Jaime and all the super helpful staff the housekeeper top too the diarista also pleasant place to be with the family the very clean pool.The house is very close to the club market, restaurant in the end the condominium looks like a city has everything there Jaime as excellent host the homemaker so super solstice went every day to clean the pools. no talk about the beach and private super clean I loved more... I'm sure I'll be back again...😉

The house is beautiful, well equipped, condominium and large and has everything close as a market, bakery and shops in general. It is a little far from the beach but within easy reach by car. The beach is beautiful and has a great structure.

The house contains a great space both indoors and outdoors, kitchen, bathrooms and clean rooms. We had a very good service from both the homeowner and the owner, they did not leave to be desired in the communication or in the explanations to reach the site! Super indico !

The rental is a good value. The Condomínio Morada da Praia is close to the beach (at least for the houses that are closer to the entrance, such as Regina's). It's a huge condominium, with a good variety of shops. A safe and quiet place. Regina's house accommodates 4 people very well, with the necessary comfort. I don't remember anything missing. The pool is a highlight, with above-average measurements. I recommend it.

The apartment exceeded all expectations! Extremely clean, well decorated, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay - from kitchen utensils to quality linens and towels. The location is excellent, close to everything, in a safe and easily accessible area. Communication with the host was always quick and cordial. It is a large, clean, well-equipped apartment, with a beautiful view and with privacy, there are no buildings in the front. The condominium is excellent for those with a small child, because even on rainy day you can have fun with a heated pool, toy library, game room (there it has a certain smell of mold), outside playground and courts. It has a 24-hour minimarket inside the condominium that helps a lot. It has a muiiito supermarket near the building and it is not far from the centre. 10min walk to the beach, quiet but with a child or carrying much better by car. Kind and thoughtful hosts respond quickly.

I loved every moment in the pond house. A haven of tranquility, where time seemed to breathe slowly. The trail, flanked by khakis' feet, was almost a poem in the shape of a path. And nature, without haste, offered its spectacle... chorus birds, dancing leaves and the company of my parents and boyfriend made it the most special place... Gratitude for this piece of peace.

A quiet and delicious place to rest with lots of green, noisy creek, spacious balcony and privacy! We spent most of the time outside the house enjoying nature and at night it was still possible to warm us up at the stake and relax in the (huge) hot tub that worked well. Leticia was very kind and attentive, responding to us quickly. We love our stay!

We were me and my boyfriend this weekend at the house of Regiane and Edu and we were extremely happy with our lodging. It was an amazing experience as it is an immersion in nature with access to the river and beach. In addition to having been very well received by the couple, we felt at home all the time. The site is truly a paradise in the woods, highlighting the care and respect that hosts have for the environment and are keen to share. For nature-lovers this place is ideal. The access is also quiet: the street is paved and takes about 15 minutes by car to the beach. The house has all the necessary items for a comfortable stay — it is only worth remembering that there is no TV or microwave. The river with direct access through the house is the icing on the cake. Thank you very much Regiane and Edu for welcoming us with such dedication and affection. A big hug!

Worth every cent! The house is exactly like in the pictures, super wide and comfortable. The pool is wonderful and the kitchen well equipped, I didn't miss anything. The rooms have air conditioning, but even in the room with the fans it is super pleasant in the heat. The beds and sofas are comfortable, we slept very well to enjoy the next day. Eduardo was flexible with the entrance and exit because he had no one before or after us, and this helped a lot because he was on the beach with children. Within the condominium, at the end of the street, there is a beautiful river that is well worth visiting. I recommend to anyone who is, take an anti-allergic and ointment beyond the repellent. I did not see any pernilongo there, the insect that pics is similar to a fruit fly, very small and hardly seen, but anywhere in the region it will have. The house is very good to go with the family, the place is quiet and very close to the center.
