Nice, cozy spot close to downtown. Not huge, but definitely comfortable and easy to settle into. I reached out about checking in early and they responded quickly — I was lucky enough to get in ahead of time. Great communication and a smooth stay. Recommend!

Grant’s place met all our needs for our stay. There’s adequate signage to help guide you around when you get there. The kitchen had everything we needed. The TV had plenty of channels when you want to unwind for the evening. I especially enjoyed the soaking tub and the three deer who were outside one morning. Great location to all the area attractions. I highly recommend riding a bike on the Rio Grande trail from Aspen to Glenwood Springs. It was so scenic. Just a note that if you want to walk to downtown and have mobility issues, you will need to walk a short uphill section on a road without a sidewalk.

Great location with easy access to the Village Express chairlift or Elk Camp gondolas. Best-equipped kitchen from any rentals we've been to in Snowmass Village. Comfortable furniture. Surprisingly quiet considering proximity to base village. We truly enjoyed our stay and recommend without hesitation.

My friend and I had a great stay! We loved how close the place was to the gondola and the bus station and all the restaurants! Kevin was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely come back!
