Holiday rentals with a kayak in Brewster

I had high expectations coming in, but this home exceeded them by far. The interior is spotless, the condition is great, you could see that the owners put a lot of effort into it with lots of nice little touches to improve utility and aesthetics. Eugeniya was super helpful the entire time, she and Rudy are awesome hosts. I want to point out that the location is also very nice. We liked the town, the restaurants, the beach (15-20 minutes drive), Mashpee Commons. Santuit pond is wonderful and provides some nice fishing spots. The big pleasant surprise was the Santuit Pond Reserve, it’s in walking distance and provides tons of great hiking opportunities. There are many other attractions nearby, I recommend visiting Heritage Museums & Gardens in Sandwich (20 minutes away). Overall we had the best time, I highly recommend this place!

This is an absolutely beautiful rental and location. Cleanest, most pristine location we have been to. Appliances and bathrooms are glimmering. Host is immediately responsive and kind. 10 out of 10 in all respects.

Great spot to stay in Dennis. Quiet street , easy to get everywhere. The home was comfortable, very clean and fenced in yard was lovely. Amy was kind and communicative. Would love to stay here again next time we're back in the area.

We rented Tom’s house for a month and throughout that time Tom was super responsive and helpful. The home is in a quiet centrally located area with amazing beaches, shopping and access to both highways and backroads nearby. As a bonus the bike paths of Dennis and the rail trail are a cinch to get to. We loved our quick drives or rides over to multiple beautiful beaches for our nightly sunsets.

As soon as I walked in the door, I knew I was coming back. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and Cade Cod chips which was such a nice touch. Tracy's place is even more spacious than the pictures show, bedrooms are huge, beds were comfy with linens that smelled amazing! Has everything you could possibly need and then some. We spent a lot of time in the cozy solarium enjoying the great view. This was the best place I have ever stayed by far! Recommend 100% !!!

The house and Tam were fantastic! Tam's attention to detail in both the house and how it was prepared for us made it super easy and stress-free to get settled. We had an amazing time!

Me and my wife had never been to the cape and we both turned 60 so we wanted to do something we have never did before. We decided to give Cape Cod a try. i went with very low expectations . Boy was i wrong. We had no idea if Chatham was the right place to stay or not. We randomly picked this house and we are so happy we did. it was is in a nice location close to the beaches and also close to the restaurants and shopping. What a great way to celebrate our 60th birthdays. i’m d reccomend this house to anyone looking for a great location with hosts who are easy to get a hold of and a very clean well kept place. Fantastic home that clearly is actually enjoyed by the owners (so no weird surprises like you find in places that only exist as rentals). Well designed space that’s very comfortable to exist in. About a mile to the nearest ocean beach so we ended up driving more than walking but there’s plenty to do with a car.

Our stay at Lisa's place was very pleasant. Her home is very nice with a lovely view of the lake and plenty of space for large families (we were only four people but can easily accommodate a few more). The neighborhood does not have a lot of car traffic which is great for walking and jogging around the lake. And it is also relatively close to Falmouth downtown and convenient stores. Lisa was very easy to communicate with and is very courteous and friendly. She really seems to care about her guests' comfortability. It was a pleasure dealing with her. Thank you, Lisa!

I had a wonderful stay at this cozy Cape Cod cottage! The friendly host made us feel right at home, and the location was perfect, just a short distance to the beach. Highly recommend and can't wait to return!

We needed somewhere to stay for a wedding down the road. Kevin’s place was more than we were expecting! It was perfect! Clean and spacious. We will be keeping this top of our list for places to stay when on the Cape!

Cute little cottage, looks just like the photos. Walking distance to beach and walking trails!

It was pricey but considering where it’s located it was worth it! Very clean and comfortable….wonderful and relaxing getaway 😎 hope to go back again.

The cottage was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Lovely grounds. Very private and cozy. Our host was responsive and very helpful, a pleasure to communicate with. The location was ideal, close to the beach yet not too far from shopping and restaurants. Our family made cherished memories here and would love to return.
