Holiday rentals with a home cinema in 7th arrondissement

The location was perfect. It was our favorite area in the city with a wonderful neighborhood feel. It was easy to access the rest of the city from this location. We would stay here again when we come back to Paris.

Myself and two friends had a wonderful 3 night stay! Lisa’s apartment is beautiful and the location is perfect for visiting Paris. Very close to the metro and bus stations, and in a lovely neighborhood. Lisa and Chris were both very communicative and helpful hosts. We appreciated their recommendations for restaurants and boulangeries! :)

We enjoyed our vacations at Aline and Greg's studio - everything is exactly matching pictures and descriptions. Lots of bus stops nearby and a subway station walking distance is around 5 minutes. Comfortable bed, everything you need for your shower and cooking if you are willing to. The projector idea is also nice if you are tired of exploring the city and want to spend a cozy evening at home watching Netflix or your favorite movies. Highly recommended for those who don't want to spend thousands for accommodation but still have all the necessities and a good transport hub location. Thank you, Aline and Greg! :)

I stayed at Charles-Henri's place for about 3 weeks when I first moved to Paris. His apartment was ideal: clean, modern, well located. I recommend it without hesitation.

We stayed at Amine & Jade’s apartment for two weeks and had a lovely time. The location was great and they were very responsive hosts. The space was just as pictured, clean, and the elevator was a plus. Thank you so much!

Hadrien was a great host. He was responsive and very proactive when one of my guests had an issue with her bathroom. The apartment was nicely furnished and clean, the instructions on how to get into the apartment were straightforward and easy to follow, and all the amenities listed were available in the apartment. The location is not the best, if you are ok with taking a train from belleville to the city center that takes about 20-30 minutes total time each day, which we had no issues with, then you are good to go. If not this may not be the place for you. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again next time we are passing through Paris. 👍🏻

My husband and I and our 2 children loved our stay in Paris! Paul-Benjamin’s apartment was just as described, neat and pretty. The area was really quiet and a great location to access the rest of the city. We loved being so close to the Eiffel Tower, every time we went for a walk we would glimpse its beauty. It took us only 3 minutes to walk there at night and watch the spectacular light show and eat delicious crepes. The supermarket across the street was perfect and very convenient. This was a wonderful first stop for our family and our children’s first international adventure. Thank you so much for having us 🙏

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. You may be put off by the price, but don't be. Compared to a luxury hotel, this is much better. Exceptional in every way! I can really recommend this for a romantic and relaxing stay.

The best AirBnb ever! More beautiful than in the pictures, great service (since U.S. car was so big, a parking space was kept free for us on the street), top modern, messages were immediately responded to and supported, charcoal was even provided for the grill! 5 min to the metro M11, 3 min to the Böcker or Auchan supermarket. If we go to Paris again with eight people, then only in this house. Thanks for a great stay

Olga, was an excellent host that went above and beyond our entire stay and her home was beautiful as well. Olga was very responsive and provided more then enough information about details for your stay. When we arrived Olga had fresh pastries for us and if we needed anything else she didn't hesitate to get it for us. Olga was also helpful in providing local recommendations or routes to get to places. Me and my sisters enjoyed our time at Olga home and it felt like home our entire stay. I will highly recommend booking Olga's home especially if you need a place that is conveniently located to multiple tourist spots and the metro.

Beautiful and comfortable. There's a problem with the car park. Maybe it's not available in front of the house if you come late and have a car with you.

There's nothing missing from this charming pavilion. Spacious, tastefully appointed, it can accommodate a family. Located in a quiet area, rather close to the train station (5 min by car or 1/4h by bus), there is easily a parking space nearby. Thank you to Pierre, owner who is attentive and responsive to our requests. We recommend this rental.

Celeste was very helpful on arrival and gave us a recommendation to the excellent Bruts, bistro 5 minutes from the apartment. The place was very convenient for Montmartre, shops and metro. The 2 level property was just what we needed for a base but we also had 2 meals there including one in the pleasant garden! Do use the projector TV in the bedroom. This apartment is highly recommended.

The house is very spacious, bright, nice. Fouzia is very responsive and available. the environment is very peaceful and pleasant the attentions are very appreciated i recommend it.

Imagine opening a front door and being confronted every time with a most incredible view of Paris - now stay at Christophe's beautiful aerie of a home and you'll have this jaw-dropping moment every time you "come home" and it will feel like you are truly a citizen of Paris when staying here. Exactly as pictured and described, you will easily settle into this very large two-bedroom, two-bathroom modern home away from home. Not the typical one-bedroom tiny home of our past visits. Perfect for a family to spread out. Christophe has thought of everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the bedrooms with their beautiful linens. It's so perfect you might not want to leave! Don't hesitate. Snag this place and live like a Parisian even if only for a week or two! Christophe is a gracious host and a truly remarkable and interesting fellow. This is a layup.

Had a fantastic stay at Emma’s! Close to three metro stops and bus stops and in a great neighborhood. Place had everything we needed and was a great place to stay for our trip to Paris!!!

Very good stay in Michael's typical Parisian apartment. Located at the foot of Montmartre, 2 minutes from the metro and a Monoprix, it is very well equipped and the bedding is good. Thank you for the bottle of wine and all the little touches! We recommend it!
