Cottage holiday rentals in Brewster

Carl’s cottage was the perfect little get away! It was just the right size for me and my husband and very close to the beach. The yard was a bit overgrown but other than that, a great place!

Teagan’s place was exactly as described. Had a girls trip memorial day weekend and the spot didn’t disappoint. There were enough beds to accomodate us, it was spacious and very clean. We could see the beach path through the sliders and we were able to walk right down to the beach. Unfortunately there was a huge storm during half our trip but the cottage was such a cute spot to just chill and relax while waiting out the storm.

Mazie was great host and her place was perfect for our family. Walkable to beach. The kids could ride their bikes on the dead end road and they had a little candy and Icecream store they liked to bike to not far. The inside was great. We had four kids and our two youngest loved the little loft area as their room. The backyard was great for relaxing grilling and the outdoor shower was perfect to have for back and forth trips to the beach all day. Mazie was a great host and we are grateful for our stay at her beautiful home.

Art is simply amazing to deal with for a host very responsive, home is beautiful right on the lake plenty of room for 2 -3 families..this is our 3rd year staying and hands down our favorite airbnb.

The Hobbit Cottage was lovely and had everything we needed. A lovely sunroom looked out on the marsh and was great for morning coffee. There was ample space for two of us. Everything was easy to find. Brenda was available for any questions we had. We would go back again in a heartbeat.

This was the perfect stay for us to explore Cape Cod and Boston. It was central and only about an hour to two hour drive for all the activities we were hoping to do. The place was clean and so cute and comfortable. We would highly recommend!

Great little home, very clean and organized. The cottage was updated and was very nicely designed for the space. Location was perfect for us, quiet neighborhood and close to many food and activities options. House was stocked with all the main essentials and prepared very well for guest. Host Nina was quick to respond to any of our questions.

This was our second stay and though it rained and was very windy , we enjoyed our neighbor walks during the brief periods of sunshine. The cottage was perfectly clean and had everything we needed. Both of our stays were planned so we could visit with family that lived just two streets away. Proximity to the beach and great restaurants made our stay very relaxing. We will definitely plan another stay.

My family enjoyed the location including the nearby restaurants, hikes and beaches. Cindy’s place was quaint, comfortable and private. I would most definitely stay here again. Host was also friendly, kind and flexible. It was an added bonus to be able to do a load of laundry, have a full fridge and use non-disposable dishes. We were able to make breakfasts at the house which felt much more comfortable than eating out for every meal. We traveled with a toddler, and while it was not baby-proof (nothing is with this little guy) the place was clean and without clutter. We were easily able to keep an eye on him without any issues.

This is our 3rd year staying at Times & Tides and we love it. The house is quaint with the perfect cape feel and what makes it awesome is how close it is to the beach!!! The perfect get away for a week or a weekend. Tom and Alana are great host always proactive with their communications and very responsive if you have any questions. We are looking forward to our next visit in 2025.

We had a wonderful stay at Bonnie’s cottage! It was quaint and cozy. Very clean and comfortable for our family of 3 and our doggie ! Bonnie was extremely helpful and responsive providing clear instructions and videos. We loved the location being so close to the beach and many other great restaurant spots/ desserts. Check-in/out was very easy. We would recommend this place to anyone planning a small trip to the cape!

We traveled to the cape for a youth soccer tournament and wanted to find a place with room for our family and dog. Daniel's cottage was perfect for our family of 4 - a nice cozy cottage with beach access, all the comforts of home, and a great location. Daniel was a great host - proactive friendly location and a clean house with everything we needed.

Absolutely sparkling fresh and clean. Beautifully designed and decorated. Bed was so cozy and comfortable. Stairs are tricky and steep But it is expected in this style cottage. Convenient to downtown yet very secluded. We had a nor easter through our visit. So sad that our outdoor plans were ruined but this cottage had lots of room to move around. Could not imagine being in a small hotel room. We loved handing out at Chatham Bars Sacred Cod for drinks and dinner! Coming home to our cottage was half the hotel price but twice as cool!

We had a perfect week at Bo’s place. The weather was beautiful and the walk to the beach was nice. We loved how close to lots of activities we wanted to do the cottage was. The cottage itself was cute and just the right size for my sister and I. The outdoor shower was awesome!! I would definitely book this place again. Sharon and Lynne

My wife and I stayed at May's place while visiting family on Cape Cod. As described, it's a cozy little cottage, which was just what we wanted. Quiet neighborhood. Most of our time was spent on the delightful patio. A short night-time walk to the pond was exceptional with moon light reflecting off the water. Next time we're on the Cape, we definitely return.

We loved our stay so much! Everything was so clean and we felt right at home. Anne had everything we needed. She even had extra batteries. This was by far the cleanest house we have ever stayed at! There were instruction manuals on how to run everything and everything was extremely organized. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

We love this house so much it was actually a second time booking it for our family getaway to cape cod. The house is immaculate upon arrival. The host(s) are extremely responsive with communication and curated a gorgeous spacious house for us to enjoy for our time in Ma. The house is in such a wonderful location within a quick drive to a cute Main Street, and a short drive away from all surrounding towns in cape Cod. We are already looking forward to another stay next year. -Allison

My girlfriends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tracy’s cottage! The house was adorably decorated and super clean! The outside space allowed us to enjoy some cocktails in the sun and the beds were very comfortable. Tracy even set up a happy birthday banner and left some local treats 😊 Lots of attention to detail which is always very much appreciated. We hope to make a trip back next spring!

Thank you for an amazing stay in Orleans. The property was exactly as described and close to some of the best beaches in all of cape cod. It was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable and the decor was cape cod perfect. Thanks again ! We can’t wait to be back

The cottage was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Lovely grounds. Very private and cozy. Our host was responsive and very helpful, a pleasure to communicate with. The location was ideal, close to the beach yet not too far from shopping and restaurants. Our family made cherished memories here and would love to return.
