Such a great place! The best views, you really feel you’re in nature. The hot tub is great and the cabin was lovely and warm! Great amenities, and even provides robes and slippers for the hot tub! Can’t recommend it enough, a truly wonderful stay!

Spent a night at the Winnie Shed & had a lovely time! Christine was extremely helpful & friendly & would definitely consider staying here again! All Yuts etc are themed & are truly unique!

We don’t get much time to ourselves with 3 young children so with the chance for a couple nights kid free we wanted it to be relaxing and peaceful. We booked a 2 night stay for our wedding anniversary and it did not disappoint! Absolutely stunning! Beautiful area, felt private and romantic, extremely clean, well presented and laid out. Lovely pub up the road with amazing food and a proper pub feel to it! So friendly and welcoming. Natasha was absolutely amazing, everything is explained so well and she was very helpful and responsive and even helped me out with putting up some decor for our anniversary celebration! I can not recommend enough! We will 100% be going back when we get another chance!! 10/10 stay! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

John was a great host, he welcomed us and was very friendly and communicated from the start. The lodge is so peaceful, quiet and scenic. The amenities are great, only suggestion would be some light blankets as it gets cold and they would have been nice to sit outside with. We didn't stay long, only 2 nights, would happily have stayed longer and would deffo come again for race days. Lovely local pub 2-3 min walk away the Red Lion, beautiful food and staff were friendly.

Absolutely stunning cabin in a beautiful setting! Everything was spotlessly clean and felt very homely. The cabin was equipped with everything you could want so you wouldn’t have to even leave the cabin if you didn’t want to! Very quiet area and the hot tub was a lovely addition. Louise & Simon were the perfect hosts - we knew they’d be there if we needed anything but they also respected our privacy. Hopefully we will be back in the future ☺️

Incredible stayed in May there were loads of baby geese and bunnies all around the lake. Incredible views. The lake water is so beautiful. Kitchen has all you need to cook. Could seem to figure out the dryer function on the washer or if the clothes stand was the dryer they had listed. Would definitely go again they supplied a cot and high chair for our little one.

Perfect place for a weekend gateaway from North London. Super easy on the train from Finsbury Park - in 40 mins you are in an extremely peaceful spot. The house is great with everything you would need, and the hot tub and BBQ along with TVs in the room and the deep bathtubs (and robes!) were really nice bonus touches. The views from the deck of the lake with the every changing wildlife, and the windows in the sitting room overlooking the fields never tired, and meant we didn’t leave for the whole long weekend except for a 30 min walk into town to restock on essentials! My dad has bad mobility so the step free house was perfect, and the fencing on the terrace was great for the dog. The walls are a little thin but with the rooms on separate sides of the house it only really matters if people are still in the sitting room!!

Very well equipped, clean and spacious place. Beautiful and quiet surrounding. Interesting places to see like hanstinton beach within 50min drive. Great butcher and farm shop within 10 min.

We stayed at Marks Lodge over Xmas and it was everything that was advertised and more it was spotless very comfortable in a lovely spot with some nice walks for the dog.We were surprised to find Sky sports Netflix and Prime also Alexa in fact everything you could think of,prior to our stay Mark answered any questions very quickly and was very proactive with directions and other things..One thing I did not mention was how nicely mark had decorated for xmas. I think Mark is a real super host and we would love to stay again.

Couldn’t have hoped for a better stay here. The place was immaculate and so lovely. The hosts were faultless and went the extra mile to ensure we had a great time. The local town was so lovely. Will certainly be coming back here later in the year! We loved it. Thankyou!

Great little getaway in a lovely park-like location on a beautiful lake. If you like watersports, this is the place for you! (We were in the area to visit family, so we didn’t partake in any water sports). Very well appointed lodge with everything you need. A couple minor issues (eg. couldn’t find a remote) were dealt with quickly. Highly recommended for a peaceful getaway or family vacation.

Warm and comfortable the lodge had a fully equipped kitchen with milk bread and eggs in the fridge which we couldn’t have been more thankful for. We had a very comfortable stay Thankyou

Fantastic lodge in a great quiet location. Bar and restaurant on site serving great food and drinks with a great atmosphere. Will defo be visiting again next year.

I've enjoyed my stay here very much! Alan and Teresa are both very friendly and hospitable. They took care of me very well by going above and beyond. This is a great place to stay at to enjoy peace and tranquil atmosphere while also being within 5-10minutes to Ely. Will definitely book again in the future!

Perfectly fine place. It's a cabin at the end of the garden on one of the houses opposite the Old Spring pub. Everything was clean and in good working order. The keys were all a little hard to use, they stick in the locks, so a little persistence is needed.

Really enjoyed the stay here. Beautiful surrounds. Lovely to wake up to the rustle of trees. Highly recommended.

What a lovely place so close to central Cambridge. So private, amazingly clean and quiet. Stayed to be near my son who is intended university. Will definitely be back to use again. Thank you for such a lovely place to stay.

We were very lucky to have the weather on our side. the decking was a gorgeous place to enjoy the sunshine over looking the lake! the kids loved feeding the geese and swan and enjoyed watching the waterskier whizz passed. Absolutely loved the place and will definitely go again.

This place was amazing the service was awesome I spent 2 nights here and it was not enough the pods are beautiful the reception staff outstanding made a great effort to explain everything to me and made us all feel welcome I will be visiting again..... oh and not to mention the 4 chickens who the family named Derek, Sheila, Chow main, and Vermicelli

The cabin is beautiful! It's a really well put-together space, beautifully presented, with modern furnishings... and the sauna! Buddy was super helpful and responsive, and the stay all went very smoothly.
