Family-friendly holiday rentals in Summit County

The place was perfect for our family! Very close drive to the slopes. Shuttle bus stops very close as well. Nice and peaceful location. Kitchen is well stocked with cookware, dishes, etc. Indoor pool and hot tub were also convenient!

I booked this last minute getaway, and the condo was perfect as a base camp from which to do some rides and hikes and enjoy the local coffee shops, restaurants, breweries and sights. The condo is warm and cozy, and the kitchen is fully outfitted with all the stuff you’d need if you wanted to cook in etc. I’d book again if traveling solo or with a +1 for sure!

The location was perfect with beautiful views from the bedrooms - very short drive to ski resorts! The condo was well stocked and very comfortable. We also took advantage of the pool and hot tub, after skiing!

Lovely condo for a weekend getaway. The area is so peaceful and quiet and the views of the mountains were great to see every morning/evening as the sun went down. Beds are extra comfy and there are 3 different hot tubs in the complex that was fun to switch up with my daughter. Also really appreciated the games and lego set, it's so nice to arrive to 'new toys' with a little kid in tow.

Jody and her home were amazing. We stayed for two weeks and had a perfect stay. Jody was patient working with us to book and plan our stay. We drove across the country with our dog and you would never known another dog had been in Jody’s house - it was imacculate. Jody made us feel welcome - met us when we arrived and checked in periodically. She had recommendations for off-leash hikes that made our dog’s stay even better. Jody’s house had everything a family could ever need and more. We made nearly every meal in Jody’s amazing kitchen - double ovens, 6 burner gas cooktop and every smalI appliance we could dream of made it fun and easy. The master suite bathroom was exceptional and we enjoyed baths with a view every evening. Jody’s house is central to everything. We are skiers and had easy access to great Epic and Ikon mountains just a short drive away. It was so nice to work with an owner who loves her house and her community and ensured we did too! Spacious place, a lot of pillow options, comfortable beds. Overall an easy stay for my husband, daughter and our dog.

Location was great, located right next to the Super Bee lift which made it ready for a day of skiing. Loved that we could bring our dog with us too. The unit had everything we needed including a full kitchen and laundry. We will definitely stay here again.

Great place to relax after skiing. Loved the hot tub, kitchen was very stocked, everything was in working order. Condo could use some more updates, we would stay again. Can’t wait to see what Ash does next. Great place!

The pictures don't do this place justice! The home is wonderful, sturdy, and full of high quality furniture throughout. The couch and beds were very nice! We were more than comfortable with 5 people and a dog here; there was plenty of space and seating. The kitchen was well equipped, the bathrooms were well-supplied, and the backyard (even covered in snow) was a real treat. Great space for a dog, and in warmer weather it would be a great space to hangout. The location was quiet and peaceful, and with the proximity to the bus stop it was very easy to get anywhere in town without driving. Mike was a wonderful host; always responsive, always friendly, and his welcome packet has tons of local suggestions for things to do/places to go!

Pablo’s place has everything! We did some gourmet cooking with the breville sous vide and enjoyed unlimited espresso and cappuccino! Great location. Pablo was very responsive.

Beautiful condo and great location for skiing at Copper and snowmobiling at White Mountain. Enjoyed the hot tub and sauna at the clubhouse several nights, dinners in Frisco and an afternoon in Breckenridge. Nice fireplace and selection of games. Access to a humidifier was also nice!

Olivier's place was the perfect choice for our annual skiing trip! The property offered stunning views that we couldn’t get enough of, and the home itself was exceptionally cozy and spotless. It was clear that great care went into making the space comfortable and inviting. We would absolutely recommend Olivier's place to anyone looking for a relaxing and scenic getaway!

Our spring break stay at Daniel’s place was wonderful. We had all the space we needed with three of our boys with us, and having the pool and hot tubs directly across the parking lot was a huge bonus. Daniel was very quick to respond to any communication and was a great host. Highly recommended!

Everything was fine. Scott described everything in detail how to check in, even left ice cream in the fridge for us. The apartment is cozy, with everything you need for living. We recommend it to everyone.

This place is excellent! There is plenty of room and it was spotless, functional, and well-stocked. The beds were comfortable and there is good storage space. The clubhouse/ pool is right across the parking lot. I would definitely stay again!

Staying right at the Dillon Reservoir and Amphitheater was amazing. We woke up to the sun coming over the mountains and were central to everything we wanted to do. It was perfect for our family, easy to find, access, well appointed, and couldn't ask for better for our kids for their first winter ski vacation. Truly felt like a little home away from home where we got comfortable fast and could enjoy the local area

We had such a great time staying here. Colorado was beautiful in the summer and I loved the views of the mountains and the lake from the windows in the living room. The kitchen was well stocked and the bathrooms were very clean. The place was lovely and it is a great location. It was a great private get away.
