Nice apartment in a quiet neighborhood. It's away from the business, yet a quick walk to the metro, cafes and stores. We changed our arrival a few times and Luciana was very helpful.

It was a beautiful room with a beautiful view! I looked forward to every night to see the beautiful lights on the Eiffel Tower. Unforgettable experience.

Bus stops and metro stations are just around the corner, making it a convenient location to get to anywhere in the city of Paris.The room we stayed in was on the top floor, so we had a quiet and peaceful sleep.It has an elevator, so you won't have any problems with large luggage.The room facilities were all as described in the listing, as well as laundry detergent and fabric softener.The dryer was not integrated with the washing machine, it was like a drying rod with a heating function, which was unfamiliar in my home country (Japan), but it dried enough.Of course, there was also hot water from the shower. The host, Vènus, gave us recommendations for restaurants, wine, and sightseeing while avoiding the crowds, so that we can enjoy Paris to the fullest.You can choose between in-person or in-person lockboxes after booking, but we recommend face-to-face as long as it works for you.They will teach you how to use the facilities, and you can also see the stunning view from the rooftop.In addition to Vènus, there were two co-hosts and one person in charge of the room cleaning, and they were well taken care of. Thanks to Vènus's warm support, we had an unforgettable sightseeing in Paris.Thank you!

Apartment as in photos and description. Very well equipped and spacious! Township of the Eiffel Tower, I was able to see her every day when I went or back from the subway. It has restaurants and market near Bir Hakeim station. Great cost benefit!

This place is amazing in the heart of Paris. Walkable distance from Eiffel Tower, Triumph Arc, Champs-Élysées, magazines, restaurants and metro stations. So if you want to experience Paris at its finest, this is the place go stay!

We had a fantastic stay. The house was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches throughout. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were super comfortable, and we really appreciated the quiet, peaceful atmosphere. The location was perfect—close to public transport, great local cafés, and everything we needed. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was excellent. Host was friendly, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure we felt welcome. We had a lovely stay at this charming chalet as a family of three plus a friend. The chalet was the perfect size for us, with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing break. Our three-year-old especially loved the peaceful surroundings, and we really appreciated that there was no traffic or cars nearby—it felt very safe and quiet. The location was ideal too: tucked away in nature yet still very close to central Paris. A perfect escape with easy city access. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, which made check-in and check-out smooth and stress-free. A perfect escape with the best of both worlds. Highly recommended!

An amazing space, with a modern set up. The kitchen area was our favorite with all we needed to prepare our delicious meals. The living area had a number of games that kept us all engaged and bonding together. The rooms were well set up, with spacious wardrobes. There are many wall sockets and extensions; the lighting around the house was great for pictures & videos; great set up on the outside for BBQ. Overall, it was very comfortable and I had an unforgettable experience with my friends on this birthday weekend getaway. I definitely recommend!

Great place to stay at. Quiet and peaceful. Beautiful parks nearby. And as an additional bonus you can play with a fun and friendly dog Phoebe. Me and my wife loved it and hope to come back here soon

Everything was as described. 7-minute walk from a subway entrance. Very quiet, easy to access and safe. Beautiful terrace. We don't miss anything. There is even an iPad to explain the entire accommodation and give information about the neighborhood. Grocery stores, restaurants, etc.

I used to live in Paris and have seen many apartments but I've never lived in such a spacious one. It's not in the main areas but the metro access is easy and there s a grocery store downstairs. I'd live there if I moved back to the city.

It was such an amazing stay. Marie-Christine is a lovely, caring, friendly person, very easy going and has a great sense of humor! She made us feel very welcome. She even helped us with our bags and provided space to store our bikes. She reacted to all messages immediately. She also provided everything for our baby (chair, bed etc.), so I would say it is a very family friendly apartment ! It was super clean and had everything we needed (even two different types of irons - a normal and a steamed one 😅) . The area was also super nice to walk around. So I would recommend this apartment and this amazing host to everybody.

We loved staying at this location, the neighbourhood is so lovely, you can find in there anything you need. The place easily can fit 6 people, mattress are comfortable and our kids enjoyed watching Netflix. The communication with host was very easy and helpful

The location could not be better. The building was very safe and clean. We walked everywhere, the open market, bakeries, restaurants, cafes, metro stations etc etc. Catherine was very friendly, easy to communicate with and provided all sorts of ideas for our stay. We would definitely stay there again!

I highly recommend staying at Irina’s apartment. The location is perfect; 2 steps from line 1 metro station, a grocery store across the street and restaurants downstairs. Irina is very communicative and met all of our needs. The apartment itself was very clean with quality linens and towels. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Paris.
