Guest house holiday rentals in Woodfin

This is a quaint ADU located very close to downtown. The location is peaceful with great Mountain views. The check in process was easy and convenient. Our host Kim was always responsive, accommodating, and proactive. The bedroom is located up some steep stairs but was not an issue for us but something to consider. I would consider staying again when I want a peaceful setting but close to downtown.

My trip to the country cottage was such a welcome respite while working on an assignment in the area. Cozy, quiet and beautiful surroundings. Jerry and Deborah are so welcoming and lovely to be around. I learned much about the area from them and they were always checking in to make sure things were going well. I look forward to returning soon with my family to explore the area more and spend some time with my new friends.

There is no way to put in words the beauty and peaceful environment where this place is. Everything was perfect. Absolutely recommend this place. We stayed here with our 7 and 1 year old kids and we all had a great time. The loft is so much fun. We also saw hundreds of fireflies at night. It was lovely 💕

Had a nice stay at Rebby’s place. The surrounding area was beautiful and loved the sound of the stream behind the house. I appreciated the private space and it was clean and organized. I would recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful space

Jenny accepted by booking on VERY short notice, and at a busy time for her, and I really appreciated her graciousness for the spontaneous trip. Her home is completely lovely, and it feels serene despite the store across the street; I think her lovely trees and flowers help with that a lot. I heard street noise briefly, but that ended early, and it was a very quiet night, with a wonderful bed. And the porch! Oh, my. It's on the back of the house and feels like it's miles from city busyness. Yet, the things we planned to do in Asheville were only 15-20 minutes away. And the muffins are DELICIOUS. Jenny responded quickly to both my request to book and to other comments from me. Her home is spotless and welcoming, filled with lovely treasures and good books. I hope to return soon!

First off, we didn’t end up staying at Taras. We saw the reports that there was a potential flood threat from Hurricane Helene, so I had to cancel the morning we were supposed to arrive. I know that providing ratings when we did not actually stay seems dishonest, but every exchange we had was timely and considerate and it was exactly the kind of place we were looking for in our search. I hope that Tara and her family are safe and the people of Asheville quickly receive the necessary resources needed to rebuild from the devastation. Laura washed all the bedding to reduce the fragrance from the usual detergents she uses. It was a big help. Very comfortable mattress and spacious interior. Quiet. Beautiful landscape and pasture across the street. Great place to unwind!

Such a beautiful, peaceful gem of a stay. Erin and Rob (and their friends) are lovely—generous, kind, warm. And they’ve cultivated a true home away from home. Can’t recommend enough!

The view was amazing! Our favorite place was sitting by the fireplace. It looked just like the pictures. Quiet and peaceful. Nice touches with the decor. Anglea responded and answered questions quickly. It's approximately 15 - 20 minutes from Asheville. 10/10 would recommend.

Peter’s house was clean. Kitchen was well equipped. Master bedroom mattress was comfortable. He responded quickly to my questions. We would like to stay here again.

This was one of the best Airbnb experiences we have had after years of traveling. The hosts made our wedding weekend seamlessly flow and accommodated us to our unique needs with quick responses and kindhearted spirits for our celebration. THE VIEW IS INCREDIBLE. Got to watch fireflies dance throughout the forest below. All the amenities you could think of and more. Comfy bed, plenty of AC for the summer heat. The open air concept and modern look of the house was perfect for us. We hope to return for anniversaries to come!

This was a lovely cottage, perfectly located near my church conference at Lake Junaluska. It was beautifully decorated and appointed! Very comfortable!

Celine, Chris, their family, and the neighbors saved our lives during our stay when we were all hit by Hurricane Helene. They treated us like family and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Treated us with food, water, and fresh coffee. We can’t thank you enough for what you guys did!! Daniel's place was an oasis in middle of a busy area. The convince factor is excellent. Plenty of restaurants, close to airport & interstate, close to national forest and a Walmart nearby for any needs. Given that description, one would think this place is in busy suburbia....and it is, but you would never know it. Beautiful wooded and gated neighborhood with a pond, cute homes, safe and walkable. Really can't beat this location. Would not hesitate to book in future.

Tina was a sweet host, we had a wedding that had us out until 10:30pm and still was able to greet and help us find the apartment. The view from the apartment was beautiful and the inside was so peaceful and pretty. Our biggest regret was only being able to stay one night, but we will be back in the future to enjoy it a little better!

My second stay did not disappoint! The hosts are gracious and responsive. It’s a cozy, clean, private setting with lots of greenery all around. It’s peaceful yet located close to all the surrounding sights. Five stars x 1000!

I went to Asheville last minute and was looking for a spot close to downtown. This place!!! While being close to downtown, it felt more like an English cottage row! Every morning walk, I felt like Snow White. The suite was perfect for one or two. The beautiful waterfall as you come in was spectacular. My morning walks were a daydream. Wild turkeys, beautiful birds, and one day I had a Mama bear and her cubs come visit. This stay was so good, I requested one more day because I didn’t want it to end. I would stay here 1,000 times again. The most perfect time in Asheville.

I was waiting to see what all the good feedback was about, and after experiencing it everyone hit the nail right on the head. It was so peaceful and relaxing! My fiancé and I enjoyed watching the livestock on the farm and it felt just like home! The hosts were super nice and even helped us out with a favor. I would definitely come back and stay again!

Our stay at the Nest was so relaxing. The place was beautiful inside and out, perfect for a weekend getaway. The bed and pillows are amazing. Tanya was a great host. She was welcoming and was quick to respond to any questions I had. My only problem was I couldn’t take the bed with me. I just want to know where I can buy those pillows?!?

My husband and I spent a long weekend in the area for a wedding and Kellye’s place was the perfect home base. Everything was immaculately clean and comfortable for two!
