Monthly Rentals in Yulee

This is our second stay in this lovely apartment, very comfortable, immaculately clean and extremely quiet. It’s the perfect location for visiting our family. Just a short ride to Amelia Island beaches and downtown Fernandina. Sue is a gracious hostess. We hope to book again when in the area.

Great place, clean, quiet, and peaceful. We loved our stay at Gwen's place. It was exactly what our family needed. I also want to add that the instructions Gwen left were precise and easy. Thank you for everything. We can't wait to come back.

This house was a perfect place for our stay. The location was just off the main path which made getting to restaurants and grocery stores easily. The house was extremely clean and cozy. I will definitely stay here next time I am in town.

The property was exactly as described there was a small hiccup with cleaning on arrival. But Tomas, corrected it immediately and made it right, he was an outstanding host. This property is set up for pet friendly, and I did not realize that on booking, totally my fault for not reading that clearly. If you are traveling with a pet this property is ideal.
