Marc was a great host, he responded to our requests quickly, receiving us in person, and was very flexible about our arrival time. The village showed us everything, explained all the details of the house and it certainly helped us to spend an excellent weekend. The house met our expectations, delivering everything according to the announcement. I recommend it to everyone!

The stay was wonderful! The house is super cozy, very well cared for and everything was clean when we arrived. We really felt at home. The location is also great, close to grocery stores and various places to eat, which made everyday life much easier. The owner is amazing, very attentive and helpful. On the day it rained hard, she worried about us, sent a message and made herself available, which made us feel even more welcome. Without a doubt, it was an excellent experience, I would definitely return!

Me and my friends were staying at Jéssica's farm because we are from another state and we went to an event in a nearby farm. The makeup artist went there to make up the girls and loved the place! Really, the place is really nice! People liked the Standup padle and the kayak that Jéssica makes available for us to use! Had it not been for the event, for sure the staff would have stayed at the dam all day. There is a foosball table in the lounge. The mattresses are new. There's 2 or 3 big TVs in the house, but we don't even use it. It has a fan in the living room and another in the suite. To the heat, I advise you to take it, because those who have there are fixed. There were few cutlery. Since most of us ate at different times we had no problem with that. But whoever is going to eat with many people sitting at the table at the same time, TB advise to take it! In the ad, if I am not mistaken, it says it has 3 bathrooms, but there are 4! (2 inside the house , with shower, and 2 in the barbecue area, without shower). Jéssica and her husband are very kind and she answered all the questions by whatsapp! It was a very good experience! If one day you return to SBC, I would love to stay there again!

We spent amazing days at Ariane's place. The condominium is close to the juquehy mountains. Rest and comfort. Ideal for families with babies and children! Thank you for these wonderful days! Thank you 🥰

i have no words to describe the experience that was to be in this accommodation, a clean,organized place,and with everything you need to spend a wonderful stay, lots of utensils , very comfortable and pleasant beds with Internet access and a wonderful tv, Pena that I couldn't enjoy anymore because I hired to go to a wedding, but left a taste of want more and I'm a mega yearning to come back, standing on the sand literally the beach and our yard for a few days rs , and close to commerce not even needing to take the car out of the garage, I just have a word of love and I really want to come back to the host only words of gratitude.

Full condominium and the apartment has an amazing view! The big difference in the location is the host. Ale always responds very quickly and offers a lot of attention. It gives you all the info you need for a smooth stay Although it was a rainy holiday only, it was worth the rest
