A lot of space apartment, complete with everything we needed. Close to the beach

We had a super quiet stay! Check-in and check-out were very flexible, which made it very easy. The beach was calm and, as described, is actually foot in the sand. The place is also very well equipped, with several utensils available — until the thermal box we find!

Host of great communication and quick response to the problems presented, very easy to communicate and very active, as to the space I liked a lot, good location and a great apartment.

The apartment is wonderful, extremely organized with an amazing veranda. I went with my family and would like to go more often, it is right in front of the beach. O Evanilson super friendly and was a dear and extremely polite when answering my doubts. EVERYTHING WAS INCRÍVE

We stayed with Ricardo for 2 weeks. Beautiful, airy apartment with a view of the sea. 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, simply and conveniently furnished. The whole complex was very well maintained, guarded 24 hours a day and the staff were very friendly. If you want to get to know Bertioga better, we highly recommend Ricardo's accommodation.

Wonderful view! Very functional and well equipped apartment. The only point it left to be desired was the internet, which was occasionally slowing down.

Great location for those who want a house with a foot in the sand. The house also has household appliances that facilitate the routine of the house with children: washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, air-fryer. The house has a layout that integrates kitchen and living room, also allowing the view of the pool, so that adults can supervise the children. The furniture is well maintained and the decoration of the house is clean. And, most importantly: contact with the host, who is always attentive and answers all questions.

It was an excellent tour. The cabin is a delight, super cozy and tastefully decorated. Super friendly host and request. And the lake landscape is the most beautiful thing. I loved it, I'll be back for sure.

Roberta is an excellent hostess, welcomed us very well and stayed at the disposal all the time. The house is a cute, just like the photos. Bedding and bathing clothes clean and smelling, house clean, and utensils working perfectly.

Beautiful house according to the photos, with all the tools we need, a freezer in the barbecue area made all the difference to freeze our drinks. Very attentive Host Mariana, answering all questions quickly. The home town Lila that served us is super attentive and has made no efforts to make our lodging wonderful. The house is simply perfect, beautiful, super comfortable, well cared for and full of details that show the whimsy the house has. We arrived and the house was impeccable, very clean and organized, perfectly held me and my family, with suites equipped with air conditioning, tv, fan, pillows, toilet paper, tapestry, all with work bench and cozy decor. The kitchen is a magazine, beautiful, with a huge and super functional island, a delight to spend family moments cooking and talking, it has all the utensils, dishes and bowls, there is nothing missing. Ahhh and the sound was certainly a differential apart, with height regulation separated by environments, too much!! The heated pool is not even talked about, we went in the fall and we were able to enjoy a lot of because it was heated, including the night. If it wasn't heated we probably wouldn't even use it because of the cold. Alem of the house being PERFECT, Chris and Edu were super attentive and kind to us We'll definitely get back, I loved it!

Our stay was very nice, as strengths I can highlight the location, very close to the beach, the condominium very beautiful, cozy and with several leisure items, the host Guilherme, quick to respond, kind and flexible, the house although old is very spacious and served our group well.

We were very lucky with our choice, the impeccably clean, decorated and cozy apt with an incredibly wonderful view from sunrise to sunset and our host was the best super attentive and kind! We really hit everything ! We only have to thank our stay was note 10!!

Accommodation according to the photos, all organized, very clean and smelling! Amazing sunset view, short walk to the beach and a short drive to the mall. Staff of the building, even of the beach service, were very polite. Tatiana has always been available and requests. We will definitely return!

Quiet, comfortable and very friendly place, as well as the hosts Carla and Rodolfo. Rodolfo was a gentleman during our stay. Accommodation on the upper floor, access by a small staircase, with a balcony and two spacious bedrooms, quality bed and bath linens. The kitchen has everything you could need, and it's even possible to have a good barbecue. The decoration and lighting are harmonious, with works of art by the owner. The design and access to the condominium is fantastic, large patio for parking and resembles an Azorean village and is well located in relation to the beach. We will definitely be back.
