We loved our stay at Ivana’s place. A very clean, spacious apartment with a balcony overlooking the sea and a private beach! A short drive to great restaurants and Paklenecia NP! Ivana was a great host, very kind and communicative. Highly recommend.

A perfect place to stay in a lovely city. It's incredibly central within the old town, and is literally only a couple of minutes walk to the sea, where you can go for a quick swim. Next to The Botanist, a wonderful vegan restaurant. Only 10 minutes walk (at most) to the Sea Organ - which is an absolute must-see! Josip was helpful, responsive, and incredibly kind, and the home was fully stocked with everything you could need! Very unexpected, and appreciated. 10/10 - would stay again.

Iva's place is a real home from home - there was everything you could possibly need for a holiday. The apartment is spacious but cosy. The kitchen is really well stocked, with plenty of pots and pans, plates, cups and utensils. Having a washing machine was a great bonus - as was the lovely deep bath. The balcony gets the sun all day. As others have said, there are a few bars on the street below which are noisy until after 1am. I am a light sleeper and I wear earplugs every night and it did still disturb me somewhat, but my husband (who doesn't use earplugs) slept absolutely fine. Other than that the location is perfect - bang in the centre of town, close to shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets, the sea front (unmissable at sunset) and there's a nice park right next door which is great for a shady run. Iva is a great host, very responsive. the apartment is very secure with locked gates and a key card for the lift. We had a lovely time here - thank you Iva!

Cornelis was an incredibly friendly host who responded to my messages very quickly. He even went above and beyond by fulfilling a personal request and arranging flowers for my wife at our accommodation, as it was her birthday when we arrived. He was always available to help with any questions we had. The apartment was very clean and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend him to anyone!

Perfect location! Just beside the bus stop to the airport. So easy to find and near everything you need in Zadar. The view was nice too. Josip was very helpful and easy to reach.

Incredibly beautiful! The house has everything you need. Above all, it is very clean. The terrace and the view of the sea are unique. Communication is very friendly, straightforward and fast. But the location is unbeatable. You only go a few steps from the accommodation and you are at the sea and all to yourself. You are not forced to interact with others here. However, if you have any questions, you can always contact the host's very courteous father. (Lives in the next house). If you are looking for a quiet vacation, without crowds, with great views, this is definitely the right place. Absolute recommendation!

Matija was an exemplary host. Everything was superb from start to finish. We loved the quiet location but with such easy access to old Zadar. The pool was perfect, beautiful villa, super clean, everything provided. Sad to leave. Highly recommended

An Unforgettable Stay at Villa Dekorti ! We were a group of 6 friends who stayed at Villa Dekorti for 5 days. The accommodation exceeded our expectations and precisely matched the photos, if not even better. Everything was spotless, and there was nothing to fault. The villa boasted a stunning view of the sea and was just a few minutes' walk away, making it incredibly convenient. Two small shops and several restaurants were located nearby, easily accessible on foot. Lovre Ivkovic was an exceptionally kind and helpful individual. He promptly provided accurate responses to our questions and was quick to address any concerns. On our first day, he warmly welcomed us and offered a bunch of great suggestions for activities. Each day spent in this villa was a true delight, and we sincerely hope to have the opportunity to stay in one of your provided accommodations once again.

We had a lovely, relaxing stay. Pool was fantastic, views of the sunset from the balcony every evening stunning. Just a few minutes from the sea. Brilliant place, wish we could have stayed longer

Beautiful place and very friendly hosts!

The place was great. Contact was very good. Check-in/check-out hassle-free. The location is great, 1 min to the sea with beautiful clear water. Minor “issues” were resolved right away. For example, the gas bottle for grilling was empty, we immediately got a new one the next day. Great! It was a pity that the awning was missing on the terrace, so it was very warm there during the day, so we put an umbrella from the pool on the terrace. It was also a pity that (as I think) the cleaning ladies really dispose of everything or take it with them. As a result, the kitchen is completely empty. No spices, no oil/vinegar, no pepper/salt….. Normally, I am used to the kitchen having a small basic equipment, or unused food from the previous owner remaining in the apartment. No reason to deduct a star for that :)! Maybe a suggestion for improvement for the future. Still 10/10. Thank you!

This is a wonderful apartment in a very beautiful location. Ocean views from the balcony and pool are absolutely stunning and you are able to wade into the sea from the property. It is a rural property, but very close to amenities and the town of Plitvica and city of Zadar. There is a Plodine grocery store about a kilometre away. Vesna was very friendly and gave us a helpful tour of the unit upon check-in. Only downside is that there is construction happening right next door. However this should only be temporary.

We had a wonderful week at Antonija's place. She is a super nice, helpful hostess who was always available and gave us very good tips. The apartment is very cozy, clean and very well equipped. We felt comfortable right away. From the terrace you have a beautiful view of the water. Sukosan is a charming village with beautiful promenade and great cafes, bars and restaurants, the shops are within walking distance. The location of the place is perfect for excursions to the national parks, Zadar, Sibenik and Nin. Check-in/out and communication were smooth. Thank you for the hospitality and the lovely stay! This is one of the best Airbnbs that we’ve ever stayed at! Firstly, the host was communicative and met us in person — even helped with taking our luggage up, accompanied us to the parking garage, and provided lovely recommendations for nearby restaurants. We asked for beach towels and they provided them. Secondly, the Airbnb itself is SPOTLESSLY clean, modern, and so comfy. We were planning to take a day trip out of Zadar, but decided to stay in instead and enjoy the beautiful view from the balcony and very short walk to the old town, where the infamous sea organ and sun installation are. The kitchen is AMAZING and well-equipped — all the appliances, utensils, and kitchenware were so new. There are a couple of grocery stores within a 5-minute walking radius. Easy 5* stay!

Everything you need is nearby: sea with pebble beach, shopping and you only need 30 minutes on foot to the old town. Petar was very easy and quick to reach for local tips and information. The furnishings in the accommodation are limited to the bare minimum. You should therefore not plan to cook extravagant food. We felt very comfortable and can recommend the place.

Davor is very friendly host. We had no problem to find apartment and do the check in and check out. Great location with everything at hand and in walkable distance. Sea view from balcony is perfect. Apartment has everything you need also for a longer stay. Kitchen is very well equipped.

Suzana and her apartment were perfect in every way. Located in the heart of Old Town Zadar, it is walking distance to absolutely everything you want to see or do. Great restaurants everywhere, lots of street food places, and great little sidewalk cafes to grab a coffee or drink. Suzana responds to messages quickly and makes good suggestions. Our visit could not have been better.

Communication with Nina was very good, she was always willing and helpful. The apartment is in a very good location and has all the necessities. It felt calm and private. I definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay and hope to come back one day. The garden is beautiful, the ocean right in front of the house and a little turtle you can feed some salat. David and Izidora gave us some watermelon and tips about the area. It was lovely!
