Apartment holiday rentals in Zadar County

That was my first time when the description and the pictures matched what we got. Actually it was even more beautiful, cosy and and handy. And the host - the most sunny lady you can meet! Helpful, polite.... simply nice!! Thank you, Maria!!

This is one of the best Airbnbs that we’ve ever stayed at! Firstly, the host was communicative and met us in person — even helped with taking our luggage up, accompanied us to the parking garage, and provided lovely recommendations for nearby restaurants. We asked for beach towels and they provided them. Secondly, the Airbnb itself is SPOTLESSLY clean, modern, and so comfy. We were planning to take a day trip out of Zadar, but decided to stay in instead and enjoy the beautiful view from the balcony and very short walk to the old town, where the infamous sea organ and sun installation are. The kitchen is AMAZING and well-equipped — all the appliances, utensils, and kitchenware were so new. There are a couple of grocery stores within a 5-minute walking radius. Easy 5* stay!

Everything you need is nearby: sea with pebble beach, shopping and you only need 30 minutes on foot to the old town. Petar was very easy and quick to reach for local tips and information. The furnishings in the accommodation are limited to the bare minimum. You should therefore not plan to cook extravagant food. We felt very comfortable and can recommend the place.

A very nice penthouse with a beautiful view of the sea. Nicely decorated and comes with a very enjoyable jacuzzi and sauna. Within walking distance to the beach for swimming. Monika is an excellent host and responds very quickly if you have questions.

Amazing place right in the heart of the city, communication was perfect, and a huge plus during the hottest time of the year was the AC and that it cooled the apartment down very quickly!! We had an amazing stay thank you😊👍

Andrea was a great host, very attentive and really easy to get in touch with if needed. The apartment was spotless and exactly as described. We asked to check in early and both Andrea and her mother Delores were happy to accommodate this. Cannot fault, great apartment located in the centre of the old town.

Extra friendly Elza gave extra recommendations for visiting locations in Zadar and its surroundings. Beautifully landscaped area around the apartment, quiet and pleasant. The apartment is as in the pictures, super clean, has everything you need. Extra super, I recommend it to everyone

Our stay in Zadar was fantastic. The walk to the main town was around 25 minutes but was very easy and accessible. The apartment was lovely and fully equipped with everything needed. Would definitely recommend this Airbnb to all future guests!

Vedran is the best host I've encountered during our honeymoon trip to Croatia. He is responsive, even prepare a welcome gift for us which is so lovely. House is so clean, easy to checkin and nice private area with garage. He recommended some local restaurants also and we went two days in a row. Was the best steak I tried. We had an absolutely amazing time staying at mondena’s place. The location was amazing and the property itself was perfect had everything you could need including lots of big full length mirrors. It was super clean and tidy and had a good homely feel as well. The instructions to get to the property were brilliant and super clear. We had a great time exploring Zadar and surrounding towns and enjoyed people watching from the balcony with an Ice cream. We would definitely recommend this property

Great apartment! Super close to old town - 5 minute walk across the bridge. The apartment is very spacious and clean. We had a great short visit and would definitely stay here again! We highly recommend!

The stay in the apartment was great! The owners are incredibly helpful and welcoming — from the very beginning we got the exact location and clear instructions on how to get to the place. The apartment itself is beautiful, modern and well-equipped – everything you need is there. A huge plus is the location – very close to the Old Town, so we could explore without the need for long commutes. We highly recommend it and will be sure to come back again!

Great location. Apartment is nice! I would not try to take any car larger than in economy into the parking lot. It’s tricky. Great host with fast response every time!

It was a wonderful stay. Great, hospitable hosts. Beautiful place with direct access to the sea. There is a terrace, barbecue, garden, sun loungers, umbrellas on the beach. Dominik and his brother were helpful at any time (rental of bikes, scooters, electric scooters, Łódź, speedboats). Aurelia and her husband were very welcoming, they are wonderful people. We had a great stay! The apartment was spotless. You really can’t beat the location, right in the heart of Zadar, with everything from cafes to historic sites just a short walk away. While the outside of the building might not win any beauty contests, the interior is modern, cozy, and well taken care of.

Marija was such a great host and very accommodating. The place was very clean and had such a great location everything was in walking distance. I would definitely come back and stay again.

We had a wonderful time in Kale. The place where we stayed was great – nice and clean, with spacious bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a terrace with a sea view. The small town is within walking distance, but we rented a car to explore other parts of the island. Luckily, there was a parking spot right outside the apartment for the entire duration of our stay :) Also, there’s a big shop just across the street, which was very convenient.

It's a dream come true! The accommodation at Sanja's was perfect – very high quality, sparkling clean and with a fantastic view. The jacuzzi and the entire wellness area were well maintained and invited you to relax every day. Even outside on the terrace, we could enjoy the peace and the beautiful view wonderfully. If you are looking for relaxation away from the hustle and bustle, you are in the right place. Absolute recommendation!

We had a great time at the apartment. It is within walking distance of downtown and has several supermarkets and the Galeria very close. Ivan is a great host, he responds quickly and is warm. The apartment is small but fully equipped, there was really made the best of the available space, we didn't miss anything. The only downside may be that the apartment is on the 5th floor. We will definitely try to stay in the apartment again on our next trip to Zadar. Highly recommend! ❤️

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy apartment in Zadar. The space was absolutely spotless and looked just like the pictures—if not better! The terrace was a highlight, with plenty of comfortable seating and a hot tub we enjoyed a couple of times each day. It was the perfect place to relax after exploring. The location was great—walkable to Old Town Zadar, or just a quick and affordable Uber ride away. Our hosts, Mate and Martina, were fantastic—excellent communicators and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. They made everything easy and welcoming. We felt right at home here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!
