Apartment holiday rentals in York

Apartment was gorgeous. 3 big bedrooms with tvs. Huge living area with gorgeous kitchen that had everything. 2 modern bathrooms. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Parking at back of property big enough for 2 cars. Also an electric charge point if needed. Little court yard area to sit out in when weather nice. Nice park over the road and apartment next to a COOP grocery store. Chinese take away on same road. 15 min walk into York which is easy to walk. Loads of car parks if you prefer to drive. York is well worth a visit. Loads to do and see. Tons of restaurants including a few good traditional Indian/nepalese which didn’t disappoint. We came with our kids age 21 and 15 and two of their friends. Would definitely stay again maybe before Xmas as York is one of the best Xmas markets we’ve been to in the past. Host was responsive and everything about the apartment was perfect. The key lock box made it easy to check in. Would highly recommend we had a great time thank you 🤩

From start to finish the booking with Carole was sooooo easy. Details of how to find the place were good, we got in the building easily, to find a really well laid out place. It was really clean, with all the expected facilities, even down to lots of pots and pans. The unexpected was the bottle of Wine and the cookies, the crisps were well received by 1 of the party, but he is a heathen Aussie, imagine liking salt & vinegar crisps, no matter how posh. But, Carole, the thought was beautiful. A 5 minute walk to York City Centre, with some decent Restaurants enroute, we did try some. This place is great for any age group, the baby of the group was 74, everything in the Apartment worked, except we couldn't get the subtitles of ITVX, is that due to due age? Not sure. The rooms were spacious with everything we could want. We British from the part will be back and would recommend, highly, this wonderful place. Thank you Carole.

Fantastic apartment right near the train station. About a 20-25 minute walk to town and accessible for the race course. The apartment was clean and tidy. We would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous little flat with clear instructions on entry + parking. Bright and cosy with a lovely view of the garden! Only a short 20(ish) minute walk from the city centre which was a great start to each day in the sunshine. Friendly + accommodating hosts, will definitely consider visiting again :)

We had a good stay at Jerry’s apartment in Micklegate. The area is lovely with plenty to do and it’s on top of a busy cafe where we had a delicious breakfast one day. It’s a really good place to stay to see the city.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Had everything we needed for a long weekend in York exploring. Jen was really responsive and helpful and the flat was perfect inside.

We had a lovely couple of days. The Flat felt like home, great parking and easy access to flat and felt very secure. Suzanne gave very helpful instructions. Flat was about a 25 min walk to shambles but didn’t feel like 25 minutes. Will definitely book here again if we ever decide to visit York again

Fabulous location for the city but a little noisy as on a Main Street. Apartment was spacious and airy and having the outside space of the roof terrace was an added bonus. I would stay again and recommend it to friends. It’d be even more fabulous if it had some luxury items like pillows etc.

I was so pleased to find this little gem. I found the whole experience straight forward, Carolyn’s information was spot on. The accommodation was spotless and everything had been considered. Highly recommend.

This place was perfect. Hosts were great at responding and gave very clear instructions. They pre-warned me about concert in the church next door this weekend and about some building works as well, but I wasn’t disturbed by any of them. And the location was ideal because it’s so close to everything - including Skosk which Beth recommended and I also recommend it now the food and cocktails were amazing! I like it so much that I’ll be staying again when I return later this year ☺️

Chloe and Rachel’s place is just amazing. Super clean and peaceful home in the city’s centre. Great decorations also. We enjoyed the place as a family. Thanks for hosting us. 5-stars!!!!

We stayed over the May bank holiday. The flat was fantastic, very modern and comfortable. We did have a problem when making a cuppa as the hot water came from the tap but I think that we were perhaps not doing it right. Contacted Oath Properties, and he told us how to use it but I think it was too modern for us! Would definitely recommend staying here.

Our stay in York was just what we wanted. The flat had everything we needed and provided a perfect location for visiting York with it being a short walk from the minster and town centre. The entire time Melanie was attentive, friendly and went above and beyond to provide detailed instructions for accessing the flat. Highly recommend this property and the host for a weekend away to explore the city!

Great very central apartment a few minutes walk from the city centre. On site parking was a real bonus. Everything you could possibly need inside the apartment if you want to eat in and the lovely welcome basket with really appreciated.

Great flat within very close proximity to the hustle and bustle of York. Lovely view of York Minster, the flat is tastefully decorated and clean. There was milk, coffee pods, tea, sugar and a packet of local biscuits which was a nice welcoming touch.

We had a very good stay. The location was very central and close to all key attractions in York, checking-in was very easy, the host is communicative, and the place has all the amenities we needed for a good family holiday. The place has two floors (although both are accessible to lifts) so those with mobility issues might want to be mindful of this. The check-out is 10am, but a later checkout is possible for an additional £30. We'd definitely recommend this place for a group of friends or a family looking for a relaxed stay in York!

Great place to stay for our friends hen party.. appears like a house in the pics but its actually an apartment with a lovely outdoor terrace and hot tub. Spoke to host who advised us to pull up and offload the car outside the property, and then move to suitable places to park nearby. Great place for a weekend with friend, had everything we needed

From booking this property to checking out, everything was made easy and convenient. The host was really responsive and rapid too. He was super friendly and nothing was too much trouble. He was able to offer lots of recommendations for local food outlets and places to go. Thank you for a fab stay!

Beautiful cozy farmhouse in a lovely town near Leeds. The place was absolutely gorgeous - warm, inviting, and full of charm. The hot tub was amazing, and there were plenty of games to enjoy. The host was super helpful and thoughtful with great local recommendations as well as leaving crumpets, fresh milk and butter and a selection of cereals and snacks for us to enjoy. No negatives, highly recommend!

Clean easy stress free check in, would recommend!

As a solo traveller looking for some peace and quiet, it was absolutely ideal. The village itself is beautiful but also very, very quiet - no shops, restaurants or pubs so do be mindful if you're wanting somewhere that has these to offer. The only downfall I would say was that the hot tub was available (you need to book a slot) at an extra fee (£10 for myself for a 2hr session) which doesn't seem much, but given the total cost of the stay, I did expect it to be included - however it was still a lovely experience and the shared garden is lovely if you're just wanting to unwind outdoors.

Honestly had the best experience. The place was so cosy and nice .. I loved the jacuzzi and rainforest shower. The host was so inviting, kind and helpful . I would definitely come again :)
