This home was simply amazing! The pool and hot tub were attended to daily and just beautiful. The bedrooms and bathrooms were roomy clean and efficient with the quality linens . The kitchen was beautiful and stocked with everything you would need. We cooked almost daily and they thought of everything. The glass dishes , flatware , glasses perfect for fine dining or the fun plastics for poolside dining. A Webber grill , well maintained. The mini fridges were stocked and snacks left on the counter of each floor. The landscaping and house was so well maintained and we enjoyed our week there immensely. I truly hope this place is available when we return in ‘26’.

Beverly is so sweet! She gave us so many recommendations and always answered quickly. Not only that but she makes you feel like you are talking to a friend. Her house is beautiful whether you want a quick walk to the beach or to sit on the dock, listen to the sound and watch the sunset or see the stars. There’s a sidewalk right off the driveway that is well paved and makes for amazing walks. Overall her and her house made our trip amazing!!

Very clean, charming beautiful home. Nicely tucked away from crowds and noise but at the same time walkable to everything. Hosts were very responsive and local so very helpful. Very friendly hosts and lovely decorators with great taste and great book collections. Thanks for a great stay!

Great private location very close to the beach, and perfect for kids to play outside and ride bikes around safely! The pool was definitely not in walking distance, but worth a quick drive as it wasn’t ever too busy and a very nice place. Kids loved the outdoor shower and adults loved the porch seating. Host very responsive and friendly!

This home is really fantastic. The location is ideal for access to the ORV ramps at Cape Hatteras as well as other points of interest. It's super convenient to get to the grocery store and several great restaurants. The neighborhood is so lovely and walkable. We did not utilize the pool as it was early in the season / cold outside but it looks wonderful. Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the indoors and so many great spaces to sit outside and enjoy the peaceful getaway. We would definitely choose to stay here again. Traveled with another family - three kids - everyone had plenty of room and a great time.

Gorgeous home! My family and I enjoyed our stay. Met our expectations and beyond. Beautiful views and great location ; we loved waking up to the ocean every day and being able to watch the sunrise and sunset. The home was tastefully decorated, clean, the beds were really comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Great communication from Meredith, any questions or concerns was very responsive. Overall we loved our stay; was peaceful , steps from the beach, close to shops and restaurants. The perfect getaway we needed.

This was an extremely clean home and exactly as described. Amanda was a super responsive hostess with many suggestions for the area. I will definitely rent again in the future. Great stay!

I can't say enough positive things about Anthony or Diamond Shells. Beautiful beach front home. Do understand that, while the walk to the beach is very short, it is quite sloped - this is the case for every single beachfront home due to the topography. The house was absolutely perfect, and so was Anthony. Very responsive host and answered all questions very promptly and graciously.

We had an incredible stay at Sarah’s place! It is close to everything and was exactly as described. Sarah was also super responsive and had great recommendations which we referenced throughout our trip! Will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Kite's Inn was exactly as advertised and more. The home is beautiful, well-furnished, and the kitchen was well-equipped. We loved the location with great views of the Pamlico Sound. The House was ideal for pets and small children. The grass yard allowed our dogs to play outside and to swim in the Sound without having to worry about stepping on burs and the beach was ideal for our 1 1/2 year old grand child. The house is easy walking distance to nearby attractions and restaurants. Joshua is a great host who was responsive and proactive with ideas when we had a rainy day.

This house was absolutely perfect! Not only was it exactly as pictured and described, but it felt very cozy, while still being spacious and offering lots of options. The location provided quick access to a beautiful beach, and a great ‘central’ location for day trips to Ocracoke, Pea Island, Nags Head and Hatteras, which gave our group great flexibility when people wanted to strike out on their own and then meet up later. Having the kayak and paddle board handy was nice for those who just wanted to relax and ‘chill’ for the day. We especially loved morning coffee on the back deck overlooking the sound, and being able to have dinner together on the huge screened in porch. The kitchen was extremely well-appointed which made meal prep a breeze. Communications with the host could not have been easier. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend!

The pictures don't do this place justice. It's an incredible location with more than enough space for 4+ adults and can easily fit more. Quiet, tons of natural light with phenomenal sunset views every night (sunrises not too shabby either). Comfortable furniture, good AC, great kitchen space and amenities. Enough kayaks and paddle boards for the Brady bunch family. Good shower pressure and internet. Master bed was very soft for those with bad backs like myself but stellar stay overall.

The house and location were a great fit for our family and what we want when we come to Avon. We especially enjoyed easy sound access. Michelle was excellent with communication. Love the balcony with sound view every morning with coffee and a book.

We had such a wonderful family vacation! The beach was perfect. It felt like we had our own private beach area. There is plenty of room for our family of six. Gia was very responsive and available. She has such a lovely home! We can’t wait to book the house again. Everything was extremely clean and welcoming.

We had a lot of fun and there were lots of things to do within walking distance. The deck space was perfect for our big family to spend time together. The Ocean side was a block down the road and the beach was very big with soft sand and plenty of area to play games and have fun. There were lots of beach chairs, bikes, and games provided. We had 14 people and there was plenty of room for everyone.

Great location for our trip. Enjoyed the decks and being able to walk to the beach from the house. Would stay again.

We had a wonderful vacation time staying at Shenanigan Shores. It's proximity to the beach, the hot tub, and the swimming pool, all made for an enjoyable and relaxing time. Although we had a delay in being able to access the house, it was clean, nicely decorated, and provided a quiet and restful place for our vacation. We would be happy to stay there again and feel sure that other families will enjoy it as well.

We had a great stay at Ocean House. Steps to the beach, open living plan with ocean views on one side, kitchen was well appointed and the house was clean. We were never able to get the internet to work. Vacasa is divided the wrong info for how to connect. But we were able to figure it out by looking for the house’s name instead of “silicon” as Vacasa noted. We connected to the WiFi with the password Vacasa provided but even though we were connected our devices told us there was no internet connection. Head’s up for Vacasa to update their instructions. Also, the listing mentions enjoying food on the grill. After you book it is noted that the charcoal grill is for the owner’s use only. We brought our own portable Weber propane grill so it wasn’t a big deal but wanted to point it out to anyone considering this property. Book it. You won’t be disappointed.

Iga's beach house was absolutely perfect for our family vacation! The house was very spacious and clean. The kitchen had everything that we needed for stay at home meals and the charcoal grill was perfect for cooking outside as well. The living room was large and comfortable seating for lounging around and watching movies. Just a short walk to the beach and some local shops and ice cream, which was very convenient. Iga was a wonderful host. She was very responsive and always kind. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend this home for your next Outer Banks stay!!

Great price for the size and very close to the beach. Has tons of fun spots and great places to eat nearby.

Great house in a great location with an accommodating host. What more could you ask for? The space was clean and exactly as described. Communication was smooth, and the host went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Thank you for a wonderful stay—we’d definitely come back!

One of the most beautiful, clean homes I’ve stayed in at OBX. It’s so nice to walk into a vacation home with simple things stocked such as toilet paper, linen, dish liquid, trash bags, etc! There were even kids toys, beach chairs and family games (indoor/outdoor) available. Great home for a family- short 4-5min walk to the beach. We were so happy to see a hot tub .. as the September weather made the ocean and pool a little too cold for much swimming. The location feels private, mostly surrounded by trees, which we enjoyed. I would definitely recommend this home!

Casa Del Mar was a great choice! The beds were clean and comfortable and the main area was great to relax in. The floors were a great choice for beach living and being pet friendly for sure! Sameh was a great host, very courteous, professional and responsive. We will stay here again if we’re looking to stay in Frisco and if available!
