Exactly as described and shown. Peaceful, clean, huge TV with lots of streaming services, all furniture very comforable, beautiful interior. I can't say enough great things about this place. Joey himself was friendly and responsive. Any issue I had was taken care of rather quickly and he was friendly about it. We are already wanting to come back. This location is very ideal for anyone traveling to upstate SC. Thank you for offering your space, Joey. We felt at home.

Jenny accepted by booking on VERY short notice, and at a busy time for her, and I really appreciated her graciousness for the spontaneous trip. Her home is completely lovely, and it feels serene despite the store across the street; I think her lovely trees and flowers help with that a lot. I heard street noise briefly, but that ended early, and it was a very quiet night, with a wonderful bed. And the porch! Oh, my. It's on the back of the house and feels like it's miles from city busyness. Yet, the things we planned to do in Asheville were only 15-20 minutes away. And the muffins are DELICIOUS. Jenny responded quickly to both my request to book and to other comments from me. Her home is spotless and welcoming, filled with lovely treasures and good books. I hope to return soon!

Cute and comfortable place to stay! It was a perfect location for us while we traveled for small day trips around the area. Very friendly hosts!

It’s such a calm place. I enjoyed sitting on the couch each morning, drinking coffee and watching the horses across the way. The coffee the hosts provided was delicious. The bed was very comfortable. The hosts were welcoming, their old dog was very sweet, and the few glimpses and sounds of an active and loving family made me nostalgic for old times, when my children were young.

I had a great stay here! The place had everything that I needed. There was great wifi access and I was able to work here. The area was beautiful and I woke up to birds every morning. James was friendly and an all around great host. I’d highly recommend to anyone coming to the Asheville area. I hope to visit again!

Absolutely loved the rustic yet extremely comfortable feeling of the room. The West End Café as recommended was phenomenal. Without Dave letting me know that Google maps takes you somewhere wrong I would’ve been lost. However, he was proactive and told me that and I ended up right at the door very easily. Beautiful area quiet felt at home. He actually came and checked on me this morning after I texted and told him I was leaving he came out of the house just to make sure everything was OK. If I have the opportunity to be back there and spend the night again, I will definitely stay at Dave’s place if it’s available. Not sure if it was on purpose or if someone else had left it, but there was even Bud Light in the fridge if I had wanted! Thank you for your hospitality!

If I could live here for the rest of my life, I would. Judy and Steve are wonderful hosts who happen to be living on a slice of perfection. The space is large, squeaky clean, quiet, and I hadn’t slept as well in years. Perfectly appointed. Parking is right outside in their large driveway with a dedicated spot. I chose to walk in the evenings and saw horses, sheep, goats, and a very friendly donkey next door. The best rental space I have ever stayed in which has been numerous. The view was amazing! Our favorite place was sitting by the fireplace. It looked just like the pictures. Quiet and peaceful. Nice touches with the decor. Anglea responded and answered questions quickly. It's approximately 15 - 20 minutes from Asheville. 10/10 would recommend.

Jim is one of the most wonderful hosts we have ever had. He was friendly and responsive and made sure that we had everything we could have possibly needed. His place was exactly as described, but the surroundings and peacefulness were even more than we expected. We enjoyed the pool and the bed is super comfortable! We will definitely plan to stay with Jim again when we are in the area.

We had such an amazing get away here! They literally had everything you could need or think of and were very pleasant and responsive host! This is a great airbnb for exploring Landrum, the foothills, and surrounding areas. It's not far from the freeway, but feels like it is out in the country. Phyllis is very friendly and extremely helpful. She has extra touches such as some continental breakfast items, real cream for the coffee, etc. The airbnb is spotless. Lots of natural light, an amazing shower, and a very comfortable bed. Great stay!

This place is WONDERFUL! It is centrally located to everything in Haywood County and to I-40 if you want to go to Asheville or day trip to Pigeon Forge/ Gatlinburg TN. Everything was spotless and the bed was probably the most comfortable I've had at a rental. The home was so quiet and peaceful that sleeping came easy every night. The only thing I can find to complain about is the clawfoot tub. While charming, it isn't ideal to shower in. The tub doesn't hold water and is to short to relax in, so no tub bath. And, once the shower curtain is closed, there's barely enough room for a normal person to shower. I'd love it if they replaced the tub with a walk in shower. That being said, I would definitely stay again. It was exactly what I needed, except for the charming, but extremely small clawfoot tub/ shower.

Amy‘s place was amazing. We had such a great stay on this old equestrian farm. Amy and Grant were super friendly and we would definitely book with them again. Highly recommend!

If you pick this place to stay, you will be enchanted with the beautiful surroundings and peaceful area full of wildlife. The cottage is spacious and relaxing. The bed is comfortable, the shower has plenty of pressure and hot water and a luxurious large bathtub with bubble bath foam provided. The hosts are friendly and welcoming and their dog Sadie Mae is friendly and adorable. The kitchen is updated and has a large refrigerator, a huge sink and a dishwasher. There was also a nice desk area where I could work on my computer, and the decor in the cottage is exactly what is in the pictures; an eclectic mix of camera equipment, stereo and artwork. Just beautiful. I especially liked waking up in the morning to birds and squirrels at the bird feeder and even saw a deer. The grocery store and gas station are just a few minutes away, along with a choice of restaurants, which was very convenient. There is paved parking right in front of the cottage which made it easy to unload suitcases. 100%!

I stayed one night at Peggy’s place during a business trip to Salisbury and had a great experience. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and very quiet — I got a great night’s sleep thanks to the dark, peaceful bedroom. Peggy and Brandon were on the property when I arrived and were super friendly. I was also able to bring my dog, and Peggy was kind enough to allow a late checkout for a small fee so I could leave her in the apartment during my meeting. I’d definitely consider staying here again if I’m in the area.

For two people this is a perfect place. Ideally situated just a few blocks from downtown, and super neat and clean. The deck and firepit were great additions which we thoroughly enjoyed almost every evening. This is one of the most well stocked Air BnBs we have stayed in; on top of that, everything in the casita was of quality- sheets, pots and pans, towels, TVs etc. If we come back to Hendersonville to hike; we will definitely choose Sam's place again. This lovely gem in Asheville, NC is exactly as described . . . it is the perfect getaway spot! So close to all of the fun things Asheville is known for. Towels are exceptional! My daughter and I enjoyed every minute of our stay here!

The house was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. Our host went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. Communication was seamless! The host was responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish.

My only regret is not having more time to hang out on the porch. Lovely place, very cozy and comfortable.

Stayed here for several days while transitioning to the area for work. I had never stayed in a tiny house before, but it exceeded my expectations. Very peaceful and pleasant stay. The Internet was flawless, which was good because I had to use it a ton for my job. Brett was extremely responsive and checked on me several times throughout my stay to make sure that I was good and had everything that I needed.

This was our first Airbnb experience, and it did not disappoint! Check-in was easy, the place was spotless, and we felt right at home. Dawn and Jim were very sweet, responsive, and helpful when it came to anything we needed. This hit the perfect price point for us, and there was lots to do! The garden and lake views are absolutely beautiful. We spent the weekend surrounded by nature and wildlife and wish we didn't have to leave so soon! We have this location saved; definitely a rare find and very peaceful ✌️ Thank you guys💜💜💜
