Pat’s place is great! Would definitely return! Great location in the Northeast Kingdom. Very private location with modern amenities. Plenty of attractions and recreation nearby.

We stayed at Karen's place for the total eclipse, and the stay was excellent. The place is very cute (love the teapot decor) and check in/out was very smooth. She was very responsive and friendly.

My partner, myself and our 2 dogs spent Christmas-New Years here and it was the perfect winter escape. Elizabeth & Jake were amazing and went above & beyond. They were helpful throughout our stay and I can't say enough about them. We got in later than planned because of the weather, but walking into a warm, cozy space with the piano playing, lights on, and cheese, crackers, and wine waiting was the perfect welcome. The heated floors were amazing – our dogs were living their best lives! I wasn't sure how I'd feel about the 'wet bathroom' w the interior window but it was actually really lovely and still had adequate privacy. There was a bidet and even a heated toilet seat. The temperpedic mattress was lovely. We had no issues with the internet, despite the remote location. Jake even brought us wood for the fire pit after we used up the first round. We love star gazing and had some nice clear skies for a few nights. We loved it so much we extended our stay. Can’t wait to come back!

I liked "The Hamblett" so much I went back for another week. It is so quiet yet close to town and many points of interest. I had the pleasure of talking to Cindy and she was wonderful. I'm sure I will be back. Probably sooner than later.
