We had originally created the reservation for an event we were attending. Then, a family emergency occurred in which we needed a place sooner than the original date. Lydia had the availability and altered the dates for us. After this, the emergency required us to extend the stay - twice. Lydia had the availability and changed the dates again. Her flexibility helped reduce the stress of an already very stressful situation. I highly recommend staying hereon your next trip to upstate NY!

This was a cute little cottage that worked out perfectly for our girls trip! Good location but still private. Clean and taken care of. Great communication and directions.
