The apartment is extremely well equipped, clean and organized. In the pictures I had already found it very beautiful, but in person it is even better. We love every minute we spend in the ap, very comfy and cozy. The covered spot was great because we took a few days of rain, so it helped a lot. Patrícia was very proactive and answered all my questions with great agility and promptness. It is noteworthy that the location of the ap is wonderful and strategic, as everything we did by bike (provided on ap) or on foot. We sure got it right in the choice.

I spent lovely days, we felt at home, hostel with great location, very close to the sea, I did not use a car, very clean, comfortable and functional. the staff of the hostel extremely helpful, throughout the stay we were very well treated by everyone. Pousada with a game room, swimming pool and common area. apto with Fan and air conditioning in the apartment helped a lot on the warmer days, sheets, towels, pillows, equipped kitchen. Very well equipped apartment, with everything you need for stay (airfryer,toaster,sandwich maker,blender,kettle,microwave,coffee maker, washing machine and many other items) You really don't have to worry about a thing ; you have there at the apt. Estadia was excellent, good location, clean decoration, great showers, new pillows, very good condominium structure. Great balcony with barbecue, air conditioning in all rooms We were very pleased with the days we spent in the apt! Sandro served us promptly and warmly whenever we need to speak.

we stayed at the apartment for 4 days and it was awesome. the view of the ocean was beautiful and at night you could even hear the waves. the apartment was also very close to the beach and we enjoyed some hours there in the beach chairs that belong to the apartment and are included in the price. the apartment was also very clean and had everything you could possibly need. Julio was very nice and answered our messages really quickly. we will definitely come back!

Simply enchanted with the experience! The apartment is exactly as advertised – or rather, live is even more beautiful and welcoming. The location is privileged, facing the sea, perfect for those looking for tranquility and easy access to everything. The attention to detail made all the difference: ice in the freezer, soaps, coffee, sugar, two coolers, among so many other treats that demonstrate the care of hosts. The city of Apê is complete, with appliances and utensils of high quality. For me, a special highlight goes to the mattresses, which have ensured truly restful nights of sleep. I would recommend it without a doubt – it was a flawless stay!

Beautiful house according to the photos, with all the tools we need, a freezer in the barbecue area made all the difference to freeze our drinks. Very attentive Host Mariana, answering all questions quickly. The home town Lila that served us is super attentive and has made no efforts to make our lodging wonderful. The house is great, exactly the same as the photos and as described. The high point is the gourmet area and the proximity to the beach, which is beautiful and very quiet, with a calm sea. We went in a group of 9 people, being 4 elderly and one baby, and we spent great days on site. Amanda responded promptly at all times we need, she was cordial, worried and flexible about checkout. I recommend it.

Better than the pictures, well-equipped kitchen and a great place to bring a lot of people, everyone was comfortable. We very much like the games in the house and the game room is very wide. The house was very clean and smelling when we arrived. A pity that I caught the weekend with the cold front but we were lucky and Sunday we were able to enjoy the pool well. The house is very close to the centrinho and the beach as well. Diego was helpful in answering all questions quickly and clearly. Everyone loved the house.

Our accommodation was excellent! The house is comfortable, very good the location. Very pleasant environment with a lovely garden! My mother is special, she is in a wheelchair and we take a walk with her around because the neighborhood is very quiet. It is not everywhere that a special person has room, to walk a chair through the streets. The neighborhood's infrastructure is excellent. Mônica was very kind and attentive, and Lucélia welcomed us very well!

Flat is small but it's well-equipped and organized, the kitchen had everything you need and Cecilia was a great host. The district indicated tours and served us very quickly in what we need. The building has several amenities such as Mini Market Self Service, restaurant, daily cleaning in the Flat, covered garage and beach service. We love the days we spent there. It was a great stay! The house is very good, very well equipped. The appointment of Lucimar to help with the cleaning and cooking was a blessing! The condominium is very good, very safe, structure of toys and courts for children, restaurant inside the condominium for lunch, grocery for emergency items within the condominium. 4 tennis courts in great condition! The structure of the condominium on the edge of the tb beach is quite complete. Negative points: The condo beach structure only works on weekends, holidays and high season. The distance from the house to the beach to go on foot, but if you have the elderly or small children, you will have to use a car.
