It was our first experience in the studio apartment and I can say that it was very positive, it was me, my wife and my 7-year-old son, Mr. Paulo and his daughter Paula were very receptive, everything was clean and organized, very clear communication, we liked it a lot, we will come back more often! Kleber's place is excellent, identical to the listing. We were in a group of 18 people, and the accommodations were perfect, all the facilities of the house such as shower, air-conditioning and lamps work perfectly. We were very well accommodated. The house was very clean when we arrived. And Kleber and Fernanda were very quick and quick to answer us, and they helped us in what was needed. I make an observation about the presence in the house, of animals from the forest, which is at the bottom of the house. If there are people in the house, they don't enter, but if everyone leaves, you have to close all the doors and windows so they don't come in. The house is wonderful, and it has served us very well.

We had a super quiet stay! Check-in and check-out were very flexible, which made it very easy. The beach was calm and, as described, is actually foot in the sand. The place is also very well equipped, with several utensils available — until the thermal box we find!

Great stay, we really liked the apartment. A good location to get around all the main beaches. We loved Indaiá beach and especially Riviera beach because our child loved the waves. We were very well taken care of, we liked the apartment's accommodations, it had everything we needed, even an air fryer.

Our stay was very nice, as strengths I can highlight the location, very close to the beach, the condominium very beautiful, cozy and with several leisure items, the host Guilherme, quick to respond, kind and flexible, the house although old is very spacious and served our group well.

Stunning stay, the accommodations are exactly like the photos, all very clean, organized and functional. Gabriela is an odd person, accessible at all times and supported us in everything, always explaining everything in the smallest detail. The condominium is quiet, security 24h, has a mini convenience and has polite and helpful staff. The beach is a few steps away from the condominium and has beach service (chair and sunguard). Accommodation according to the photos, all organized, very clean and smelling! Amazing sunset view, short walk to the beach and a short drive to the mall. Staff of the building, even of the beach service, were very polite. Tatiana has always been available and requests. We will definitely return!

We love our stay in this flat! Everything was impeccable: very clean, organized, with a super comfortable space that exceeded our expectations. Clean bedding, all very well sanitized and decorated in very good taste. In the apartment it has a dryer and washing machine, which helped us a lot because it is not necessary to take many pieces (only the ones on the beach). The apartment is at a point close to a mini mall and well-known supermarkets. The price of the products does not change much in relation to my city, so we went with few things. We bought everything there. The location is excellent, with the beach nearby and easy access, which made our days even more enjoyable. The attendance at the concierge — from the moment we arrived, all the staff were extremely polite and attentive. Always friendly, both on the exits and on the beach returns. We definitely want to come back more often! Thank you for providing a more than enjoyable experience.

I spent 10 days feeling at home, I needed time and tranquility to work. Closed balcony with glass, it has a very nice landscape at night for green forest, in front of the building. Flat location, easy walk to the beach, functional building and everything very simple and easy to access. Ricardo was always attentive and proactive, and even managed to get an extra parking space for the weekend, as a courtesy. Flexible check-in and check-out, I definitely recommend it. Very well equipped apartment, with everything you need for stay (airfryer,toaster,sandwich maker,blender,kettle,microwave,coffee maker, washing machine and many other items) You really don't have to worry about a thing ; you have there at the apt. Estadia was excellent, good location, clean decoration, great showers, new pillows, very good condominium structure. Great balcony with barbecue, air conditioning in all rooms We were very pleased with the days we spent in the apt! Sandro served us promptly and warmly whenever we need to speak.

Quiet, comfortable and very friendly place, as well as the hosts Carla and Rodolfo. Rodolfo was a gentleman during our stay. Accommodation on the upper floor, access by a small staircase, with a balcony and two spacious bedrooms, quality bed and bath linens. The kitchen has everything you could need, and it's even possible to have a good barbecue. The decoration and lighting are harmonious, with works of art by the owner. The design and access to the condominium is fantastic, large patio for parking and resembles an Azorean village and is well located in relation to the beach. We will definitely be back.

We only spent the weekend, it was a wonderful stay! The apartment is exactly as in the photos: clean, very well equipped, comfortable and a very good condominium. Communication with the host was excellent, always very attentive and helpful. I highly recommend it and would certainly stay again
