Waterfront holiday rentals in Zadar

Jadranka was one of the best Airbnb hosts I ever met - she provided all the provisions (tea-coffee-oil-towels- even sun screen was available for us to use. The apartment was spotless and across the road from the sea- also about 15 min walk to the old town. Any questions we asked were responded to immediately - I would recommend staying here very highly. Thanks again Jadranka for all your help and generosity. hopefully we will be back - Margaret B

Absolutely amazing, great host always welcome to help and super sweet was very welcoming and showed us some places on the map that are worth visiting , the place is amazing in a amazing location with bars, restaurants, beach and shops near by the view is absolutely stunning very clean apartment with a beautiful balcony and a bbq honestly no complaints at all will definitely visit again for a longer stay !!!! Apartment was super furnished with everything you need. Comfortable beds. Great location - nice walk along the beach to the old town. Drazen personally welcomed us and responded quickly. Highly recommend!

We had a really nice stay at Brigita's. The place was clean, well equipped and very cozy. Brigita was super friendly, always helpful and provided us with great tips – from a nice boat trip to delicious restaurants in the area. The location of the accommodation directly by the sea is unbeatable, and the view from the balcony to the water is really unique – we enjoyed it every day.

This was a beautiful, well-connected and resourced apartment. Igor was the perfect host: he helped us from start to finish and was always very responsive. The view from the apartment is amazing, just be aware that you have to climb up quite a few stairs to see it! The location of the apartment is very convenient, and is a maximum 10 minute walk from all of the sights of Zadar. Igor also provided some nice recommendations for the city too. I would definitely recommend this apartment and Igor as a host! 😊

The view from the appartment is priceless! We were there in pre-season so there were no other people in the buildings around us. Everything you need is available.

Josipa's place was incredible. Upon arrival Josipa greeted us and spent about 20 minutes accommodating us and giving local tips about the area. She is very kind and helpful with anything you may need during you stay. As for the apartment it is located in a wonderful, yet quiet neighborhood where you really feel like home. The interior of the apartment was very clean with two amazing balconies each with their own view of the bay and the old town. You have access within 5 minutes walk to multiple beaches sandy or rocky. As well you have bus lines that run from nearby to the old town. This is one of the best flats you can book within Zadar in my opinion and based off my experience, the location is the perfect spot for a romantic getaway or if you need a long weekend to chill at the beach. You can't go wrong and Josipa will surely accommodate you ever need. I would absolutely stay again :)

Marijana is a warm and likeable host. The place was very clean, the location simply fantastic! From the beautiful balcony direct sea view, on foot the sea can be reached in 3 minutes. Very quiet location!

I had a wonderful 3-day stay at this apartment in Zadar. The highlight was the private and peaceful location near the sea—absolutely perfect for relaxing. The view of the sea from the bedroom was stunning, especially at sunrise and sunset. Though it’s around 8 km from the city center, the quiet atmosphere and scenic surroundings more than make up for it. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and just steps away from the beach. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a serene coastal getaway. Hope to return someday!

I don’t think words can do justice to our experience at Senka and David’s place. The apartment was stunning - you can really tell that the owners care about their guests very much because the apartment is amazingly well equipped and absolutely spotless clean. The proximity to the beach was also perfect. But the best part about our stay was Senka ❤️ She was so attentive, making sure we had everything we needed, she offered recommendations for places to visit/eat at and even brought us some homemade Dalmatian food to try. We really couldn’t be more grateful for such a wonderful stay and for dear Senka who made our stay even more special. We will definitely be back!

This apartment has everything you need. We were more than satisfied and happy to be able to spend our vacation there. :-) The hosts are very friendly, easily accessible and welcomed us super nicely. Absolutely recommended! The garden and direct access to the sea are a dream, inviting you to swim and walk (or jog) by the water. Everything was very clean and the linens and sofa cushions smelled particularly fresh. Dubravka is warm and uncomplicated. With the passenger ferry you can visit Zadar and other islands. With the car ferry you can visit national parks on the mainland, but the island also gives you enough options to relax, eat and hike. You definitely need a car. We had a great vacation!

The location of the accommodation is great! Right by the sea. The house is optimally sized and tastefully furnished. The terrace is super. Perfect for beach lovers. Tiziano was always available. Clear recommendation.

A beautiful, restful place to stay in Zadar. Close to all amenities and great restaurants. Very easy to get around. The apartment is immaculate. The bed was nicely firm, fluffy towels, everything you may need was there. The hosts really stood for us. Lovely couple, who enjoy what they do.

Beautiful, modern, exclusive, spacious apartment, perfectly located on the water next to the promenade. Very well-equipped, smart tv in each bedroom, clean towels, good linens, nice tableware, available chemistry, washing machine, sun loungers all made the stay more enjoyable. Great communication and lovely Mr. Josip, who brought his private hdmi cable on Christmas day, I appreciate and thank you. Close to grocery store, peace and quiet. Recommended

I am returning home very happy - my little vacation in Zaglav with Petra was perfect. Petra is a super sweet person who gave me helpful tips about the ferry beforehand. The apartment is super quiet, located directly on the harbor - I could see incredibly beautiful sunrises from the large balcony😍 Thank you for the great stay, dear Petra☀️

Quiet and peaceful location with almost private lagoon. Place is modern, equipped with everything you will ever need for your vacation. Overall, a very pleasant experience… can’t really complain about anything.

An apartment in all respects Compliant with what the ad stipulates, very clean, very practical with a nice terrace, and nickel services. The sea is 3 minutes away, the beach 5, the small cafe that overlooks it is absolutely perfect. Afterwards, you have to be aware that the apartment is a bit out of the old town, and to get there you will have to count at least 1 half-hour walk, unless you take the boatmen who have been operating since the 14th century from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. It was the very friendly owner who gave us the tip!

The apartment is just like in the photos, spacious, clean and has rich amenities. The sea is really very close, 1-minute walk. Within 3 minutes the shores have shallow water with sand beneath that make it a great fit for families with small children. I would come back anytime to the apartment and the surroundings too. Our host was also very kind and responsive, she made sure that we can occupy the apartment as soon as possible - in fact we could get the keys 4.5 hours before the previously settled time.
