The "Little House" is a cute 1 bedroom house located on our farm in a beautiful country setting with 6 acres of outdoor space for relaxing. It is separate from our home and is all yours. It is conveniently located only 8 miles from the Ark Encounter and you only need to make one turn to get there. We have chickens, ducks, turkeys, a horse, and 11 goats. We also have a 1/2 mile nature trail to explore with a scavenger hunt, and a campfire spot with free firewood.

If you read the other reviews, you will note that some of the landscape is challenging, particularly for older people. I am 78 and my wife is 75. Our daughter is 50 and our grandchildren are 10 and 12. The landscape was challenging, but given the beauty of the place, compared to the price, we thought it was very fair. It's not perfect, but if you're not too fussy you will be very proud to call it your home for the number of days that you've decided to rent.

Matthew’s place was just as extraordinary as he advertised. The setting is peaceful and private. Glampsite #1 was easy to access, has a beautiful esthetic, and was spotlessly clean. Opening the blinds at night gave us a nearly 180degree view of the moon and stars.
