Beautiful apartment right in the centre with short walks to most places you’d want to visit in Zadar.

This is one of the best Airbnbs that we’ve ever stayed at! Firstly, the host was communicative and met us in person — even helped with taking our luggage up, accompanied us to the parking garage, and provided lovely recommendations for nearby restaurants. We asked for beach towels and they provided them. Secondly, the Airbnb itself is SPOTLESSLY clean, modern, and so comfy. We were planning to take a day trip out of Zadar, but decided to stay in instead and enjoy the beautiful view from the balcony and very short walk to the old town, where the infamous sea organ and sun installation are. The kitchen is AMAZING and well-equipped — all the appliances, utensils, and kitchenware were so new. There are a couple of grocery stores within a 5-minute walking radius. Easy 5* stay!

The apartment is very well equipped and located in a great spot in the historic center of the city.

Our stay in Zadar was fantastic. The walk to the main town was around 25 minutes but was very easy and accessible. The apartment was lovely and fully equipped with everything needed. Would definitely recommend this Airbnb to all future guests!

A very nice penthouse with a beautiful view of the sea. Nicely decorated and comes with a very enjoyable jacuzzi and sauna. Within walking distance to the beach for swimming. Monika is an excellent host and responds very quickly if you have questions.

Fantastic location and spectacular views of old town Zadar!! Top floor with a lovely kitchen and expansive balcony. 110 stairs up to the top floor are quite a challenge but well worth the effort. Really a nice apartment. Parking is a bit of a challenge though.

We had a wonderful stay and hope to come back one day. The garden is beautiful, the ocean right in front of the house and a little turtle you can feed some salat. David and Izidora gave us some watermelon and tips about the area. It was lovely!

Best of Our experience on airbnb. To say that Tomislav is a good host is like saying nothing! Tomislav is always there to help, to meet all expectations of guests, and even exceeds them. We arrived to the apartment very late with a small child, Tomislav himself offered us a ride from the airport and even to our surprise, he "filled" the refrigerator in the apartment. He was always close when we needed it, helped my husband rent a car, he offered rakija, homemade oil, gave tips, extended the checkout time, and above all, devoted his private time to make our stay even better. The apartment itself is located in a quiet area overlooking the sea. Everything is new, well-maintained, and spotlessly clean. An additional advantage is the great terrace with a breakfast table, rest and even sun loungers. It is worth adding that on the ground floor of the building you can use the washing machine for free, which is a really big amenity for families with children. We will definitely be back

Beautiful sparkling clean large apartment. Great flexible host. Great spot groceries and restaurants at the door. Walkable to all sites in the old town. For such a central spot it is quiet. Washing machine was very handy for us. We didn’t cook but big enough to do so. A tv that works with English channels if you want to relax time. Clean bathroom with good size shower and great smelling towels. Highly recommend you choose this apartment for Zadar

The flat was immaculate, all the facilities were very well kept and the good selection of kitchen and toiletries supplies came into handy!

Great place to stay in Zadar! It was walking distance to the old town and very roomy. The apartment had everything our family needed and we really enjoyed our stay. The 2 parking spaces were a huge plus for us, allowing us to take day trips without worrying about where we would park upon return. Ivan was also very welcoming, providing clear instructions for check-in and giving us a little flexibility upon checkout so we could have a nice cup of coffee before leaving town. I highly recommend this place.

We absolutely loved this place! The location is perfect, just a few minutes walk from the old town, but the place itself is on a very quiet non-touristic street. There are also lots of restaurants, bakeries, and shops in walking distance - and indeed you can walk right out into the sea! The swimming area is really amazing, it's a slightly sheltered area so it felt really safe to swim there even when the sea was wavy. We also really liked the furniture and decor, it looks better in real life than in the photos. Everything was super clean as well. The view from the terrace is wonderful, and the view while swimming is amazing too. The terrace also has an awning so we were able to use it all day. Lana was an excellent host, we had the place to ourselves of course but she was super communicative before we arrived with information, instructions, and offering us advice. Everything was super clear and she was really friendly!

Our stay at this place was one to be remembered! We felt right at home and the comfort we experienced truly elevated our stay! Paula is amazing at what she does, the place was perfectly maintained and we had everything we needed which really highlights her thoughtfulness and her efforts to attend to our unspoken requirements! The location is stunning and enabled great convenience for us to explore the best parts of the city! Thank you for being a core highlight of our time and we can't wait to come back and stay again!

Mrs. Nikolina has a beautiful accommodation that is highly recommended if you come to Zadar. The accommodation is beautiful, clean, has everything you need in the apartment for a pleasant stay in it. We had fast and excellent communication with the host and I will definitely return to that apartment again

I have stayed in quite a lot of airbnb places. I've never had a bad experience with a host, but Marko exceeded all expectations in terms of helpfulness. He even collected us from the airport at midnight! He also gave lots of useful advice re local restaurants etc and organised a day trip to one of the Islands including contacting a hotel on the island to arrange car hire with them for us. As other reviewers have commented the pictures do not do justice to the apartment. There is plenty of space and a lovely private balcony with views over the city and water. Zadar itself is a bit of an undiscovered secret. It's a beautiful city with lots of character, and feels totally safe and relaxed. Prices of everything extremely reasonable. So great city, great location, great apartment, great host!

We had a great stay! The apartment was spotless. You really can’t beat the location, right in the heart of Zadar, with everything from cafes to historic sites just a short walk away. While the outside of the building might not win any beauty contests, the interior is modern, cozy, and well taken care of.

Marija was such a great host and very accommodating. The place was very clean and had such a great location everything was in walking distance. I would definitely come back and stay again.

We had a wonderful time in Kale. The place where we stayed was great – nice and clean, with spacious bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a terrace with a sea view. The small town is within walking distance, but we rented a car to explore other parts of the island. Luckily, there was a parking spot right outside the apartment for the entire duration of our stay :) Also, there’s a big shop just across the street, which was very convenient.

We had a great time at the apartment. It is within walking distance of downtown and has several supermarkets and the Galeria very close. Ivan is a great host, he responds quickly and is warm. The apartment is small but fully equipped, there was really made the best of the available space, we didn't miss anything. The only downside may be that the apartment is on the 5th floor. We will definitely try to stay in the apartment again on our next trip to Zadar. Highly recommend! ❤️

The apartment ist cozy, jacuzzi is extremely relaxing, worth every penny! The host ist responsive and very friendly, took care of everything, from late check in to late check out, sent us recommendations and even picked us from the airport. Loved the apartment! Totally recommended.

The landlords were very friendly and accommodating and always available to us. The whirlpool was already preheated upon arrival. The apartment is small, but absolutely sufficient for 2 people. In addition, the landlords offered a transfer from the airport to the accommodation. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely, relaxing stay. Pool was fantastic, views of the sunset from the balcony every evening stunning. Just a few minutes from the sea. Brilliant place, wish we could have stayed longer
