House holiday rentals in Cambridgeshire

We were greeted well upon arrival. They showed and explained everything. We were also lucky to see beautiful peacocks on the territory. The house corresponds to the description and photos. There is a good sauna, a large pool and there is a passage from a small goubina to a large one. The jacuzzi is also large. Everything is clean and neat, we liked it, the child is delighted, we will definitely come again.🙃

Great place to stay, lovely outlook from the decking across water and the golf course. Well appointed accommodation with everything you could need. Great facilities and a bar on site and very good value for money.

Lovely place to stay with family. Only downside was strength if Wi-Fi! When you have a professional gamer in your party this can be annoying! Other than that the place was ideal for us visiting as a family, comfortable beds, with lovely walks for our little dogs too..thank you

Beautiful home with lovely garden and amazing swimming pool and hot tub.

Upon arrival Sally was there to greet us and give us a quick tour which was really helpful. The house itself is gorgeous - so spacious, perfect for a large group, and you want for nothing. The kitchen in particular is such an amazing socialising space - perfect for hosting! The Christmas decorations throughout were amazing and really made us feel at home and in the holiday spirit! All bedrooms were comfy, warm and spacious. We really enjoyed the pool table and darts. Everyone loved it! Location was so peaceful - countryside for miles but only a 10 min drive from Sandy station. Sally was super responsive throughout if we ever had any questions. And the cherry on top was the cuddliest cat Batman! We couldn’t have wished for a nicer place to spend Christmas with the family. Thank you Sally!

Jean is a great host- very welcoming, clear instructions and interesting local recommendations. Waterside Retreat is in a smashing location, right on the small lake, close to the country club. The lodge is spacious, clean and well stocked with everything you might need for your holidays and more. We also used the gym- it was well equipped, had a delicious Sunday roast at the country club and walked the dog along the nature trail and to Tydd St Giles- surroundings are very peaceful and beautiful. Uber-eats delivered to our lodge, no problem. Also, it was an easy 1 hour drive to Cambridge to soak up some culture. Overall a great Easter break, in a fabulous lodge.

Her prompt communication, helpful tips about the local area, and genuine care for our comfort truly made a difference. The location couldn't have been better. Situated in the heart of the city, we were able to explore all that Cambridge has to offer with ease. Overall, our stay exceeded our expectations in every way. Guy's place was in a fantastic location in Cambridge, in the heart of Mill Road, with plenty of local cafes and restaurants in walking distance. The property was well equipped with a few essentials and everything we needed for a nights stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend

Amy and Tom's place was lovely! It was a short walk to Mill Road and its cafes, markets and restaurants, and also a 30 minute walk to town center (where the University of Cambridge and its 31 colleges are). The park and playground just across the street was perfect. Parking was a breeze. And the home was just what we needed. It was an extra perk that the back door and windows opened up completely so when it was sunny and warmer we could just keep it all open. The kitchen had everything we needed and was nice to cook in. The house is setup to be pretty kid friendly. The shower water pressure was very nice and having two bathrooms was also nice. The beds were very comfortable and we will definitely stay here when we're back in town!

Absolutely beautiful house and garden, which was spotlessly clean and furnished with everything we needed. Our two children loved the toys and secret attic. Communication with the host was very good. Would recommend!

This is a great place, beautifully decorated and fitted with everything one might need during their stay. The location is excellent, being within walking distance of the city centre and the train station, but it is on a fairly busy road, which may bear consideration (although it didn't really bother me much). Michael is a great host, always happy to help, but I never needed any because everything was perfectly clear in the first place—very highly recommended!

We have just returned from a great stay at 32 Headly St. Rob and Nicky were extremely friendly, responsive and helpful throughout. The layout is atypical, but is a fun change for an away from home experience. Two of the beds are super king size (yay!) and all are very comfortable. The setting is quiet, yet close to bustling Mill Road where there's numerous shops and eateries. It's also very accessible on foot into Cambridge centre. The weather was warm/windy with occasional rain during our stay. We appreciated the fans at night and enjoyed the outdoor space - it is very sheltered from wind and drizzle. The interior decor is thoughtful and quirky - there's a lot to take in! The kitchen is well equipped. We particularly appreciated the air fryer and coffee machines. Having lots of essentials (eg kitchen roll, bin bags, washing tabs, condiments, foil, coffee pods, sugar) was a real plus as it saved us having to pick such supplies up when only a small amount of each was needed.

Wow what a wonderful stay at The Old Piggery. Beautifully decorated all round, had everything we needed. The bedroom was stunning! Close to local eateries & 30 minutes from the seaside. We just loved our stay here, thank you Mandy!

Lovely house with good sized rooms and ample facilities. Clean and tidy with a full complement of bedding and towels. Loads of on site parking. Would definitely recommend. Would be good for a couples get together as well as a family visit. Perfect location for the wedding we all attended.

This lovely little house is very conveniently located a short walk into Cambridge town centre. The house is quiet and the facilitities are just what I needed for a six night stay. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed comfortable and the shower good. I wasn't disturbed by noise during my stay and it was pleasant to walk across Parker's Piece every day to get into the town. Cambridge itself is a busy, vibrant town with plentiful sights to see, restaurants to eat in and other night life.

We stayed in Nicola's house as 6 people for 3 days. Even though these houses are tiny by default, we didn't feel like not having enough space. It was clean and well equipped. Everything is within walking distance and its a nice neighbourhood overall. Wouldn't hesitate coming again.

The neighborhood was safe and quiet, making it easy to relax and feel at home. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

In my 8 years of staying at Airbnbs this was the best experience ever. I feel guilty to rate my stay as a five star given that's the same rating I have left for countless other properties that couldn't compare. The house has been so beautifully and carefully modernised it's almost an inspiration. But what does stand out is Sarah's attention to detail. everything so immaculately set out and everything we would conceivably need provider for. We had the best stay ever and words fail to describe how enthusiastically we recommend the place to all future travellers.

Beautiful property in a stunning location. Melanie was very attentive, greeted us on arrival to make sure we had everything we needed. Well equipped kitchen and really exceptional that all bedrooms have en-suites. Lovely touch with the fresh eggs, milk & bread. Local pubs within walking distance that serve good food. Would definitely recommend staying here and hopefully we will return next year

We were super pleased with Garden Cottage for a family ( x5adults ) get together with our dogs too. Secure garden which was perfect and with good weather we were also able to eat outside and use the BBQ. Off road parking for two large vehicles also a bonus. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook-in (essentials; milk, bread, tea, coffee and dishwasher tabs etc were provided when we arrived) , but could have also walked to the village for the pub if we had preferred to eat out. We all had a lovely stay and would recommend. Thanks Alex.
