Monthly Rentals in Berlin

Doug and Amy's place is beautifully maintained and full of charm. I loved being in a 1880's home with all the original wood work and beautiful wall paper with fresh paint and modern comfort - we were warm and it was only 16 degrees outside. The place is very clean too (and I'm a clean freak)! Doug and Amy are very friendly, we enjoyed meeting them. I would definitely return to this beautiful home.

We had originally created the reservation for an event we were attending. Then, a family emergency occurred in which we needed a place sooner than the original date. Lydia had the availability and altered the dates for us. After this, the emergency required us to extend the stay - twice. Lydia had the availability and changed the dates again. Her flexibility helped reduce the stress of an already very stressful situation. I highly recommend staying hereon your next trip to upstate NY!

We were in town for a wedding at Bloom Meadow just down the road and stayed for 2 nights. The barn apartment was perfect for us; it was very thoughtfully stocked with everything we could need or want. The porch was lovely and the space was wonderfully cool on the warm days we were there. The location and the proximity to the mountain made this stay very convenient. Lauren also made things easy with a key code to enter the unit and was responsive before and after the trip to answer any questions we had. Already booked for another trip.
