Beautiful home in an excellent location. We recently stayed as a party of 10 for a hen do weekend. The house had everything we could need, very spacious but offered a cosy feel. All was clean and tidy. Anna was a great host, very friendly and responsive. I would happily recommend to anyone.

Lovely stay at The Reading Room. A charming and well set up property. Perfect for us and the garden was safe and secure for the dog, a big plus for us. Situated well for visits to beaches.

We had a lovely stay at the Potting Shed. It is much bigger than the pictures suggest. Spacious and cosy. It is ideally located being in beautiful countryside yet walking distance to the village and in turn it's easy access to Cambridge. We self-catered and the kitchen was very well equipped. We also really appreciated the welcome goodies and that Ann-Marie made up the sofa-bed for us ahead. Super clean and fresh bedding. We were very comfortable and very much enjoyed our stay. It was also easy to communicate with Ann-Marie and the directions were very clear. Thank you so much.

Lovely stay at the pumphouse. The property is stunning and surrounded by beautiful scenery. Plenty of amenity’s and a well stocked kitchen to host multiple guests. David was very responsive and helped with all queries promptly. Would definitely recommend for a break in the tranquil Norfolk countryside!

Had a fantastic weekend here celebrating for a hen weekend! The place was perfect to accommodate a large group, big enough for communal socialising but also enough private spaces. Cathy was fantastic at communicating and was happy to provide extras where needed. Brilliant location, stunning views and easy to get to Cambridge centre! Would definitely stay here again.

I've stayed here a number of times, the last was two years ago and it's as good now as it was then. Perfect for my work travel to Waterbeach. Lovely surroundings and has all the things I needed for a few days stay.

We have just spent a long weekend at Ashmi's lovely house with our children, their partners and our grandchildren. The house was well equipped for all our needs and the welcome pack was well received. We loved the hot tub which we used several times during our stay. We spent a day at Duxford Airfield which is literally 10 mins down the road. If I had to say anything that could be improved it would be that maybe a few more pillows could be provided as some of the group struggled with just one pillow each, but it certainly didn't affect our enjoyment. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting a large house to spend time with either family or friends.

We had a lovely stay very quite and relaxing .John was a great host .i so enjoyed watching the piglets lambs and calves on the farm along with so many wild birds .a very relaxing stay .

This house and location was perfect. It was an added surprise to arrive to fresh farm eggs and bread as well as a decorated Christmas tree. The hosts were extremely accommodating and just lovely people. We would highly recommend any of their properties if you’re looking in the area.

Beautiful accommodation with stunning views into the field. We enjoyed watching deer, ducks, rabbits and birds. The outside bath is a lovely touch.

Amazing house. One of the highest-spec and best-equipped Airbnbs we've ever stayed in. Hosts really responsive to communication before and during our stay. Easy to check-in and out, space for parking. Comfy beds and pillows, lots of seating. Felt special but also homely. Peaceful countryside surrounding the house and wrap-around garden (and we timed it perfectly for the weather!). Was the perfect choice for my mum's 70th birthday. Thank you so much!

Outstanding hosts. We were super happy to stay with them for a second time! The welcome basket was a really thoughtful gesture and the extra touches like robes and slippers were very helpful.

A lovely, quiet,comfortable, clean and well equipped home away from home. We enjoyed four days of exploring the Cambridge area. Recommend the Park and Ride into Cambridge. Cam Spice just down the road provided a delicious dinner. Would recommend a stay at Rose Cottage, where the roses are spectacular.

Really enjoyed our stay at The Grange. It is as it appears in the photos, very spacious, with great outdoor space. Great for a family get together. We made use of the BBQ one of the evenings, went for a walk to the local pub one afternoon, and spent a day in Cambridge, which is a short drive away. The local pub is not a typical local country pub. More of a restaurant vibe but It does have a beer garden at the back. Anthony was a great host and met us on the day of arrival to assist with check in. Overall we had a lovely stay and would recommend it.

we enjoyed our last minute weekend, Alan was very approachable and friendly. Cabin was clean and tidy. Only issues we had was my big dog could jump over the gate but is secure for small / medium. Alan also gave us advice to where to go for walks with our two dogs. Would definitely be returning, thank you again Alan.

My boys and I had a wonderful stay at Barley Cottage. Stephen and Philip are amazing hosts, super friendly, very knowledgeable of the area and great conversation. The cottage was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The beds were super comfy and the shower was great. Water Newton is an idyllic little village just a stones throw from Peterborough, but a world away! We loved every minute of our time there.

Absolutely beautiful place and surroundings, Leaine was very helpful. I really liked the fact the host left us to get on with our holiday and come and go as we please.

We stayed for our Wedding Anniversary & it was a perfect stay. Hot tub & views were amazing! So peaceful & idyllic! Everything you could need was there, with a bonus of indoor & outside games. Would definitely recommend to others & will be booking again.

We stayed in Abbots accommodation. We've have stayed in multiple Airbnb's and this property was immaculately clean. A+ for cleanliness. Very well maintained and has the most amazing view, we had a family of deer grazing in the field as we were relaxing in the hot tub. Our dog absolutely loved the stay as behind the property is a massive open field where he could go for a lovely uninterrupted walk and he absolutely loved the treats that were left for him. The beds are very comfortable and towels that were provided are nice and soft. Near by shops had everything we needed for our stay and we also travelled into Downham market which is a lovely little historic town with plenty of places to eat. The homemade cakes that were left for us were really appreciated and as was the welcome hamper. We didn't want to go home but when travelling back we said we would definitely at somepoint return for a second time for sure and thank you for making our stay a relaxing break.
