My experience at Kellie’s was AMAZING! Kellie was super friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. She was so understanding and even allowed me to check in early . Her hospitality alone makes you feel you’re family or a close friend. The place was exactly as described and pictured. Super clean and comfortable. If you’re looking for a cute getaway and to make another friend this is the place lol. 1000/10 I would highly recommend!

The beach house was perfect, just as described. It was clean and very homely, in a lovely location. Natasha was a great host from start to finish. Would definitely recommend to friends/family looking for a place to stay in Patchogue. Many thanks Natasha

Lovely place in a great location, walkable to the ocean and main street restaurants. We felt very welcomed, she even left some toys for our dog which was very sweet. Proactive communication as well. Overall I would recommend Ashley's place and would stay there again.

Adorable cottage within walking distance to area restaurants and the bay. Beautifully decorated and clean. Kim set up a coffee bar and snacks in the kitchen prior to our arrival. What a pleasant surprise! Well appointed comfortable bedrooms and bathroom with plenty of towels. She was very friendly and offered suggestions of the local eateries and entertainment. Too bad we weren’t able to fully take advantage of all the area had to offer because the stay was short. I’ll definitely keep this place on my list to make a return visit.
