Cosy, quiet flat with a unique view on the Eiffel Tower. The flat is located within a private alley, on the 7th floor (with elevator) of the building. The flat is my own home and I rent it while I’m away. It is newly refurbished, has 1 bedroom, 1 kitchen/living room, a bathroom and separated toilets. Just outside is a lively neighbourhood with plenty of shops, restaurants right around the corner. The Eiffel Tower is a 5min walk, 3 metro lines 7min away. Very central.

We had a wonderful stay! The place is very clean, spacious, and extremely well located — close to bus stops, the metro, and just a short walk from the Eiffel Tower. The neighborhood is lovely and convenient. The host is amazing — she responds quickly and is always attentive, making sure everything goes smoothly. We truly loved our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!
