Monthly Rentals in Anderson Township

We loved our stay! The house is on a quiet one-way street and though we only had one car, there was easily room for another. The space was clean and comfortable, check-in was super easy, and Yiwei was a great communicator throughout our stay.

We came to this area for access to the Little Miami Bike Trail and made the best choice! Open green space across from front porch delivered spectacular sunsets. Backyard area is also very inviting. Not having a pet of our own sometimes makes me pause over pet friendly homes, but with Tracy’s cleaning standards, there we’re absolutely no complaints! Laundry option is a bonus when cycling.

We enjoyed our stay at Stylianos’ property! The place matched the description and pictures. It was nice and clean. Driveway was a bit narrow, but it could fit 2-3 cars. One of the main reasons we chose this place was because pets are welcomed and it has a fenced in backyard. We brought our two beagles, they were able to roam freely in the backyard. There were a few issues we found and reported, they did not affect our stay. Stylianos was very attentive and responded quickly, he was always willing to address any issues immediately. We were so grateful just to find a really nice place with a fenced in backyard that can accommodate us and our two dogs. Our family was able to gather (a total of 7 at one point) and it felt like home. We definitely will keep this place in mind for future trips!

My home was being remodeled, so I stayed for three months. It was very comfortable, and I am glad I found it. Dan was a wonderful contact and communicates clearly and well. The house was plenty big for my two 30 lb dogs and I. I had one friend come and stay for four days, and that was fine as well. I was very pleased with the comfort of the bed and with the kitchen amenities. The property is on a dead end street. Most folks park on the street. Luckily, this property has a driveway, however, be very careful pulling in and out. Cars park extremely close. I stress that the place was very comfortable, however, a couple of insights... There is no tub, and the shower is narrow. If you are a larger person, it might be a concern. Secondly, if you have knee or hip issues, you might find the front steps and the steps to the basement laundry a concern. Backyard is large, fenced on three sides, not the front. Nice place to stay!
