Cozy studio apartment right beside the beach

Sea bliss is a brand new studio apartment located under our house that is one house back from the ocean. Sea bliss has a queen sized bed, small kitchen, refrigerator, tv, wifi, full bathroom, an outside shower and sitting area. The location is on a very quiet street in north Avon with a large beach right out front and the sound just down the road. There is a windsurf shop, shops, bar/ restaurant, and kayak rentals right across the street. If you are also into star gazing then this is perfect!

In the heart of Avon only a few blocks to shops, restaurants, Avon Pier, and more with easy walk and bicycle access to it all. Enjoy the good life in this new construction built in 2022 and relax with sunset views over the Pamlico Sound, direct access to the water from the property with provided kayaks and paddle boards, and boat/ ski owners may keep vessels tied up in the protected canal out back!

It has a fully equipped kitchen, iron & ironing board, broom and small vacuum (located in the outside closet on the deck). Ocean Minded (The Loft) is the top floor of our beach house featuring two bedrooms and one bathroom with peek-a-boo ocean views from the screened in porch. The house is centrally located in Avon on a private, dead end road and is walking distance to the beach, pier, restaurants, food trucks, and a coffee shop. Most of the other houses on the street are privately owned by families that live out of town and are not rentals, giving it a very peaceful and serene feeling.

Sunset Cottage on the Pamlico Sound.

This is a cheerful and friendly cottage on the Pamlico sound, away from the noise. It has been freshly redone and it features a softly lit, under the house deck, with swings, hammock, sand box, toys, chairs and outdoor eating space, also an outdoor shower. Around the corner from us is a boat ramp to drop a boat or maybe some jet skis. The sunsets are relaxing and absolutely stunning. This cozy cottage will call you back time & again! Enjoy your stay!
