Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Asheville

This is the fourth time I have stayed at Carolyn and Van’s. They go above and beyond to welcome and support. Everything I needed. Great view. Grateful.

Olivia and Nick were super nice! Very responsive and helpful. We were there for my son’s wedding. 30 minutes to Asheville airport. Min to restaurants and shops. House is looking all brand new and upgraded. So clean and nicely decorated. Although it’s a basement apartment, but lot of natural lights. A great kitchen with nice appliances. No stairs from the back door to get in. Very quiet and private place, and facing the woods. A nice, huge projector in Family room. We stayed for 9 nights. Hope we get the chance to go back and stay there again! Do not hesitate to book it. You’ll love it!

We loved our stay here! The studio was just as advertised and easy to find. The kitchen was clean and had everything we needed to do our own cooking for the week. They provided enough soap and such for us to get started and we only really had to bring more toilet paper. Otherwise everything was there that we needed. We loved the games that they had there for us to use and the snacks were perfect too. We will definitely be looking at staying here again.

This is a great place to stay while visiting Asheville! There are so many great shops, restaurants and other places that’s are a short walk! Would highly recommend it.

Great place for one or two people. Beautiful view. Pleasent surroundings Everything you need supplied. We love it. We go there every year. This was our 3rd stay.

I have stayed at a ton of Airbnb’s and this one was by far one of my favorites! The location was perfect and the house itself couldn’t be better. I would definitely stay here again and so should you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were celebrating a 75th birthday and had a house full of family. I personally liked the second master bedroom set up with a king. The location was not too far to explore several local wineries. It’s also very close to a grocery store and tons of shopping although you feel like you’re in a mountain top forest. The house itself is beautiful and comfortable. We enjoyed our time staying home as much as going out. Ping pong, shooting pool, movie room - you name it. Darryl was very responsive to every question we had the entire time we were there.

Pisgah Peaks was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. Hunter went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. We were taken aback by the breathtaking views from the balcony. Hunter is attentive and made sure everything was in order for our arrival. Extra snuggly blankets, plenty of towels, stocked coffee station and a kitchen with all essentials. Hunter even supplied games, books and a visitor guide making the stay even more memorable.

We had my dream wedding here and it went above and beyond anything I hoped for. I have never been a traditional type and hosting our wedding here was the perfect space. Aaron went far beyond a normal Airbnb host by being responsive and helping us with so many decisions that he made it feel almost as if we were at a venue, but with so many more flexible and personal perks. Aaron assisted us once we got into the property to ensure everything was up to standard to host our wedding. With the help and guidance of Aaron, we successfully hosted 120 guests on top of this beautiful mountain escape. The ornate details at the home stand out. The beds are comfy as a hotel. The mountain views are unforgettable. I would recommend hosting a party, wedding or even a getaway upon this beautiful mountain mansion. At the bottom of the road are a lovely wine and coffee shop so you have access to shops close although you're nestled in the mountain. Very convenient to airport and other areas of Asheville.

Ronits place was excellent! it's very quiet on its own little drive up a hill. just what we needed for a quiet weekend away. The host was very responsive to my questions about the area and offered suggestions and help. the home is very clean and cozy and we loved the hot tub, sauna and large walk in shower! The bunk room was also a HUGE bonus for our crew of kiddos!

I’m not sure only a few words will do justice to the home. But I’ll try. Kitchen was stocked to the hilt with everything I could have to make amazing meals. Air fryer, coffee maker and all the syrups and creamer a coffee snob could need! Outdoor amenities worked great and were fantastic fun. The indoor games were so great. I traveled with 4 teens that enjoy their downtime but also enjoy staying busy and this was the perfect place for them. The only downside is the neighbors down the hill did a lot of four wheeler maintenance and lots of barking dog overnight, but honestly that’s not even in the hosts control and didn’t keep us from having the best time ever. We wished we could have stayed another night and will definitely do this again.

I traveled to Asheville with 2 friends. We were so happy with the home. It was immaculate and had everything that we needed! It was a great location - close to downtown Asheville and the Biltmore! We would love to return in the future!

We spent the last 3 nights at Rohans place when visiting Asheville! We come very often and this is one of the top places to stay at for us as a family of 4, 2 kids included. The game room was awesome and kept everyone busy, the backyard was massive and great for our styrofoam rocket launching and kids going crazy! The home was very clean and ready for us upon arrival! It was 15 minutes to downtown but felt like “og Asheville” in the way of just private and cozy and far away from busy but close enough for busy when needed. I can’t see us staying at another Airbnb in the area after staying here. Can easily accommodate 10-14 people comfortably.
