Carport parking for 2 vehicles by front door of property. Beautiful, quiet condominium with comfortable living room, fully equipped kitchen that has everything you need for your stay. We provide coffee and coffee cream, spices and olive oil, and has washer and dryer inside the property.

Beautiful home very clean and spacious. Plenty of games for the kids to play with since it was too cold for the pool. So easy to find and access to the house and amenities offered. Big plus for me was the clean plush towels and linens. Amy was so helpful and welcoming. We felt at home.

All in One

This property is as advertised. It was clean and well stocked. Morgana, the hostess, lives next door and was very responsive but not intrusive. The 55+ community in which it is located is well cared for and has many amenities. These include: 5 pools a few hot tubs, several pool tables and a host of outside games and sports. The 24-hour security provided by the community adds an extra level of confidence and relaxation to the peaceful environment. This is a great place to stay and enjoy some of Yuma’s legendary sunshine. Thank you so much you have a beautiful home and everything was perfect for our special stay! We hope to come visit again and enjoy your beautiful home again. Home was spotless…extremely clean! All of my guest were ranting on how spacious and clean the home was. We had plenty of towels, pool towels and sheets. The only recommendation I would have is having a few more extra blankets. I appreciate your prompt response in addressing the toilet issue! We would definitely stay here again when we revisit Yuma! Warm regards

Impressive from the exterior to the interior decorating. Very, very clean. Was unable to use the pool due to the colder temperatures, but it was beautiful. Sat on the patio and enjoy the outside many times. Answered inquiries when asked. Would definitely rent from Flora again. Maggie
