Monthly Rentals in Yuma

We enjoyed this lovely home in a peaceful quiet area! It was a very easy checkin & our hostess had clear directions & was responsive when we messaged. The rooms were all nice sized & clean! We only needed 4 nights, but it was a 5 night minimum….so made it more expensive for us. We knew that ahead of time, but probably won’t book it again because of that. The main suggestion is for new sheets, as they had the little ‘pills’ that aren’t as comfortable as smooth sheets….but they were clean. Overall we had a very nice stay here!

Great value. Great location (next to West Wetlands Park). Location was close to downtown Yuma and walkable, peaceful location. Outdoor patio was well maintained and felt very rustic. My family and I enjoyed a nice meal outside. Would definitely book this place again, if available.

Johanna and Aaron are friendly and quick to respond to any questions. The place was clean, quiet, and exactly as described. I highly recommend this place and would stay here again.

This was such a cute tiny house! It was the perfect distance from Yuma, and was very peaceful! When I asked for recommendations of things to do in the area though, I got no response. This was fairly disappointing because I’m from nowhere near this area. There were few stains on the bed sheets, and dead bugs in a few different areas. I imagine because of the heat this is hard to avoid. Other than those few things it was perfect.
