Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Blue River

We had a nice stay. Tate was a great host and the place worked for our trip. It was a very cozy spot and enjoyed our stay. We'd stay there again.

Great place in a great location. Perfect with 2 young kids. It was clean, as-described, nice pool and hot tub and it was very convenient to have kids plates and silverware in the kitchen. It was very nice to sit in the morning and listen to the river and look at the mountains on the balcony. It is within walking distance of several restaurants and things to do next to Keystone ski resort, most of which were closed during our visit, but the host warned us of this ahead of time and we went in the off season for a reason, so this was not an issue. This place is a great starting point for a Rocky Mountains vacation, we would stay here again.

Wonderful stay! Walkable to downtown for meals and shopping. Bus stop right across the street and near the snowflake lift to get to peak 8 for skiing. Can not recommend this place enough!

Great place to stay. Within walking distance to the slopes and downtown area. Clean accommodations. Friendly and responsive host. Would have liked a better view, but overall it was fine as we were hardly there. Would stay there again.

Great place. Updated nicely. Comfortable beds. Nice bathrooms. Close to bus stop. Perfect for a crew of 4-5.

Ira’s place was perfect. Clean and comfortable and within walking distance of Frisco Main Street with great restaurants. So convenient on and off I-70. And the private hot tub was such a treat.

Julian was a great host. He was responsive to the one issue that popped up and it was resolved quickly. I would highly recommend this place and will keep it in mind next time I visit Colorado.

Justin and Heidi’s home was the perfect place to spend a weekend skiing in Breck. Right next door to the Snowflake lift made ski in/ski out so easy. Very easy walk or bus to Main Street. The place was perfectly cozy, from the decor to the fireplace. Justin and Heidi were very communicative, and parking was a breeze. Could not recommend more highly.

We had a great weekend in Breckenridge at Lee’s place. It was perfect for my wife and I, plus our two dogs. Easy access to a beautiful trail for morning walks, and a 10 minute walk down into Main Street. Lee was very responsive to any messages we sent. And a special shout out to the couch, we loved it so much we ended up buying it for our own home! Would highly recommend and we’d love to come back and stay sometime soon.

Beaver Run is a great location, especially Building 4. A true ski in / ski out.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was exactly as described. Very easy to get to Breck station and Peak 8 Gondola via resort shuttle which runs very frequently. Michael went above and beyond to answer all my questions and was super responsive. The condo itself was well appointed with plenty of towels, toiletries, and even dental kits in both bathrooms. The view from the balcony was breathtaking and the amenities at Beaver run including, outdoor hot tubs, heated pools, arcade, market and restaurant were all wonderful. Overall we had a wonderful spring break!

This was a beautiful stay, three minute drive from Keystone. There was so much to do in the surrounding area. Check in was simple, similar to other Summit County rentals we have done. We never had trouble finding a parking spot. The room was a perfect size for two of us going away for the week, with beautiful mountain view’s overlooking a nice frozen lake. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots, pans, etc. Bathroom had a heating lamp, which was nice on chilly days. Bed was comfy and warm. Dining area was a cute little spot surrounded by windows. Fireplace was nice, and if you are sore after skiing, the side door of the property connects to the Keystone Lodge, so you can walk right from your room to the adjoining Lodge to use their sauna, pool, and steam room. Overall, super great stay!

Great location and very clean. This was our second stay in this building, and the building is one of the best. Short walk to lift, pool and hot tub close by (walk through the parking garage), and the ski locker is super convenient. Location can't be beat. It can be a little challenging to find the key and garage if it's your first time, however the video they provide is super helpful. I wish we had that during our first stay. Unit overall is quiet (top floor) and clean. However, there is a maintenance area right outside the window, so we were awakened on a few occasions by bobcats and delivery trucks. One night at 3am...I understand early morning and am fine with it, but that was a little much. Communication was quick, however just copy and paste. I give it a 5/5 overall. I think this is a good choice for you and your kid or two.

Great communication. Exactly as decribed. Our second stay- will stay again. Very clean kitchen and bathroom. Very modern and clean design in the bathroom. Great view from balcony. A great place to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Daniel’s condo. The location was perfect, check in was very easy, and Daniel was always available, if needed. The condo was very clean and comfortable. We made a good choice in staying there, and I would highly recommend it, if you’re staying in Breckenridge.

Great place to stay with lots of room for everyone in our party. Close to various ski areas and the town of Silverthorne has everything you need for a great visit. We greatly enjoyed the amenities center and the hot tub/heated pool. Highly recommend!

This is the second spring break we have spent at this beautiful home. We enjoyed our time here just as much this time as we did last year. It’s truly a clean, lovely space with spectacular views.

Wonderful spacious property for large groups or families. Close to area ski resorts. The casita provided added privacy for our multi-generational family. The views were amazing with floor to ceiling windows and on clear nights we could see the lights for nighttime skiing at nearby Keystone. The large gas fireplace in the great room provided lots of ambience and kept us toasty. The kitchen was very well equipped for those who enjoy cooking. We also appreciated the outdoor gas grill for grilling steaks. The welcome basket of goodies was a special touch. Games and puzzles kept our little ones entertained. The lower living area and game room provided additional space for kids. There is also an outdoor fire feature and hot tub. I highly recommend this property. We are already looking at dates to return for our next family ski trip.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful and modern Airbnb. Everything was spotless upon arrival, and we were truly impressed by how clean and well-maintained the space was. The beds, sheets, and pillows were incredibly comfortable. One of the highlights was definitely the hot tub—it was the perfect way to unwind and relax after a ski session. The host was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The only small drawback was the number of cleaning rules, especially considering the high cleaning fee... Additionally, it would have been nice to have some coffee available for the next morning, as we arrived late at night and didn’t have time to stop and pick on a grocery store. So just be aware of that and schedule an Instacart in advance. Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and we would absolutely love to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Leah is a great host. She is very attentive and responsive. The home is beautiful and spacious. We loved the location because it is private but very close to town.

The house was amazing with all the amenities include that was listed. Tucker was very responsive and answered any questions I had. The house was comfortable and we felt at home right away. The restaurant listing was a great help and check-in and checkout was very easy. I will rent this house again if I ever find me myself going to Leadville again.

The Blue Sky Lodge was a great space for a bigger group. Great location near the village and skiing. Adam’s communication and instructions were very easy. Would stay again!
