Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Brewster

We enjoyed our stay—it was a quick 5-minute car ride to Main Street. We also enjoyed watching wildlife in the river! I wish we had brought our binoculars!

We loved the home, warm , welcoming and a dream kitchen! The location was beautiful and set back from the road. Amazing variety of trees, shrubs, flowers and birds, a lovely paradise. We would love to stay again and would happily recommend your home to family or friends. Thank you

Cristian and Yuri’s home was absolutely perfect for our family. The home was large and inviting and had a wonderful Cape feel that we were looking for. The indoor space was clean and beautifully furnished. The outdoor space was so nice to have at night with lots of patio furniture, string lights and a fire pit. We felt right at home during our stay. Yuri was very helpful and responsive with check in/out instructions and any questions we had. It was also great being able to bring our pets. We would love to return here again!

Perfect quiet getaway - tucked inland along rail trail. Nice deck for morning yoga or night time tea by the fireplace. Grill was newer and worked well. Pull out wasn’t uncomfortable! Location was what we wanted but there is need to drive to other areas/the beach.

Great house, plenty of areas for everyone to have their own space. college boys loved the games in he house when it was chilly, and also enjoyed outdoors, while parents had plenty of space and peace and quiet when needed. Dinner and watching sports on TV together was also easy, as space is really great. Lucia is as solid of a communicator as any host we've had, she was terrific and helpful. Of course, the Cape and Chatham is a terrific area to visit. Would definitely rent this house again and anything Lucia has.

We stayed during a very cold and rainy Memorial Day weekend, but Garran’s home made the weekend much warmer. This is a great place for families especially with kids! Lots of space and lots of games and toys for the little ones . We weren’t able to make use of the spacious backyard and the fire pit due to the weather, but it looked lovely! The house was very clean and kitchen was fully equipped to make easy standard meals. Location wise it’s right in the middle of the Cape, with some beaches nearby.

We just finished a 4 night girls getaway for my Mom’s birthday. We can’t say enough about Adrianna and Tara’s cottage! We felt right @ home and there was such a peaceful vibe to the cottage. We were able to really relax and enjoyed beautiful sunsets with the fire pit going and wrapped in comfy blankets that they provided. They have thought of everything! The sauna experience followed by the outdoor shower was heavenly. We plan to make this an annual trip and this place is a 5+++, such an amazing stay🌸

Thanks for being a warm, friendly, and welcoming host Ragnhild! Enjoyed staying in this peaceful guest suite with a water view. The WiFi is also very fast, and I was able to seamlessly video conference on Teams. Would recommend Ragnhild’s place to any potential guests, especially remote workers.

We had a short but pleasant stay at Gail’s and the in-law apartment was perfect! Check in was easy and the apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with great snacks! This is a great location for exploring Falmouth and the rest of the Cape and Gail is super friendly and responsive. We hope to stay longer next time!

My son & I stayed at Nadia's place, & we had a fantastic time there!! It's a beautiful 2 bedroom house with one of the best panoramic views on the Cape, in my opinion! The house is extremely clean, & it offered everything we needed! 5 (out of 5) stars all the way!! Nadia was a wonderful host in every way, & we want to thank her SO much!! We had an amazing week in Eastham at Billy and Beth’s place! The home was spacious, well-equipped, and offered plenty of privacy. It was also wonderfully quiet and just a short walk to the beach, which was perfect for our daily outings. Billy and Beth are fantastic hosts—friendly and generous. Their love for music was a delightful bonus, and we even got to hear Billy and his friend Bob play at the Yardarm in Orleans. It was a great experience and added a special touch to our stay. If you’re curious about how American entrepreneurship in the mid-20th century, plexiglas, and a famous Hollywood actress are connected to Billy’s history, be sure to ask him. It’s a fascinating story! Highly recommend staying here for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

This place is perfect for 1 or 2 people. Close to town by car but quiet. Big yard, super clean, very quiet.

We enjoyed our stay. It is a very modern suite. The living room has a large TV and built-in glass fireplace. The kitchen is HGTV with a gas stove and large modern sink. The bathroom is Euro-styled behind the sliding wooden door, great water pressure. The bedroom has a great sleeping bed which always makes my stay. The place has a demure outside but once inside, you will say “Wow!”. Maria is a great, congenial host putting us on some great restaurants and places to visit. We would definitely rent again.

We had a a great time and really loved the location and communication with the host! The pond is practically the back yard and easy access to bring our kayaks in. Close to the bike trail and all of the awesome Dennis beaches. One of our best cape vacation homes we stayed at!

Andrea and Tracy’s place was amazing for us and our fur babies for a trip to the cape. The back yard was gorgeous, the apartment was comfortable and clean, and the location was a pretty convenient to most places for us. I would absolutely recommend and will happily stay again next time!

Our recent stay at Dori's was a blissful escape for our family. Our five-month-old loved the serene and peaceful atmosphere, which was even more charming than the pictures suggested. It was exactly what we needed to unwind as new parents. Dori was incredibly welcoming and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. She offered to order and pick up for us some takeout when we were caught in a thunderstorm, and lent my dad a jacket since it’s pretty cool during the morning than we expected. It’s a wonderful Airbnb but it’s Dori that made our trip truly special.

My family booked this house to celebrate my uncle’s 80th birthday. Unfortunately, my uncle passed away prior to the event so we turned it into a celebration of life. We appreciated the location very much. It was a very quick walk to a beautiful beach near the JFK memorial. Restaurants were within walking distance. The weather was good even though it was the beginning of May so we were able to make use of a wonderful outside space. Lloyd was very responsive throughout our short stay. If you are looking for a place for the family to relax and reconnect, this is the place for you.

We spent a relaxing week at Gabrielle’s beautiful home - mainly on the deck playing cards surrounded by beautiful vegetation. Great location with many walking paths through the woods - all of which seem to lead to the marketplace area and/or beach. The house is very nicely decorated and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

The house is extremely big, comfortable and cute. bedrooms are big, but the 1st floor bedroom definitely needs a new mattress. love the open concept of the kitchen, one thing I wish they had was a blender. Tom provided us with gallons of water which I am really thankful for it. The home was clean, beautiful backyard, quite neighborhood. Overall my family were comfortable, enjoyed our stay, and will definitely stay again.

The villa is amazing!! It’s super spacious, clean and very nicely decorated. Natalia is a great host. We had our microwedding at her villa and she organized a perfect day for us, would 100% recommend!
