This was a lovely home, well maintained and very clean. It is a little remote, but worth it due to the beautiful surroundings. If you enjoy peace and quiet with easy access to Denver and Colorado Springs, this is the place for you. Thanks for sharing your little piece of heaven.

Place was great, nice residential neighborhood. Worked well for our family to explore different things to do around Colorado Springs, and was a great place to hang out and rest up for the day so we could adventure again the next day. Hot tub was nice, and the master suite was exceptional, especially the shower and tub. Plenty of room for our family of 6 to enjoy time together but have space apart as well. Kitchen had PLENTY of pots and pans and knives and cutting boards for us to cook, and we love to cook our own food on vacation to save money. We visited in winter or we would have spent a bunch of time when we were there in the pool as well.

Our 2nd time at the place and we love it. It was perfect for a group of men going to a conference.

Excellent experience staying for a week in Colorado. Mark was very responsive, place was neat and tidy, and location is very restful. I highly recommend if you are looking for a lovely place to stay.

Beautiful home and the view was amazing!! The grandkids loved the pool and arcade games! We had a great time. I wish we could have stayed longer. Tiffany was an outstanding host!

House was roomy! 6 adults, 2 teenagers, a younger child, and two dogs all had plenty of room to spread out and relax! Great location within 10 miles of most attractions and only an hour away from white water rafting and Royal Gorge.

Loved the house, was completely comfortable for 2 families to stay together. Big, spacious, open rooms for everyone to gather. Great closet space, food storage for a large group, and plenty of dishware. Loved the extra bar downstairs with the mini fridge, made hanging out there very convenient. Felt very safe, and the neighborhood was extremely friendly and beautiful, but it was also convenient and close to restaurants, grocery stores, and gas stations. We had a group of 11 that stayed for 10 days, and we could have easily stayed longer. We’d love to go back and do all the many wonderful activities we didn’t get to! There’s a TON to do, for all ages and activity levels!

Upon driving up to this property you already get a taste of how rad it is! There was enough road parking for our 4 vehicles to park. It’s uniquely perched on a hillside with a wonderful view of the area. From your first step through the door you are welcomed with a space that welcomes and invites you to fully embrace the “Mountain Zen” energy. My group of 9 was very comfortable in this space and had plenty of room for us to sleep, hang out, eat, and get ready. There is an incredible outdoor space where we chatted around the fire with their provided camping chairs! It’s an understatement to say that this place has it all! We are excited to book again soon!

We had a great stay at Cobblestone Cottage! The home was cozy, clean, and well-stocked, and the setting in the forest was beautiful — especially with the rain. Communication with Sarah was excellent; she was warm, helpful, and responsive throughout our stay. The instructions were clear, and check-in/check-out was a breeze. We’d definitely love to come back again. Highly recommend!

This house was the perfect location for visiting family in Monument and close to restaurants and stores. Good access to freeway and to other attractions in the area. We felt right at home! Plenty of space in kitchen, well stocked, and a nice refrigerator. Also liked that there were 3 full baths available so all guests felt comfortable. King suite was also a nice size. We will probably book this home in the future when visiting our family there. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home!

I would give this 10 stars if I could. We hosted a USAFA graduation get together. Lots of space with ideal amenities to keep all ages entertained, even with the rain. Cannot say enough about the swim spa. A definite hit with temp controlled water. Very responsive. I couldn’t find particular item and Shelly had it overnighted to the house. The beds were extremely comfortable. Even the pullout couch.

Shelly’s place was awesome! The location was amazing - scenic views all around and super private and peaceful property! As a Colorado Springs resident this was the perfect getaway still close enough to town but far enough out that it felt like a getaway! We will definitely stay here again!

Very good host! Called us before we were set to check in to let us know her cleaner had cancelled but she cleaned it herself and was very communicative when she got finished. We spent the our day at the local Renaissance Festival so we were exhausted by the time we got to the place and it was a welcoming place to come back to. Very clean and easy to find your way around. I personally loved the large selection of tea! Can’t wait to stay there again!

The property had everything we needed for a relaxing and fun escape — from the cozy cedar hot tub and stargazing net to the game garage, Blackstone grill, and fire pit, every detail was thoughtfully set up for a great time. Atomic was incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout our stay, which made everything even more enjoyable. We’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat, and we’re already hoping to come back soon!

Location was perfect as we were looking to be close to Air Force Academy. Beautiful mountain view from backyard. Low traffic area. Host was very responsive when we couldn't get water from refrigerator dispenser. Came same day to address issue; replaced filter and brought bottled water as well.

Robert’s home was perfect for my family and I. Robert was very responsive when we had any questions and never left us waiting. The home was beautiful and the location was quiet and peaceful with plenty to do in the area. I would absolutely recommend staying here and plan on staying here again if im back in the area in the future.

Very nice basement rental with one owner living in the upstairs. Excellent communication with all our questions, very friendly hostess. Nice lake with patio looking on, my kids loved kayaking with the kayaks on site.

One of my favorite Airbnbs ever! Just like those gorgeous pictures- nice views and outdoor space with awesome friendly animals and playground that made it extra memorable. Inside place is super clean, great comfy bed and SUPER thoughtful touches you don't see many places-- family board games, kids toys and books added to match our age, some welcome snacks, useful kitchen touches like ziploc bags or even an in-case-you-forgot-it section in the bathroom of a few essentials! Super duper kind family made us feel at home and are the nicest people ever and super communication-they were even went above and beyond to help me carry by bags in the rain. As they said in the Airbnb description you can hear their active family walking above in daytime hours, but they are very quiet at the quiet hours listed so it never felt like a problem since I was basically on the same schedule anyway. They were very respectful of privacy with the unit too,yet also welcoming if you had any questions. Great stay!

My family and I stayed at Blue Mountain Manor for USAFA’s graduation week. This is a beautiful home in a very quiet neighborhood that is two minutes away from shopping and dining and 4 minutes to the North gate at USAFA. Chad has done a beautiful job creating an inviting and comfortable place to stay with your family. The bed linens and bath linens were high-quality and abundant. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with everything we needed for cooking, as well as multiple coffee makers, including Kpods and creamers. Kudos to the interior decorator - beautiful colors and exquisite taste. Overall, Chad has obviously put a lot of thought into travelers’ needs. I highly recommend Blue Mountain Manor for your next short-term stay in Colorado Springs!
