Wonderful house located in the Hanga Roa Module 2 condominium; maximum 4 vehicles; space on the ground floor integrating American kitchen, living room and leisure area; with 5 bedrooms, 1 on the ground floor, 4 on the 1st floor (4 suites), all windows and counter door with screens, accommodates 12 people in the beds but also has 3 additional single beds; all air-conditioned environments; space for your barbecue integrated in the leisure area; beach with bar service, umbrella and 4 chairs on the weekends.

The home is facing the beach, our apartment has a balcony facing south, you can watch the sunrise in summer(around 5:30 am), from the balcony, enjoy the sunset in the direction of the "Serra do Mar" cliffs, bedrooms, and living room with air conditioning system, the condominium offers a parasol with chairs (four) on the beach, plus a swimming pool, sauna, sports court, gym and games room. A pleasant environment to relax, rest, enjoy nature, the view, life, and to listen to the wave sounds.

Property located in the Maitinga neighborhood, one of the best neighborhoods in the city, just a 10-minute walk to the beach, with easy access to bakeries, restaurants, pizzerias, gyms, pharmacies and a number of other shops. The Villagio-type condominium has 12 units, an unmarked parking space, camera monitoring and an electric fence, ensuring safety and convenience for guests. Ours is on the ground floor.

Excelente casa localizada no maitinga que fica entre o Sesc e o centro a cinco quadras da praia com amplo espaço, para e, lazer e descanso distante cinco quadras da praia da enseada, e tudo isso próximo a comércios como pizzarias, padarias e bancos. Moro com minha esposa na casa dos fundos em entrada e quintal privativos.
