Incredible stay! The house is beautiful, the living room and terrace have a superb view, the pool downstairs with the seating area is super nice for large groups. Thais is very nice and the communication was exemplary! I highly recommend Rozana's service for meal preparation and cleaning, it's a plus that makes all the difference!

Lenise's house is spectacular, comfortable, spacious, very well decorated and equipped. It has a lot of light and incredible views.

Our stay was simply wonderful! Since the beginning of the reservation, we have been very well served by host Cláudia, always attentive, helpful and ready to answer all questions. Upon arriving at the house, we were greeted with great affection and attention by Mr. Antônio and Dona Cira, who showed a genuine and welcoming hospitality. They made me and my family truly feel at home. The house is extremely functional and very well-equipped, which directly contributed to our comfort and practicality throughout the stay. The rooms are well distributed and spacious airy, ideal for welcoming the whole family with peace of mind. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils, which made it much easier to prepare meals. The rooms are comfortable, with cozy beds and clean, smelling bedding. The toilets were also impeccable, with good water pressure and excellent showers. Undoubtedly, it was an unforgettable stay

Great location, close to all the best beaches. Beautiful house. The upstairs rooms are more comfortable, the bottom room has access via stairs. The electric shower of the lower bedroom was broken but was promptly repaired (resistance change). A Rute that served us is a special and talented person, it was a pleasure to live with her and try her recipes, including a delicious moqueca! I think the space is worth it but do not wait for super luxury, but rather a clean and functional house with an extraordinary view.

My family and I spent 8 days there. The view was incredible. We did lots of walks and stayed outside just admiring the surrounding! The hots were amazing and responded almost immediately! We definitely recommend this place!

We had a very nice week in this house. It is located directly on the water, with direct access to the sea. There were 2 kayaks available and a SUP. The restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The house is lovingly furnished. We discovered something different every day. Everything was kept clean by the caretaker couple who were always responsive. Guilherme was very accessible and provided us with valuable information. The handover was on time and easy. Everything is perfect for a relaxing time

Very good accommodation, very quiet with friendly people in the condominium, well located for Tartaruga beaches and a good location to take transportation to the city center, which is a 15-minute walk from the center.

Boa noite we were 8 people and two children , daughter's birthday, very cozy house,all good only to taste.Let give a hint ,when you go to spend a moment with the family at Casae and ideal and we really like Leny who prepared us a breakfast note 10 and a wonderful lunch. Little greetings to the hostess for the beautiful house and the service brevi we will vote. God willing.

A magical vase on the hill of Buzios. Above the beach of Geriba, which is the one I recommend the most. There are other beaches that are more beautiful, but they are very crowded. Geriba, being so big, there are no people. The only disadvantage is having to walk 20 minutes to get to the beach, but it's the price you have to pay for having the view from the hill. The house is highly recommended, and it is clear that the owners use it, because it is WELL equipped. It's not just equipped with some things for airbnb. There's everything.

We had an amazing time at this Airbnb I loved the pool area and all of the great places to sit and socialize and make memories! The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were all well located and had a nice private feel. I highly recommend this beautiful properly it was unforgettable!

The house is very large, the photos don't show the size of the place, but it's very large but cozy. It is on a somewhat steep slope so not all vehicles can go up, but it is not so far to go down and take an Uber. The street is full of cameras, so it is safe to walk around the area. The neighborhood looks quiet and there were no annoying noises during our stay. Sheets and towels are paid separately.

The house has a great location, has the oven beach in front and the street of stones nearby. Great room structure, bathrooms, gourmet area, leisure area, etc. Kitchen is well equipped, with everything you need. Wonderful view, good swimming pool, quiet place and safe condominium. The owner accepted me to take my pets. I will leave here some suggestions just to make the hosting experience even better (nothing that has compromised our stay): - Modernize TV's for streaming or add the "Rede Globo" channel on TV, as we traveled during the carnival period, we wanted to watch the parades of samba schools and we couldn't. - Improve the quality of the swimming pool chlorine, we become green when we enter (body and swimwear) and make available friendly equipment for pool maintenance, net type to take leaves. - Do a perodic dedetisation (we had the emergence of many cockroaches in the evening on the first floor of the house)

Spent a week at Ana and Fabiano's place. Great apartment at the end of a side street so very little foot or vehicle traffic. Close to many restaurants. Well stocked with everything I needed for my stay. Ana was very communicative which was great. The bed was very comfortable and they had a lovely deck to sit on and enjoy the view and fresh air. Would gladly stay here again.

I want to thank the host Marco, always attentive to the reservation, and brother Edgar, who welcomed us with great sympathy and great tips about the region. The house is super equipped, with everything working, quality bed and bath linens, and extremely clean. It is in a beautiful, quiet and well-kept condominium, with impeccable gardens. The pool area is wonderful, with crystal clear water and a large outdoor space with a barbecue. The location is excellent: one corner from a quiet beach and less than 10 minutes' drive from Rua das Pedras. Easy access, quiet road and with restaurants and markets nearby that you can walk to. It was a perfect stay, I will definitely return with my friends. I highly recommend it!

The stay was great, close to Rua das Pedras and Praia da Ferradura, 15 minutes walk from each of the places. The space is very cozy and very clean. The kitchen has what you need to cook as a couple. (Bring seasonings) There is a market and bakery nearby, and a bus and van stop on the corner. Here are some tips to further improve the stay of future guests: Make a dish towel available. Maintain bicycles. (They were good, but one was having difficulty with traction) Make it clear that there are other residences in the same yard. We loved the stay, they are small things that did not get in the way of our daily lives, but that would make a difference. Finally, I want to thank the host for her attention and for always responding quickly. It was very good to spend this time there.

We had a wonderful stay!!! The house is very well cared for, spacious and very close to the beach. We have a great time. Vadi and Célia are very attentive and polite. Renato very fast to answer our questions. We'll be back for sure !

It's a wonderful place, it's exactly the same as the photos, Angela's service was excellent and definitely, it's a place I would repeat.

Estadia was much higher than expected. Fátima is an amazing person and the house is an absolute peace. The beach is a few steps away, and yet you have total privacy. A mixture of peace, silence, simplicity and privacy with the proximity of trade and tourist sites. Stable Internet, with no power outages, therefore compatible with those who work remotely. Full kitchen.

Alexia's home is absolutely wonderful and for me it was chosen especially to spend my 30th birthday because it is so special. Alexia was an excellent host and went out of her way, having helped me that this reservation happened even when the house was no longer available on Airbnb, she went out of it, so I really appreciate it! The village was always quick to respond and gave lots of great suggestions! The sea view and sunset are priceless, the way to the turtle beach, the proximity to the center of Búzios but at the same time being located in a quiet area, I found it wonderful. The decoration and the utmost taste make the house undoubtedly special and irreverent. A site with lots of nature and art. The only negative point are the mosquitoes, but nothing that a good repellent and candles do not solve, so I advise you to get prepared with that. Tirando this all was amazing, super recommend and hope to return one day!
