our new Garden rooms are light and calming, backing onto fields.Deer, pheasants and barn owl’s can be seen most days.There is a patio at front and at the back where enjoy the view and also a BBQ available to cook your own food. We also have a Scandinavian BBQ HUT where our guests are welcome to spend a private evening.There is lots of wildlife to be seen here and deer in our woods. Shops are 10 min away but a nice pub/restaurant 4 minutes by car. The trundle bed is 6ft !

Double Room in Saffron Walden

Large Double Room in an Edwardian House in Saffron Walden close to all the amenities like supermarkets, restaurants, gyms, picture house etc. Train to Cambridge "15 minutes" and London "50minutes" Stansted Airport "15 minutes" from Audley End Station. Audley End station is accessible by car "3 minutes" or by buses "10 minutes". Ideal place for Saffron Hall as it is within walking distance. Parking is available.

We live in a Victorian town house and your double room is light and airy with a private shower room (no bath, and not en suite but just a few steps away across a small landing). It is a five minute walk to the town centre with its great choice of shops, pubs, restaurants etc. Public transport links are also nearby and we are a two minute walk to the local Waitrose store. Continental breakfast provided.
