Family-friendly holiday rentals in Blue River

Michael and Naomi's place was amazing. It was so convenient to downtown, was easy to check-in, and they were even able to help us with an earlier check-in. The place was clean and well kept. The bedroom mattress was a bit firm for our liking, but the apartment/condo was a very welcoming stay after long days of hiking. The hot-tub and pool areas are also well maintained and right next to the condo! I would definitely stay here again when visiting Breck! I definitely recommend if you want a convenient stay to downtown, amenities, and your own space.

Stephen's home was absolutely beautiful and truly exceeded our expectations! The balcony space was incredible, with stunning views of the mountains & gondola, a perfect backdrop for our stay. The location was ideal for skiers, just a quick less-than-5-minute drive to Peak 7 and 8. While walking to the gondolas in ski gear would be challenging due to the uphill gravel road in winter, it'd be walkable during the summer. The entire home was cozy and impeccably clean. We felt super cozy in the beds, finally an airbnb with firm and comfortable mattresses! The longer pillows were a nice touch. The multiple living room spaces were perfect for relaxing, and the downstairs area could easily be a separate space. The hot tub was sparkling clean, a perfect end to each day. Overall, we had a fantastic stay. Highly recommend, especially during non-peak seasons for an even more relaxing experience. P.S. Stephen was an exceptional host, graciously accommodating our early/late check-in requests.

Gina was great to deal with. she was very responsive and made sure everything was taken care of for us. The condo is located right off Main St which makes it very walkable to shopping and restaurants. The free bus stop is located right in front of the property as well. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

I booked this last minute getaway, and the condo was perfect as a base camp from which to do some rides and hikes and enjoy the local coffee shops, restaurants, breweries and sights. The condo is warm and cozy, and the kitchen is fully outfitted with all the stuff you’d need if you wanted to cook in etc. I’d book again if traveling solo or with a +1 for sure!

We loved our stay! It was a very unique place very close everything. I loved the story behind the house, and the book of the history of the cabin. Of course, my girls loved the hot tub, and were in it every night we were there. We would love to come back someday!

Jody and her home were amazing. We stayed for two weeks and had a perfect stay. Jody was patient working with us to book and plan our stay. We drove across the country with our dog and you would never known another dog had been in Jody’s house - it was imacculate. Jody made us feel welcome - met us when we arrived and checked in periodically. She had recommendations for off-leash hikes that made our dog’s stay even better. Jody’s house had everything a family could ever need and more. We made nearly every meal in Jody’s amazing kitchen - double ovens, 6 burner gas cooktop and every smalI appliance we could dream of made it fun and easy. The master suite bathroom was exceptional and we enjoyed baths with a view every evening. Jody’s house is central to everything. We are skiers and had easy access to great Epic and Ikon mountains just a short drive away. It was so nice to work with an owner who loves her house and her community and ensured we did too! Grateful! Thank you, Jody!

Location was great, located right next to the Super Bee lift which made it ready for a day of skiing. Loved that we could bring our dog with us too. The unit had everything we needed including a full kitchen and laundry. We will definitely stay here again.

Lloyd's BnB is a great place to stay. The beautiful mountain setting, the charming creek and the fact that EVERYTHING you could possibly need for is less than 10 minutes away are all reasons to come back. I would ^ HIGHLY ^ recommend this Air BnB to anyone with dogs, mountain lovers or anyone who wants a picturesque getaway from the city without having to be too far away from all the amentities a city provides. Thank you so much for the wonderful memories Lloyd, I hope we can get back out there to see your lovely place again.

Perfect little place! Quiet, beautiful scenery! Not far from anywhere you want to go. Very clean, felt like home! Host was very responsive and helpful. We loved everything about it! Highly recommend staying here!

We thought this place was marvelous. Nature all around, but close to amenities and adventure. 6 deer in front yard. mountain bluejays . beds oh so comfy, shower great. I slept on the porch.. excellent use of space. really good lighting for reading. rushing Creek out kitchen window. glorious.

Jaime was the most gracious host! Professional, personal, and super friendly. The place was spotless and had everything i needed. Thanks for the welcome package for me and my dog, Trooper, who, by the way, became fast-friends with Hugo, the doggy host. I will be staying here again!

Janet’s place was exactly what our family needed. With bus access from the driveway, getting to town, rec center or skiing was a breeze. It felt like home away from home, having everything we would need for our week. 10/10 will stay again every time we come to breck! Thanks Janet and Dave!

Brian and his beautiful condo were both great. We have stayed in this condo before and were glad to be able to come back. Location is excellent, condo decor is beautiful, and equipment [humidifiers, fans, blankets, clothing hooks, etc] was just what we needed. Brian was very responsive to our questions with effective answers and actions as needed. This is a great place for 6 people. All three generations enjoyed our stay!! Don’t hesitate to try Columbine 205!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Andrew’s condo! The condo was just as described. Very cozy with wonderful views of the mountain. We loved the ease of walking to the slopes and to downtown. We hope to come back someday!

Perfectly situated to Frisco area and surrounding towns. Easy under a mile walk to main strip of Frisco with shops, restaurants, outdoor beer garden and music, marina and Mountain View. My boyfriend and I walked home after night out on the town and felt very safe. Tara was very flexible and responsive - perfect for our stay - would stay again!

This is the perfect spot for you ski vacation. The condo is the perfect location- about a 30 yard walk to the bus that takes you to peak 7 or 8 or walkable to 4 o'clock run. Walkable to town and tons of delicious restaurants and shops. Kim was incredibly responsive and sent detailed instructions prior to check-in as well as a list of many things to do in the area. The condo was very spacious with a huge living room and kitchen area. We used the fireplace frequently and there's a huge room with firewood in the basement so you don't have to worry about that. The condo also had a lot of amenities to make it easier like a coffee maker and coffee and paper towels and a washer/ dryer. The ski locker in the basement was perfect to hold our skis, poles and Boots/helmet so it didn't take up any space in the condo. We could walk right in from the bus, take off our gear and then head upstairs to the condo. We even went to Vail one day and it was about 40 minutes away. Highly recommend!

Fab location next to snowflake lift and so fun to snowboard back to condo backyard on 4 o’clock run. Great space for couple but will be tight fit for additional guests. No elevators and has steps over bridge but condo on ground level.

Deb's place was great and just what we needed after long day of skiing. The hot tub was right outside the patio door, which we loved in the cold weather. The bed was comfy, soft and warm. The condo is a two minute walk to shopping and dining on main street. The bus system picks up at the front of the building the staff at the front desk were very helpful when needed. My son and I thoroughly enjoyed are time we spent in the condo and couldn't have asked for more. Thanks for making your condo available for all of us to enjoy :)

We had a great time here! It's very walkable to town and the pool and hot tubs were great. The hosts were super responsive when we had a question. We enjoyed our time in Breckenridge and this was a great home away from home!

The condo is fantastic! I truly appreciated all the high quality finishes and furnishings. The decor was just perfect for the Breckenridge Mountain setting. Even though it is part of a 4 story building - once you enter - it felt like we were staying in a cozy cabin because of all the finishes. The bed in the master is very comfortable - something that is always very important to me when vacationing anywhere as a mid 60's person. And the view and relaxing sound of the river directly in front of the building makes it just PERFECT. Well stocked kitchen. Just a trip down the stairs (or elevator) to the walk along the river and you are right downtown Breck. Carol was super responsive to any questions. Would stay again next time we head up there!
