Villa holiday rentals in Zadar

We had a wonderful stay at the place. The location of the house with the sea view is great. Since it is directly on the street, you can unfortunately hear the motorcycles in the garden. But down by the sea, it is not so loud and therefore tolerable. We felt very comfortable and even saw dolphins. The equipment is great, the existing SUP is a big plus and allows you to endure very hot days by the sea. Communication was great. There is nothing to complain about and the house is absolutely worth the price. We will be happy to come back!

Me and my two sisters took our families for a week. It was great that we could all have our own apartments but at the same time there was fantastic communal space. The whole property is secure and enclosed which is a must when you have children. Ida’s son gave us a map and marked off beaches and restaurants for us. You are able to order taxis via the Uber app and it only cost €4-6 to get to Zadar old town.

We spent 5 great days with 13 people in Ivana's house. There are 5 double rooms upstairs, 4 of which have their own directly adjacent bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The 5th double room also has its own bathroom, but you have to walk down the hall. That's okay. On the ground floor, there is another double room with a 3rd bed and another large bathroom. Kitchen is super equipped. A large dining table is directly adjacent to the kitchen. Everything was very clean. The beds were very comfortable and already covered with bed linen. There were plenty of towels. The outdoor area with pool and outdoor kitchen is incredible. We had great weather and were only outside. Ivana's house exceeded our expectations, I would vacation here again at any time. Ivana is a very friendly host who always answered all my questions within a very short time. Thanks for the great time.

We had a great stay. The location is wonderful. Situated on a hill with a great view of the valley towards the sea. The hosts were very friendly and always easy to reach. The house has everything you need. The pool was cleaned every morning. Highly recommended! Thank you :-)

10/10 stay, the place was just as described and shown in the photos. We enjoyed our stay a lot and will definitely aim to come back in the future. During a motorcycle road trip from France, we stayed 2 nights in Ivan's house. We really enjoyed the accommodation which is very nice, decorated with great taste and very clean. Ivan is a very welcoming host. We are delighted to have been your first French visitors. Looking forward to seeing you again. Nathalie

The host Vlatko and his parents were overall very pleasant and friendly hosts. They responded quickly and accommodatingly to short inquiries, for example, a knife sharpener was brought by the next day on request. The location of the villa is a bit remote, you can easily relax a little louder in the pool or jacuzzi in the evening. The surrounding mountains allow for excellent climbing or hiking tours. It is also about 40 minutes from Zadar. The equipment provided by the accommodation was impeccable and especially the stand-up paddle boards were great for enjoying the sea, which is a 5-minute walk away. Finally, you can enjoy a wonderful vacation here, only the rather bright living and dining room is great during the day, but a little bright for people sleeping in the living room. We had a great stay in Croatia! The apartment was clean, cozy, and just as described. The host was very friendly and helpful with local tips. Quiet area, close to the beach and restaurants. Would definitely recommend and come back!

Luka was super friendly & helpful. It was a warm welcome and he gave us a good introduction to the house and the surrounding area. The villa is well equipped, everything was clean. The huge garden with the pool was also ideal for a larger group. Only two of the three bedrooms are a little smaller than expected. Overall, we were very satisfied and would book the place again:)

We were greeted in a very friendly manner and received clear instructions, which made the stay pleasant from the beginning. Particularly noteworthy is the great pool area, which offered us many opportunities to spend time full of fun. The garden house with the well-equipped kitchen was also a highlight. The house is spacious and offers a lot of space, which was especially pleasant as we were a group of 9 people. The five toilets and three bathrooms were a big plus and made the stay very comfortable for everyone. Everything was very clean, and everything was really thought of – from A to Z everything was available to us. We had a great five days and can only recommend the accommodation.

Great Airbnb with plenty of space, cozy beds and couch as well as a very nice pool. We were even allowed to check in earlier and check out later. It was all very straightforward.

Communication, check in and everything was good. The place itself is amazing. Everything’s new and the outdoor area is beautiful. We had so much fun!

This house is beautiful,well equipped,lovely rural location but you can walk to a bar and 2 shops.luka even had 2 bikes for us to borrow .I took my 3 children their spouses and 3 grandchildren aged 7 months to nearly 4 years .we all loved it. Luka’s wife Ivona was so helpful.

We had an excellent stay! Marta was a gracious host, responding promptly to all our questions. The accommodation was outstanding, and we had a wonderful time with the kids. The location was perfect, offering easy access to local attractions and amenities. The home was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. We highly recommend this place!

We had an excellent week at Ivan’s villa. It was very clean, well appointed and in a good location. We particularly enjoyed the roof terrace, which had a view of the sea and mountains, and the heated pool.

The accommodation exceeded our expectations. We immediately felt at home and definitely want to come back. Our highlights were the pool with the pool toy, the jacuzzi overlooking the mountains, the dining table and the hanging chair outside.

We had a lovely stay at Anita's house. The bedrooms are very nice and clean. You do need a car to go to the city or the beach. The town nearby does not have much. However, there is a good supermarket within walking distance of the house. We found the pool on the small side, but neat and clean. Bath towels were available. Very nice! Otherwise it was fine.

Had a great stay here, lovely spacious villa, 20 mins walk to restaurants/bars in town, perfect for a family stay.

Super nice place to stay, with pool and plenty of comfort, extremely nice hostess. Very child and family friendly (high chair, baby cot, children's dishes, games,...). You can visit Perfect Zadar, the Plitwitzer Lakes, the Krka waterfalls and plenty of beautiful beaches and islands from here. The house is well equipped. Ana left us fruit, wine, coffee, sweets for our children,... on arrival. We were able to barbecue in the garden. In the evening we sat by the cozy oven. Really beautiful (even with sea view) and definitely recommended!!! We say thank you!

A lovely house, undersold by its photos. Excellent value for money. If you're considering this for a small/medium group I wouldn't look any further, unless you value being central to Zadar. Even then, its doable. The outdoor area and ground floor are the real selling points. Abundance of seating. Marta was responsive to any queries or issues, and had some flexibility with our check in/out times to give us a little more time to get up and out. Marta's mother lives next door, and attended to the property early each morning to clean the pool, etc - which was a nice touch. ______ Only a couple of drawbacks, but none with the property directly: We had some issues with the speaker that was provided, so recommend bringing your own if you want music. (Thankfully we did just that). Taxis seem to take a long time to get to the local area, for when we wanted to go into central Zadar. Normally 20mins+ wait. Just bear this in mind. Also - bring bug spray/repellant!

A lovely cute little villa, spotlessly clean. There is a bakery around the corner and a lovely man selling his fruit and veg. Also a big supermarket 5 minutes walk away and a pharmacist. It’s also a twenty minute walk to the centre of Zadar. The only issue is that there is a house being built opposite and we were overlooked in the pool by builders and there machinery was quite noisy. Hopefully that should be finished for next season. The host was very friendly, as was her brother who met us on arrival and gave us lovely food and bread, and we were left milk, juice and water which was lovely.overall a lovely little place.

We wanted to get back to you and thank you for the wonderful and relaxing vacation in your home. Everything worked out great and everything worked out great. We will gladly recommend it to others and are considering whether we will come back again next year. However, one question remains unanswered.
