Located in the heart of Aspen making it very easy to get around town, either walking or hopping on The Downtowner (free shuttle, just download the app). A standard lease agreement required.

Welcome to our recently updated 2 bedroom/2 bath condo in the heart of Aspen, just 4 blocks to the gondola. Our unit is situated on the top floor with great light and views of the mountain. We recently purchased it and gave it a full overhaul including all new furniture, paint, carpet and bedding. In addition, the complex boasts a pool (kept at 100 degrees for winter!) and an included parking space. For summer we have a portable A/C unit in the living room/kitchen.
