No complaints. Beautiful property with a cozy feel. Great yard area with pool and grill. Loved it!

Smithson provided a very comfortable cottage for our family to stay for the weekend. He was a wonderful host and very helpful with everything we needed. We would recommend his cottage for anyone visiting Asheville!

The Bungalow was the perfect place to stay for my husband and I. It was clean and had everything we need. We loved having a full kitchen. Plus the location was great. We would definitely stay again and will recommend to other traveling couples.

Erin was awesome. She followed up on my check in and kept in touch just enough to make my stay comfortable. The home is super nice in a great neighborhood. It’s a beautiful drive in and out of the community.

This place exceeded my expectations. It was very clean and very comfortable. Ideal place to stay for an extended period. Downtown is 15 minutes away and multiple ways to get there. John also did a great job communicating with us and making us feel welcome. Coffee and snacks were a nice touch.

Fantastic place to host a multi-generational stay for a UNCA graduation & track conference finals. This place is completely well stocked and you will want for nothing. It's bright, open, and modern with great resources for things to do and places to visit. We had a fantastic stay and our week was pretty much perfect, despite some rain. Highly recommend for large gatherings in close proximity to all things Asheville.

This was by far the best accommodation on our trip! The space felt like home from the moment we walked in—warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully set up. The layout of the rooms was excellent, giving everyone plenty of space while still feeling cozy and connected. Our kids were thrilled to discover the toys and their own play area, which kept them happily entertained and made the stay even more relaxing for us. The garden was absolutely terrific—a peaceful spot to unwind and let the kids play. We also really appreciated the little treats left by Jessica —such a kind and personal touch. We’d come back in a heartbeat!

This was a great unit, and I will definitely stay here again. The unit was very clean, free of clutter, and well equipped with everything we needed. The furniture appeared to be new, and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was private, quiet and right beside a peaceful stream. I loved the country setting. Communication was excellent with Gabrielle.

Lynn's place was perfect for our family. The backyard is gorgeous and the view is truly incredible. Lynn went above and beyond as a host to make sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Asheville.

Angela’s place was everything we hoped for and more. It was spotless, tastefully decorated, and felt incredibly warm and welcoming. The bed was super comfortable, with fresh, cozy linens, and the bathroom was impeccably clean. One of the highlights for us was the patio with its table and chairs overlooking a peaceful view of trees and a nearby trail. We loved starting our mornings there, sipping coffee, listening to chirping of the birds and flipping through one of the thoughtfully placed books inside. Our stay was truly unforgettable. The location was also ideal—just about 20 minutes from the airport and close to local attractions. Thank you, Angela, for providing such a lovely and memorable home away from home!

Our family is always grateful to stay at Mary Ann's beautiful property! We've stayed here multiple times now and hope to continue to do so whenever our travels take us through the Asheville area. This property is truly a gem - peaceful, beautiful mountain view, a tree swing, lots of greenspace for the kiddos to run around outside after long car rides, comfortable big beds, a lovely bathroom, cozy living room and lots of much appreciated extras in the kitchen like KCups and creamers, pop tarts, waffles, water and juice. And if you ever need anything, Mary Ann is super responsive. It truly feels like a respite for us along long family trips, like getting to stop at a home away from home. We love this special place! Susan’s place was quiet, peaceful, and a great spot to spend a night in the Asheville area. She was super communicative about check-in, check-out, and anything else I needed.

Stayed in this lovely basement walkout apartment on a long cross country trip. The rental includes a good sized living area, vanity and make up mirror, bedroom, bath and deck with garden. The parking is in the rear giving easy access to the unit. The unit is newly renovated and tastefully decorated with an especially attractive bathroom. My daughter and I appreciated the robes and spa items as we had been traveling for quite a bit and this was so thoughtful and welcome. Someone mentioned inadequate night lighting in a review but this has been remedied in style. Had the best sleep in our whole cross country trip in a secure neighborhood that is very convenient to downtown and the Biltmore.

It was very peaceful. Loved being out in nature but close enough to the small towns in the area. A lot of places to go for hiking and good restaurants close by

This was our third time staying at this beautiful cabin, and it truly feels like our home away from home. It’s the perfect place for a couple’s retreat — cozy, peaceful, and fully equipped with everything we need. One of the best parts is that it’s pet-friendly! Our dog loves the space and surrounding nature, and we feel so comfortable knowing he’s welcome here. The location is ideal — close to Asheville but tucked away enough to enjoy the quiet and scenery. We’ve stayed in several cabins in the area, and this is by far our favorite. We can’t wait to come back again!

More often than not, rental properties fail to deliver what was promised. This one hit the mark for everything that it promised. Beautiful views and a well-appointed kitchen and bathroom. All basic supplies provided. Clean, neat and uncluttered furnishings, plus everything needed was there and in great working condition. Beds were comfortable. The driveway was an experience, but it added to the adventure in a unique sort of way. Morning coffee and sunset cocktails on the balcony were incredibly wonderful for relaxing.

Can't wait to come back! So glad to have found this beautiful gem. It was so peaceful & I loved seeing the sheep. Everything was smooth & clear in communication. One of my favorite parts was the hammock out front & all the cute and wonderful decor. Thank you Ms Sharon ~ we're so grateful !!

This spot was peaceful, private and exactly what I was hoping for. The cabin was clean and thoughtfully prepared. It felt rustic and inviting in all the right ways. I especially appreciated the personal touches…the host left a handwritten card and some snacks for me when I arrived which was a simple but meaningful welcome after a long drive. The location was quiet and surrounded by nature. It felt tucked away yet was still easy to access some great hiking trails and it’s just a 7 minute drive to downtown Weaverville if you want to grab a bite to eat or check out the local shops. The landscape around the cabin was well maintained. The quiet mornings on the porch with coffee in hand, followed by evenings around the fire pit were hard to beat. If you’re looking for a place to unplug, recharge, and enjoy the stillness, this is it. Highly recommend for solo retreats or a quiet getaway with someone who appreciates the slower pace. I’d definitely stay here again!

We stayed at this beautiful and peaceful place during our recent trip, and it truly felt like a hidden gem. The pond was especially stunning — so clear and calming, it felt like it washed all our worries away. The interior was spotless and beautifully decorated, with charming little touches that my wife especially appreciated. This time, we were quite active and spent most of our days hiking nearby trails, but next time, we’d love to spend more time simply relaxing at the house. There’s even a barbecue grill available, which would be perfect for cooking outdoors while soaking in the natural surroundings. We’re already looking forward to coming back

This little cabin was a gem and cozy hideaway in the mountains. The fenced in yard was great for our dog to explore and the fireplace made for a relaxing evening. Easy access to Asheville and nearby adventures!
