Holiday rentals with a patio in Woodfin

Enjoyed our 2 night stay. Comfy bed. Easy walk to Frog Level. I had to work a little bit and the small office was nice for that.

Katlin’s place was perfect. It was in a great location for walking to West AVL and Lyfts to downtown and south slope were easy, inexpensive, and fast. The place was spotless and very aesthetically pleasing. The nespresso machine was a blessing! Katlin was a great host.

I had a truly lovely stay at this Airbnb in Asheville! The room was cozy and clean, with large windows that offered stunning views of the surrounding area. The property had a beautiful garden that felt like a hidden retreat, and I especially loved watching the small squirrels, birds, and or chipmunks, make their daily visits. It was peaceful, refreshing, and the perfect spot to unwind. The host was friendly and respectful of privacy. I’d definitely stay here again on my next visit to Asheville!

Susan’s place was quiet, peaceful, and a great spot to spend a night in the Asheville area. She was super communicative about check-in, check-out, and anything else I needed.

We had a great stay! Heidi and Stephanie were super communicative, had clear instructions, and were really flexible when we arrived early. The place is perfect for couples or solo travelers. I highly recommend the cute café (Darling) at the top of the street — the avocado toast was DELISH! The neighborhood is very walkable, and I felt totally safe coming home late at night.

This stay was a treasure! Very affordable, great location to relax and sweetly decorated and welcoming feel. The hosts provided us with everything we needed and prepared the space for a beautiful weekend! Will most certainly be back!! We also appreciated the reasonable rate, allowing us to pour back into the community. Restaurants and shopping options were first class!

The space was perfect for myself, my 20-something daughter, and my uncle. Beautifully furnished, such an elegant space. Beds very comfortable, quiet sanctuary after our days out and about in Asheville. Nine Mile is always a must when in town, right across the street! The Montford neighborhood is great, nice walks, and the heart of downtown is literally about a 15 minute walk. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again!

This was our second stay at Austin's place so we knew what to expect but had the bonus of using the hot tub this time (in season)! Austin was super responsive when we had questions the day before, even while traveling. easy to get in and easy check out. we plan to come back again!

Lovely, well-equipped house, close to everything!

This home was just perfect for our stay in Asheville, the home was just as described, and we felt right at home! The host is super responsive and provided wonderful recommendations for us. We walked all over Asheville during our stay and came home to an awesome place to hang out and chill before going to bed. The porch is great to hang out on and the plants and decor are just awesome. Would stay here again and would recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Atrium house. The view is gorgeous, and the atmosphere was so peaceful! The accommodations were perfect for a relaxing weekend!

We had a fantastic time at Viktor's place in Asheville! Many hosts in the area are posting listings with washed out roads that are difficult to access but Viktor's is very easy to get to/from and there is a supermarket just a few minutes drive away. Firewood is kindly provided. The beds and pillows are extremely comfortable. Overall a great experience

This house was the absolute perfect home for our family! Extremely clean, comfortable beds, great living space, I could go on and on! Also have to mention how perfect the location was. We could walk anywhere and everywhere. We highly recommend this house for your stay in Weaverville! We will be back!! 10 stars!!!⭐️

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The house was perfect for our needs. The kids had a great time with the games and space and the adults enjoyed the different levels of the house. Everything was fantastic!

What a gorgeous condo! Tina was kind, helpful, and responsive. The condo was beautifully furnished, spotless, quiet, peaceful. Each night we’d listen to the spring peepers while we watched the sunset from the patio or living room windows—both of which had incredibly amazing views of the mountains. We appreciated as well that this was relatively convenient for a multitude of hikes in the area.

We had a great stay! The space was cozy, comfortable, and spotless. We especially loved the king-sized bed; it was super comfy. It felt very private and Jacob was very friendly and responsive, which made everything smooth. The space was well stocked with coffee grounds, lots of tea, and seltzer in the fridge. We were even welcomed with chocolates. It’s just a short drive from downtown, which was super convenient. Would definitely stay again!

We are usually in Waynesville at least twice each year, and Mainstay has become our choice of accommodations. We agree with all the positive comments regarding location, cleanliness and comfort, and the high quality of the building renovation. The laminated wood trusses in the main room are especially impressive. The photos don't show the inside of the elevator, but it is as clean and modern as the rest of the building, and has the added advantage of making it possible to take all your stuff up to the apartment in one trip (or, in our case, four trips). The host's level of service is every bit as excellent as the physical appointments--all our requests, whether before, during, or after our stays, have always been met with a rapid response that answers our questions and solves our problems.

Exceeded my expectations. My partner and I had an extremely peaceful and relaxing stay in the mountains. I will be recommending this Airbnb to all who ask about my trip. Much better value than any hotel.

We had a wonderful time staying at Kristin's home in Asheville! As many others have noted, it is in a great location, located walking distance to Downtown and South Slope. The bedrooms were spacious and clean, and the bathrooms were spotless. We did bring a car, so having a dedicated spot in a secure garage was a huge plus. While the condo is situated on a moderately busy road and across from the bus depot, we didn't feel like the noise was excessive or any more than we expected. The building, garage, and apartment felt very secure, and we walked everywhere we needed to go without issue. Kristin was very responsive and great to work with. I would not hesitate to stay here again on my next trip!

Entering this beautiful property was like walking into a hug! From breathtaking mountain views and architecture that feels like a grown-up treehouse, to little things you might forget (some with thoughtful little notes), to possibly the MOST COMFORTABLE bed I’ve ever slept in, our stay was an escape into relaxation. We loved the local spa and nearby chocolates factory, and Meribeth offered just the right suggestions for my milestone birthday dinner. We enjoyed the sound of the rain through the trees, and we’ll return to soak in one of those colorful mountain sunsets from the deck in the future.

Chad and Allison were fantastic hosts. The place is absolutely beautiful and lots of things for kids to do. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway with lots of things to do, this is your spot. Will definitely book again.
