Super location. Small but very well organized and furnished with taste. Very bright and very clean. Stephane was very responsive and came to welcome us. We really appreciated that he insisted to carry our 2 suitcases up the 4 floors (we arrived directly from the airport, tired and jet-lagged!). Thank you Stephane.

This accommodation is conveniently located and the host is friendly! There was a little accident when I checked out on the last day. I forgot something in the room, but couldn't open the door. The landlord immediately found someone to help and quickly helped me solve the problem!

It was a real pleasure to stay at Victor’s apartment while in Paris. The apartment is located in the heart of Saint Germain just off Boulevard Saint Germain in a very nice and well maintained building. Victor greeted me at the apartment when I checked in and was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The apartment itself is very stylish, clean and quite spacious for Paris. I hope to be back here soon!

We enjoyed our stay here so much and really loved the apartment. Eric and Amélie really made us feel at home here. The apartment itself has everything: small kitchen & kitchen cookware/utensils, washer/dryer, kitchen table for 2 with a bottle of wine (thank you!), full bath, steamer to use, balcony to have meals on and a nice sized TV. Aesthetically it was also very pleasing and we enjoyed hanging out inside. There is a grocery store just across the street and a ton of restaurants around to eat at. This place has everything you need to enjoy your stay in Paris. You can also see the top of a Eiffel tower if you stand outside on the balcony. That was nice to see when it was lit up at night.

Located in the center of Paris, great place to stay for exploring the city

Xavier's place is in the heart of Paris. With a peek of our heads out one window, we had a view of the Eiffel Tower and out another window, the Musee D'Orsay. The D'Orsay is an easy couple of blocks away. On the same block or two are a number of restaurants, small shops, bakery, and a couple of cafe's. Quiet street away from the hustle and bustle of Paris, but a close walk to all the sights. Xavier's place had everything we needed and felt wonderful and cozy to return to at the end of a long day taking in Paris' sights. Xavier took care to show us around his place and how everything worked. We would absolutely stay there again after a wonderful first visit to Paris.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Didier’s home. Our favorite aspect was the location, right in the middle of a wonderful neighborhood, filled with quant little cafes, bakeries, shops, and local families too. It was so special to see how real Parisian’s live and we feel blessed to have found this place. We also appreciated Didier’s clear communication.

This apartment is stunning and in a fantastic location. We were able to easily navigate all of Paris and return back each evening to watch the Eiffel Tower light up from the Champs de Mars or right from the balcony. Th apartment itself is well appointed and the bedroom facing the interior courtyard was peaceful enough to leave the door open. The apartment feels very local given it’s neighborhood while also being walkable to any tourist attractions, especially if you enjoy walking along the Seine. The only challenge we had was in both the check-in and checkout process. Although the rental agency was very responsive, we had to ask multiple clarifying questions as answers were missing important details or were contradicting.

You really can't go wrong with this place. You're a 5 min walk to the Metro, that takes you pretty much anywhere you want to go. A 15-20 min walk to the Eiffel Tower. Lots of bakeries and restaurants nearby. Virginie met us at check in and gave us a detailed breakdown of the apartment and where everything was, plus local recommendations. Just be careful if there are 2 adults sharing the space using both beds. If you're tall, you will likely bump your head if you're on the top bed, like I did several times. I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay! The apartment was easy to find, easy to get into, super clean, and perfect distance to the metro to take us wherever we wanted in Paris. We loved our stay and would stay here again!

I’m a frequent visitor to Paris, but this was my first Airbnb experience. I booked Arthur’s place months in advance because it was listed as a rare find with excellent reviews. For this trip, my family and I wanted something different—a true Parisian flat with charm, character, and a great view, rather than a hotel stay. Arthur met us outside the apartment, gave us a tour, and even shared a bit about growing up there. He was always easy to reach and very responsive, which was much appreciated. The apartment had everything we needed, which was perfect for our family with two small kids. We had breakfast and lunch there comfortably—it was fully equipped for cooking. And having the Eiffel Tower right in front of us while sipping coffee in the morning or wine in the evening was truly magical. Thank you, Arthur!

Lovely apartment with delicious restaurant and bakery below. Walking distance to other great restaurants, bars and shopping. Close the US Embassy. Easy access for Uber pickups. Walking distance to Lafayette Galleries mall shopping, Vendome Louie Vuitton store, Ritz Carlton and more. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

It is a very good location everything is close by you can walk to the Eiffel Tower and all the tourist places. So convenient.

Thanks to Sophie for her hospitality ☺️ The apartment had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. There were various means of transport nearby as well as restaurants and supermarkets. She was always ready to answer any question, so I recommend it without hesitation!

This was a fabulous Airbnb. Fully 5 star!!! The host was so friendly- so easy to get a hold of. They were immediately responsive when we needed a few things like toilet paper and more shampoo / conditioner. The location was perfect and even though it was on a very busy street near the metro, the windows were fantastically insulated. So the noise was minimal. We could hear the neighbors. Their kids made quite a lot of noise, but it was doable. The street lights are really bright all night but they had blackout curtains on all the windows. it would be helpful if there was Velcro or some way to attach the blackout curtains to the wall to limit the light leak get on the side. A lot of light still came in that way. But honestly, it was definitely one of the best situations and Airbnb as we’ve stayed at. We are incredibly happy.!!

The apartment is just the way it looks in the photos. Everything was very clean and it was extremely quiet. The darkening shades in the bedrooms are amazing! It's very close to three different metro stations. There are a couple of really good bakeries nearby: Le Moulin de la Croix Nivert and Bourlangerie Etc Kayser across from Place Violet. The washing machine was a bit of a challenge since I didn't know how to operate a washer/dryer combo machine. Vincent was responsive and attentive. It was about a 20 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. The metro made everything reachable.

Great location and walkable to many prime attractions and restaurants. Billie promptly replied to questions. You may want to bring an electrical converter if you’re from the U.S. it was delightful!

One of the best Airbnbs i’ve stayed at. Host is very responsive and kind. The place is very nicely decorated and has all the amenities as shown in the pictures and a lovely terrace for morning coffee or late night chats. One thing to note is that you have to take one flight of stairs so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage. Otherwise would definitely recommend for couples or friends. 2 min walk away from RER C which is great.

Our family of 5 loved our stay! Mawei’s apartment is so fun and unique, and in a great location. We’ll definitely book again when we’re back in Paris!

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.
