Family-friendly holiday rentals in 7th arrondissement

Jeremie’s flat is a dream. This is one of the most romantic places we ever stayed in. It has an incredible parisian charm to it and breathtaking views. It is very cosy and had everything we needed for a weekend in Paris. We knew that we will have to climb 7 floors to get to the apartment but it kept us in good health and fitness after all the delicious food we had :) Jeremie is also very friendly and met us for a check in to show how everything works in the apartment. He was responsive and ready to answer any questions and give recommendations. If you are not afraid to walk up, then do not hesitate to book this place for a memorable stay in Paris and photographs that you would want to share with everyone afterwards.

Frédéric was very attentive and always responded to us. Alberto met us for an early check in and explained everything. The place is spotless and has everything you’d need. Waking distance to Montmartre and the moulin rouge. Metro stop is 30 feet away. Loved it

We stayed in this beautiful apartment as part of our European trip. David was an amazing host. We had to book last minute because our other rental had fire damage. David was very responsive and helpful getting us accommodated. He even had a bottle of wine waiting as a welcome present. He recommended several places to eat and a grocery store for any needs. His apartment was super clean and had all the amenities we needed. He explained how everything worked since we are not from France. The location was perfect; right near two different metro stations and you can even partially see the Eiffel Tower from the windows. There is even a small lift for people who may have mobility issues like my husband. The area seemed safe and quiet. We even slept with the windows open at night for a cool breeze. This place was perfect for us and we will definitely come back when we return to France!!

This is our second time staying at this place and we were just as happy this time as last time. We arrived in Paris in the morning and we were able to leave our bags in the apartment and then go out and spend the rest of the day in Paris before returning to formally check in later. We love the location since it’s within walking distance of many places and the metro station is literally across the street. We easily fit six people in the apartment. Having a bedroom with a separate bathroom was very nice since we let my wife’s parents use that and it gave them a bit of privacy while my kids took the pull out couch and my wife and I took the other bedroom. Everything was well equipped and we didn’t lack anything. Jay was also very responsive. I’ll definitely consider staying here again if I’m traveling with a group larger than a couple people.

Samuel is a fantastic host, polite, friendly and responsive. He goes above and beyond to ensure you have a wonderful stay in Paris. The apartment is beautifully decorated and chic in a stunning area of Paris. We loved the old building, balconies and old style lift to take you up and down from the sixth floor. Samuel showcases his treasures, whilst also maintaining a high level of cleanliness and space. Naturally, you can hear some noises within the building but this does not deter from your stay, and for anyone with young children just be mindful of their heavy feet on the wooden floors. Montmartre is our favourite part of Paris for its views and winding streets of cafes and shops. All amenities are very close by. We would highly recommend staying at Samuel’s place. This apartment was the cutest place to stay at for anyone visiting the first time in Paris! It’s in a family friendly neighborhood and the building is extremely secure. Eiffel Tower is only a 10 minute walk away and there are so many different cafes and restaurants nearby. Everything from our booking, to our check in and check out was easy with Sophie! She is the absolute sweetest host and is very accommodating, considering we were a few hours late from our initial check in because of flight delays. The apartment has everything you need and the balcony is the biggest highlight! Watching the Tower sparkle every night was truly magical. We hope to be back! Thank you Sophie!

Helenes home was perfect! You are closer to the Eiffel Tower than the pictures make it seem. The home was well stocked and had plenty of ammenities. We would definately stay here again.

Martin's apartment was the PERFECT place to stay for our first trip to Paris! The location cannot be beat, everything is so easily accessible. So many great restaurants and shops right on the street and in the neighborhood. Metro was super easy to find and use for places that were too far to walk. Martin was a great host and always responsive. We had a bit of trouble with the codes for both doors during check in, but after we recieved the keys, there is a fob that easily opens both doors and had no further trouble. It is worth noting the apartment is a third floor walk up, so don't overpack luggage! The apartment itself is spacious and clean, we were so happy to have the extra space. The bath towels could use replacement, as they are small and super scratchy/bleach stained, but we have found the same thing at Airbnb's in other parts of Europe. I would just consider packing my own for next time. Overall, we had an amazing stay and will definitley be staying here on our next trip!

Antoine’s place was exactly as described and fit us perfectly for our stay! Clean and cozy with what we needed. It was also steps from Rue Montergeuil, the best in area in Paris:) walkable to everything you need and want - don’t hesitate to book! Antoine was communicative and helpful too. Would recommend!

Can’t speak more highly of Karin and her peaceful apartment. Everything we need was at hand.. both not well for a few days and the peace and quiet, space made life bearable. I thoroughly recommend Karin’s place and she was so easy, quick and amazingly helpful in letting us in a few hours earlier. So appreciated.

Everything is great👍. Super central, quiet and large apartment in Paris. Everything you need is in the immediate vicinity. Various restaurants, bars, shopping, market hall, bakery, etc. all available. Fred is a likeable and proactive host. We can fully recommend Fred and his apartment 👍

If you are like me and do tons of research before booking a place, look no further this is the spot you want! Centrally located near the metro and amazing accommodations. My husband is very tall and the bed was big and comfortable. AC was great and so was the washer/ dryer. The hosts were extremely responsive and the directions were easy to follow to get in.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb during our trip to Paris! I was traveling with my two daughters, and the apartment was perfect for us. It was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was fantastic—just a short walk to the metro, which made getting around the city so easy. We also loved being surrounded by great food options and cafés. It really gave us that authentic Parisian neighborhood feel. Our host was responsive and helpful, which made check-in and our overall stay smooth and stress-free. We’d happily stay here again on a future visit. Highly recommend!

Fantastic place with everything you need! Really an oasis a good distance from the city. In order to recover from the busy city, this is highly recommended The pool and garden is lovely and the house is cozy and has everything you need. Beautifully located on the outskirts of the forest.

Elodie's home is super comfortable. For those who want to be in a house, with leisure and only 30 min drive from Paris or 50 min with train/meter it is a great option. Also advised for those traveling with children in the summer.

Imagine opening a front door and being confronted every time with a most incredible view of Paris - now stay at Christophe's beautiful aerie of a home and you'll have this jaw-dropping moment every time you "come home" and it will feel like you are truly a citizen of Paris when staying here. Exactly as pictured and described, you will easily settle into this very large two-bedroom, two-bathroom modern home away from home. Not the typical one-bedroom tiny home of our past visits. Perfect for a family to spread out. Christophe has thought of everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the bedrooms with their beautiful linens. It's so perfect you might not want to leave! Don't hesitate. Snag this place and live like a Parisian even if only for a week or two! Christophe is a gracious host and a truly remarkable and interesting fellow. This is a layup.

This was a fabulous house to stay in. For our family of 5 there was plenty of indoor and oudoor space. The salt water pool was delightful, as was the whole garden with plenty of seating and relaxing areas. The children loved the trampoline and petanque. The house is in a superb location. We had many walks and bike rides along the beautiful river. There was plenty to do locally - we went bowling, mini golf, kayaking, to the football and Le Trot. The area was peaceful and very safe. We did a few trips into Paris which took about 30 minutes from the house. Stephanie was incredibly helpful and informative. We could not have had a better holiday, thanks to this lovely house and hosts.

Great place to stay for a fair rate.

Beautiful Airbnb flat that accommodated our party of four nicely. Beautiful decor and greatly enjoyed our feline host (Lucknow). Both toilettes are at the same end of the flat so bedrooms at far end are not immediately near access to a toilette (just different layout than expected). The location is quiet but should be noted that it is on the second level of the building just above a children's preschool/daycare so there were mornings with children crying at drop offs which was mildly disruptive. Stephanie was a wonderfully accommodating and communicative host. She offered multiple suggestions for the area (shopping, dining, etc) whenever asked, prior to and during our stay. She even made arrangements for us at her delicious Indian restaurant located near Notre Dame. Overall, Stephanie's accommodations made for a spacious and comfortable stay. Merci !
