The house is designed to be refreshing in the summer and cozy in winter, and you can say that every detail was planned with the guest's comfort in mind. Location: The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood, just 700 meters from Praia da Vista Linda and conveniently located between the center of Bertioga (8km) and Riviera de São Lourenço (6km). It was a perfect base to explore space while still enjoying peace and quiet. Amenities & Comfort: The house is well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The kitchen is fantastic, with gas and wood stove, barbecue, wood-fired oven, fridge and even coal and ice, making it perfect for cooking and socializing. The house is very good, it has all the utensils you need to make meals! My only negative point was that the bedroom fans are very weak, and the ones available were 220w and the bedroom outlets were 110w, it was very difficult to sleep because of the heat, especially with children! I recommend bringing the 110w fan so you don't die of heat lol Thaís is a lovely person, met all my needs and made my check-in and check-out super flexible! I intend to return more often!!

Adriana was an excellent host, from the beginning to the end of our stay. It responds super fast, explained everything with photos, audios, gave tips on what to do, how to get there and even left a fridge full of pampering for us! The house is great, everything works and it is very spacious. The outside area was the great differential, the pool and the jacuzzi were VERY used! It was a delight!!!! Come back for sure!

Quiet place that fully matched the ad. After the reservation, communication with the host was very practical and assertive, including the flexibility I needed to check in and out. I really enjoyed the stay I had, we were 3 adults and 2 children, the apartment met our needs very well. Very well decorated apartment, super equipped kitchen. Very spacious and inviting barbecue and balcony for a good family chat! Cozy bathrooms and the showers are very good!! Close to the beach and the beach service is great!! The building staff is very attentive and kind!

Our stay was wonderful, we have nothing to complain about. Clean and fragrant apartment, already had some items and clean and fragrant bed linen and towels, so much so that we took everything and didn't use ours. Everything is close by, the condominium is quiet, the pool is great and the nights are wonderful because it is heated, there is a market in the condominium itself for emergencies. The house is beautiful and really stands in the super preserved forest. It is necessary to understand the proposal of the house. But it's super safe and comfortable. We have to cross a river with the car but we had no problems. The auga was relatively low despite it being a rainy season. Camila was super kind and thoughtful to solve everything. Even lazy little township appeared to say goodbye.

An extremely quiet and cozy place, ideal for those who love privacy and solitude. I will return more often for sure.

I traveled with friends to spend the new year and we were positively surprised by the chalet, the space was impeccable when we arrived, complete and exactly as advertised. The street is a bit difficult by car, so go with that in mind, and it has a lot of bush around, which attracts many insects, but nothing that was not expected. To walk to the beach of Maresias, and there is a waterfall of easy access through the house's own backyard, a delight. Isabela was solicitous and very clear with the instructions. We will definitely return!

To access the location with a privileged view, a short walk is required, which brings a huge instant reward upon arrival. Junior was one of the best hosts I've ever had on the platform.
