Beautiful House. Wonderful Location. biggest concern is the tiny cactuses embedded between the blades of grass. The backyards are connected and my sons ball rolled into the neighbors yard. The ball was 15 feet from where he was standing. The neighbors back yard was laced with cactuses. Little baby ones. My son fell to his knees. He was infested. It was a painful experience for him. Be very carful and inspect the grass before letting your kids walk barefoot.

Best of both world's, sound and close to ocean side. AMAZING sunsets. One of our favorite spots was sitting in the dock enjoying the breeze and walking the private beach finding different shells and hermit crabs. The kids obviously really liked the beach, hot tub and pool. We also liked learning how to crab. Oh and skim board! Thank you for sharing your home and for our wonderful memories!

Had a fantastic experience on the Outer Banks in Frisco. The house was beautiful, right on the beach - and with a hot tub on one of the decks. Highly recommend VacasaNC!

This is a lovely home in a great location. There is a beach access a few driveways down, restaurants and shops with in walking distance, and is on what felt like a safe quiet street. The house was just as described. Contrary to some other reviews, we found soft blankets available in every bedroom, fans in the closets, and a hair drier in the downstairs bathroom. We LOVED this sweet house and would definitely recommend.

Ross was friendly and easy to communicate with for our last minute stay. The house is clean and large enough for a big group. There is only one queen size bed and the rest are twin and full size bunk beds which is unique but worked fine for us. The location is convenient and easy to find. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking, could use some newer pans but that's the case with most rentals. We didn't use the hot tub & pool much but they were clean and ready to go.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is hard to beat. Close to everything and easy beach access, surf fishing was also great. Vacasa had great communication and were very responsive about any questions or concerns we did have.

The location was absolutely gorgeous and peaceful, and the home was cozy and inviting. We had an excellent stay and would absolutely stay at this one again!

Chase’s place is a perfect get away for 2-4 people. It’s soooo close to the beach, just a 3 min walk over the dune. It was quiet and private and had great outdoor space including chairs on the upper deck and picnic table below to toss all the beach stuff when returning from the beach. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning and wi fi were strong! We were able to walk for coffee at Muffins and Scones and wine & beer at Cork and Bottle, both of which were fantastic! So refreshing to find an air bnb with all the furnishings in an area dominated by rental companies that require you to bring or rent your own linens. Thanks Chase!

When folks say this place is right on the water, they’re not kidding - the water comes right up to a small dune in front of the house. It’s pretty amazing. Lots of room to hang out and enjoy family time while taking in beautiful views - even if it rains, you’re gazing out over the ocean and the sound. Hot tub was awesome - right at eye level with the dunes and the ocean. Sunrises and sunsets are amazing. Lots of deck space on both sides. Seaside was a great host and proactive, giving us a heads up that high winds and rain were coming in so we came down in our jeep instead of a car. They checked on us several times, both by phone and in person. We had a great time!

This place was amazing! Spacious, comfortable beds, beautiful location, grocery store, shops and restaurants nearby. The layout of the house was perfect for my adult children and their families to have privacy but allowed us to spend quality time together. There are plenty of games and puzzles for all age groups. Definitely want to go back next year!

Great location, perfect walk to the beach, almost like oceanfront. Great hang out space and kitchen. Lots of extra blankets, fan for the white noise people. Great outdoor shower and basketball hoop. Walk to the beach was quick and not too challenging. Clean pool and hot tub!!! Would definitely come back!!!

We had a Wonderful stay in Hatteras at Wendy’s place. Right across the street from the ocean. Quiet neighborhood and all the locals are very friendly. Beds slept so comfortable! Would stay there again.

I hate to gush about Margot's home, I need to make sure it stays available when we return! When I say the pictures dont do this place juatice, I'm not exaggerating. The entire upstairs is just one LARGE open space. Kitchen with everything you could possibly need. An amazing reading nook with a view of the ocean. Two porches to see the ocean from and a porch to see the sound off the back! And the master bedroom has an amazing screened in porch that's oceanview. I love that the steps go directly to the enclosed dog lot so you can let your guys out safely. The super quick walk across the road and over the dune couldn't have been easier for the best beach access and the neighborhood is so very private and quiet. I cannot say enough about the communication with Margot being so quick and positive and she has the best housekeeper on the island for sure.

Great week stay!! Had some issues with the internet not working when we first arrived but Amanda was very responsive and called Spectrum to get it fixed the next day for us. Listing was as described. Lots of bugs and flies outside but to be expected since it was in the listing. Saw a few bears in the area and wildlife! Nice and secluded - about a 25 min drive into Nags head, not bad. Was able to utilize the grill which was nice to have a cookout with the family! Overall nice stay for the price and had a great vacay with the family

Great place tucked away and loved the dock to take my kayak out. Christo even generously allowed us to use their kayak and paddleboards. Nice little canal to paddle around. The house was perfect for our Moms trip. 8 ladies and all were happy with the house so that says a lot! Well equipped, clean, comfortable. Loved that we had a pool. We were only there 1 full day so didn't get a chance to use it. Also the outdoor shower was great to help keep sand out. Super close to Avon Pier and several restaurants. I would recommend Christo's home to anyone!

Lots of steps to carry bags and groceries. Beautiful view. Short walk to beach , however leaving the beach to come back is up a steep sand hill. Very private chill beach area. Would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay , house and host were great!

My family and I loved the house and it's proximity to the beach and the Food Lion. There were several restaurants and pubs in the area and although we didn't have enough time to visit all of the the ones we did, were friendly, accommodating and the food was great. The house itself was spacious and the open top floor was a favorite. My only complaint, if I had to make on was that the twin bed I slept in was a bit uncomfortable and felt as though one side was lower than the other, but that is a small issue when compared to the overall house. I would definitely recommend this home and would gladly come back.

definitely worth the stay. walking distance to anything you need. the beach is right off the driveway! excellent fishing spot as well! (caught a 27" red drum in the surf as well as a whiting and a flounder) the house in itself is well set up to accomodate the family and all of its needs. we had a party of 9 myself my significant other and 7 children ages 20 - 7 . everyone was comfortable and had a blast! will definitely book again!

Great house for the money. Lots of amenities including outdoor shower, grill and fish cleaning table and basketball net. Many porches to lounge in and out of sun. Layout of home offers privacy even with 8 people. Kitchen was remodeled and has everything needed for family dinners. Loved the view from the big kitchen window. Living room was spacious, lots of space for eating. Beds were comfortable. Never stayed in home on stilts before so had no idea it sways so it was freaking everyone out at first since it was extremely windy. And those steps.. lots of (steeper to me than usual) steps. Not a rental for anyone with any kind of mobility issues. The jaunt to the beach is a little long and difficult to take beach equipment even with a wagon but was doable, just not easy to go back and forth. Overall we loved the area and the home was perfect for our family retreat.

Everything was great! Oven door fell off when we got there, however they were willing to send someone out to fix it. Before they could we fixed it. Great place to stay!

We had a great time here. Can't beat the location. Directly across the street from the short path to the beach. We liked the back entrance to the house. Our girls (14-19) loved the access to the beach and bike-ability to the local shops. Overall I'd highly recommend this property based on the spacious layout and proximity to fun things to do in Avon.

We had such a great stay here!! Love the views of the sound and sunsets. All the decks were perfect for our dog to roam around but still be contained. Enjoyed dining at the outdoor table...felt right at home here and loved the property and location. We would buy it if it was for sale! There is way more provided here than most beach houses and what the reviews say. We over prepared but all you really need that wasn't available is foil, plastic wrap, and ziplocs for the kitchen and your bathroom products (they did have travel sized things available though and extra toothbrushes, etc.) Hope to come back sooner than later!!
